The existing solution is to provide a detection device, which has a transmitting end and a receiving end that are spaced apart from each other and are disposed facing each other, the transmitting end can transmit waves (such as ultrasonic waves, optical waves, infrared rays, etc.) towards the receiving end, and a light hole is reserved on a movable component, during the moving process of the movable component, before the movable component moves to a predetermined position, the waves of the transmitting end are shielded and cannot reach the receiving end, when the movable component moves to the predetermined position, the waves transmitted by the transmitting end reach the receiving end through the light hole, so that a controller receives a positioning signal and controls the movable component to stop at the predetermined position. With the existing solutions, the light-transmitting holes need to be reserved correspondingly on the movable part, which increases the complexity of the manufacturing process; also, generally, when the movable member reaches a predetermined position, the control device of the cooking appliance performs a predetermined action, such as controlling the code scanning unit to read rice information at the predetermined position, but this scheme can only control the movable member to stop at the predetermined position, and cannot know when the movable member has rotated for one cycle, that is, it is unclear when the predetermined action has been performed, which is not beneficial to the execution of the subsequent program.
Therefore, the present application provides a control method of a cooking appliance and a cooking appliance to at least partially solve the above problems.

It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art, that embodiments of the invention may be practiced without one or more of these specific details. In other instances, well-known features have not been described in detail so as not to obscure the embodiments of the invention.
In the following description, a detailed structure will be presented for a thorough understanding of embodiments of the invention. It is apparent that the implementation of the embodiments of the present invention is not limited to the specific details familiar to those skilled in the art.
The invention provides a cooking appliance and a control method thereof. The cooking utensil shown by the invention can be an electric cooker, an electric pressure cooker, an electric stewpan and the like.
Fig. 1 shows a cooking appliance 100 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, which includes a pot body 110 and a lid 120. The pot body 110 has an inner pot (not shown) therein. The lid 120 can be covered on the pot body 110. Thus, a cooking cavity can be formed between the cover 120 and the inner pot, and the cooking cavity has a closed cooking environment during cooking, so that the cooking efficiency can be improved. The outer shells of the pot body 110 and the lid body 120 may be made of synthetic resin or the like so that the temperature of the outer shells is not affected by the high temperature when the cooking work is performed inside the cooking appliance, preventing the user from being scalded.
The cooking appliance 100 also has a control device (not shown in the drawings). The control device may have a temperature adjustment function and/or a time adjustment function to adjust the operating state of the cooking appliance 100 to accommodate cooking of different food materials. The control device may be provided on the pot body 110 or the lid 120, or may be provided at another position of the cooking utensil 100. Furthermore, the control device is also associated with a database, and data related to different food material types, different cooking modes, required water quantity, cooking time and cooking are stored in the database. The database can be body data or a cloud database, and if the database is the cloud database, the networking database can be configured to be updated in real time, so that the constantly-changing cooking requirements of the user can be met all the time.
An interaction device (not shown in the figures) may also be provided at the surface of the cooking appliance 100, configured to communicate with the control device, and comprising keys and a display screen.
The cooking appliance of the invention is particularly suitable for cooking prepackaged food materials. In particular, the pre-packaged food material 133 is packaged by a packaging layer formed as a packaging structure having a receiving cavity. Food materials such as rice, beans, etc. may be stored in the receiving cavity. Preferably, the food materials stored in the containing cavity can be cleaned in advance and other processing steps, so that the food materials are kept sanitary, the cleaning process before cooking is omitted, and vitamins and the like can be added into the food materials to balance the nutrition of the food materials. Further, the outer package of the pre-packaged food material 133 may be provided with a two-dimensional code, which includes various information such as the type of the food material.
The cooking appliance 100 comprises a pre-packaged food material mounting means 130 and a piercing means (not shown in the figures). As shown in fig. 2, the pre-packaged food material mounting device 130 is disposed on the cover 120 for accommodating and fixing the pre-packaged food material 133. Preferably, the cover 120 is provided with a standing wall 121 extending upward and surrounding the circumference. The pre-packaged food material mounting device 130 is arranged in the area enclosed by the standing wall 121. Although not shown in the drawings, it is understood that a mounting cover for covering the area surrounded by the standing wall 121 may be provided on the cover 120. Thus, the prepackaged food material mounting device 130 is arranged in a substantially closed area, which prevents external objects from interfering with its operation.
One or more pre-packaged food materials 133 can be arranged on the pre-packaged food material mounting device 130, and the plurality of pre-packaged food materials 133 can be arranged, surrounded or arranged in other suitable forms, which can be specifically designed by those skilled in the art according to actual situations. The puncturing device is used for puncturing the packaging layer of the pre-packaged food material, the puncturing device can be movably constructed in the vertical direction or the horizontal direction, and after the packaging layer of the pre-packaged food material is punctured by the puncturing device, the rice in the packaging layer falls into the cooking cavity.
The pre-packaged food material mounting arrangement 130 may be configured as a movable part. For example, the pre-packaged food material mounting device 130 may be configured to be rotatable around its axis. The pre-packaged food material mounting device 130 can be connected to a motor (which can be understood as a driving component), and the motor is in communication with the control device, so as to obtain an instruction from the control device to drive the pre-packaged food material mounting device 130 to move.
The movable member has a predetermined travel track and a predetermined stop position (referred to as a predetermined position). In order to ensure that the movable member is accurately stopped at a predetermined position, a magnetic member and a switching type hall sensor are further provided in the cooking appliance 100. The switch type Hall sensor is used for sensing the magnetic piece and outputting a positioning signal according to the change of the sensed magnetic induction intensity. Specifically, one of the magnetic member and the switching type hall sensor is provided on the cooking appliance body, and the other of the magnetic member and the switching type hall sensor is provided on the movable member and moves with the movement of the movable member. The switching type hall sensor is configured to communicate with a main control chip in the control device.
It can be understood that when the switch type hall sensor senses that the magnetic field becomes stronger and reaches the magnetic closing point of the switch type hall sensor, the switch type hall sensor is turned from the high level to the low level, namely, a low level signal is output, and the low level signal can be understood as a positioning signal; when the switch type Hall sensor senses that the magnetic field is weakened and is lower than the magnetic closing point, the low level is turned to the high level again, and therefore a high level signal is output. And the position of the switch type hall sensor just reaching the magnetic closing point during the movement process can be the position of the switch type hall sensor just coinciding with or just opposite to the corresponding magnetic member, which will be described in detail in the following embodiments. Therefore, if the control means detects a low level signal output from the switching type hall sensor, it is possible to determine that the movable member has reached the predetermined position, and then immediately control the movable member to stop moving, thereby ensuring that the movable member stops at the predetermined position. Of course, the switching type hall sensor may be configured such that when it senses that the magnetic field becomes strong and reaches the magnetic closing point of the switching type hall sensor, the switching type hall sensor is turned from the low level to the high level, that is, outputs a high level signal, which can be understood as a positioning signal, and the control device is configured to determine that the movable member reaches the predetermined position when detecting the high level signal output by the switching type hall sensor.
Hereinafter, various embodiments of the cooking appliance of the present invention are given, and the configurations and arrangements of the movable member, the magnetic member, and the switching type hall sensor will be described in detail according to the following embodiments.
First embodiment
Fig. 3 shows a specific structure of the magnetic member 140, the switching type hall sensor 150, and the pre-packaged food material mounting device 130 (which may be understood as a movable part) of the cooking appliance 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
The pre-packaged food material mounting device 130 rotates around a pivot axis. The pre-packaged food material mounting device 130 is further connected with a motor (not shown in the figure) rotating coaxially with the pre-packaged food material mounting device, and the motor can drive the pre-packaged food material mounting device 130 to rotate.
As shown in fig. 3, the pre-packaged food material mounting device 130 includes a fixed column 131 and a limiting bracket connected to the fixed column 131. The limiting frame comprises 8 limiting plates 132 uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction, and divides the chassis 122 on the cover body 120 into 8 areas for placing capsules. Of course, in other embodiments, the limiting frame may have other numbers of limiting plates, and may be specifically designed according to actual requirements.
The pre-packaged food material mounting device 130 has a plurality of predetermined positions, which are evenly distributed along the circumference. The number of predetermined positions may be set to correspond to the number of areas for arranging the pre-packaged food material 133. The outer package of the pre-packaged food material 133 may be provided with a two-dimensional code, which includes various information such as the type of food material. Therefore, when the pre-packaged food material mounting device 130 stops at the predetermined position, the rice information obtaining module (not shown in the figure) of the cooking appliance 100, for example, disposed at a position of the periphery of the pre-packaged food material mounting device 130, can read the two-dimensional code on the corresponding pre-packaged food material 133, and transmit the read information to the control device, so that the control device can select the corresponding cooking program according to the information. In the present embodiment, the pre-packaged food material mounting device 130 has 8 predetermined positions corresponding to 8 areas, as shown in fig. 1: respectively, predetermined position a, predetermined position B, predetermined position C, predetermined position D, predetermined position E, predetermined position F, predetermined position G, and predetermined position H. That is, taking the position of the position-limiting plate 132 opposite to the predetermined position a in fig. 1 as an example, the position where the position-limiting plate 132 is opposite to the predetermined position a is the first predetermined position of the pre-packaged food material installation device 130; when the pre-packaged food material mounting device 130 rotates counterclockwise, the position opposite to the preset position B is a second preset position of the pre-packaged food material mounting device 130; by analogy, it can be understood that the pre-packaged food material mounting device 130 has 8 predetermined positions as shown in fig. 3.
In order to stop the pre-packaged food material mounting device 130 accurately at each predetermined position, a magnetic member 140 and a switching type hall sensor 150 are further provided within the cooking appliance 100. The number of the magnetic members 140 may be set to correspond to the number of the predetermined positions. As shown in fig. 1, 8 magnetic members 140 are provided on the cooking appliance 100 (on the standing wall 121 of the cover 120) corresponding to the 8 predetermined positions, that is, the 8 magnetic members 140 are provided in one-to-one correspondence with the 8 predetermined positions, each magnetic member 140 being provided at a corresponding predetermined position. The cooking appliance 100 further has a hall sensor 150 of a switch type, which is disposed on the pre-packaged food material mounting device 130, specifically, at a radially outer end of one of the limiting plates 132 of the limiting frame, and moves with the rotation of the pre-packaged food material mounting device 130.
Therefore, after the pre-packaged food material installation device 130 starts to rotate under the driving of the motor, the switch type hall sensor 150 and the magnetic member 140 have relative movement. Therefore, each time the switch type hall sensor 150 faces the magnetic member 140 at each predetermined position, a positioning signal is sent, and the control device stops the pre-packaged food material mounting device 130 at each predetermined position accurately according to the positioning signal.
As can be seen from fig. 3, which shows a schematic view of the pre-packaged food material mounting device 130 stopping at the predetermined position a, the control device can perform a predetermined action, such as controlling the rice information acquisition module to scan the two-dimensional code on the corresponding capsule 133 and read the rice information; thereafter, the control device controls the motor again to rotate the pre-packaged food material mounting device 130. After the pre-packaged food material mounting device 130 stops at the predetermined position B, the above predetermined actions may be repeatedly performed. By analogy, after the pre-packaged food material mounting device 130 stops at each predetermined position, the corresponding predetermined action can be executed. It will be appreciated that the control means knows what kind of rice, e.g. millet, mung beans, red beans, rice, etc., is stored in each capsule 133 after a complete rotation of the pre-packaged food material mounting means 130. Therefore, the cooking appliance 100 can control the rotation angle of the pre-packaged food material mounting device 130 according to the cooking requirement of the user, so that the corresponding pre-packaged food material 133 is rotated to the feeding position, the feeding position is communicated with the cooking space through the feeding channel, the packaging layer of the pre-packaged food material is punctured by the puncturing device, and then the rice in the corresponding packaging layer can be dropped into the cooking space for subsequent cooking.
Second embodiment
Fig. 4 shows a specific structure of the magnetic member 240, the switching type hall sensor 250, and the pre-packaged food material mounting device 230 (which may be understood as a movable part) of the cooking appliance according to the second embodiment of the present invention.
In the present embodiment, the cooking appliance may be structurally different from the first embodiment only in that: in the present embodiment, the magnetic member 240 is provided on the pre-packaged food material mounting device 230 and moves with the movement of the pre-packaged food material mounting device 230; the switching type hall sensor 250 is provided on the cooking appliance body, and is provided at any predetermined position.
The pre-packaged food material mounting device 230 rotates about a pivot axis. The pre-packaged food material mounting device 230 is further connected with a motor (not shown in the figure) rotating coaxially with the pre-packaged food material mounting device, and the motor can drive the pre-packaged food material mounting device 230 to rotate. As shown in fig. 4, a magnetic member 240 is provided at the radially outer end of each of the 8 limiting plates 232 of the pre-packaged food material mounting device 230. The 8 magnetic members 240 may be identical. One switching type hall sensor 250 may be fixed on the vertical wall of the cover body and disposed corresponding to the predetermined position B.
In the present embodiment, the control device enables the pre-packaged food material installation device 230 to accurately stop at each predetermined position according to the positioning signal output by the switch-type hall sensor 250 and execute the predetermined action at each predetermined position, which is substantially similar to the first embodiment, and for brevity of the text, the detailed description is omitted here.
Third embodiment
Fig. 5 shows a specific structure of a magnetic member 340, a switch-type hall sensor, and a pre-packaged food material mounting device 330 (which can be understood as a movable member) of a cooking appliance according to a third embodiment of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the cooking appliance may be structurally different from the first and second embodiments only in that: the number and the arrangement mode of the magnetic pieces and the switch type Hall sensors. Here, for the sake of brevity, only the distinctive features will be described.
The number of the switching hall sensors in the present embodiment is two, and the first switching hall sensor 351 and the second switching hall sensor 352 are provided. The number of the magnetic members 340 in this embodiment is eight, and of course, the number of the magnetic members may be changed according to actual requirements.
The pre-packaged food material mounting device 330 rotates around a pivot axis. The pre-packaged food material mounting device 330 is further connected with a motor which rotates coaxially with the pre-packaged food material mounting device, and the motor can drive the pre-packaged food material mounting device 330 to rotate.
Specifically, the plurality of magnetic members 340 are arranged to move in a circumferential direction with the rotation of the pre-packaged food material mounting device 330. A first circumferential track 361 formed by one first magnetic member 341 moving for one circle is different from a second circumferential track 362 formed by the other magnetic members 340 moving for one circle, which are all the same; and the diameter of the first circumferential track 361 is smaller than the diameter of the second circumferential track 362.
As shown in fig. 5, the first magnetic member 341 is disposed at the middle portion of one of the limit plates 332, and the remaining magnetic members 340 are disposed at the radially outer end portions of the remaining limit plates 332 in a one-to-one correspondence. It can be understood that the first magnetic member 341 disposed at the middle portion of the limiting plate 332 forms a first circular track 361 during one rotation of the pre-packaged food material mounting device 330; while the remaining magnetic members 340 disposed at the radially outer end of the restriction plate 332 form a second circumferential trajectory 362 during one rotation of the pre-packaged food material mounting device 330. Since the positions of the remaining magnetic members 340 on the respective limiting plates 332 are the same, the second circumferential tracks 362 formed by the remaining magnetic members 340 are the same.
With continued reference to fig. 5, a first switching type hall sensor 351 is provided for corresponding to the first magnetic member 341 provided at the middle portion of the restriction plate 332 to detect whether the pre-packaged food material mounting apparatus 330 reaches the reference predetermined position. The second switching type hall sensors 352 are provided to correspond to the remaining magnetic members 340 located at the radially outer end portion of the restriction plate 332 to detect whether the pre-packaged food material mounting device 330 reaches the non-reference predetermined position.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, a first switching type hall sensor 351 may be provided on the bottom plate 322 of the cover at a position passed by the first circumferential track 361, so that it can correspond to the first magnetic member 341 provided at the middle portion of the restriction plate 332 during the rotation of the pre-packaged food material mounting device 330. The second switching hall sensor 352 may be disposed at a position radially outward with respect to the second circumferential track 362 (e.g., on a standing wall of the cover body) so as to correspond to the remaining magnetic members 340 disposed at the radially outer end portion of the restriction plate 332 in turn during the rotation of the pre-packaged food material mounting device 330. Of course, in other embodiments, the second switching hall sensor 352 may be disposed on the chassis 322 of the cover at a position that is traversed by the second circumferential track.
Therefore, it can be understood that during the rotation of the pre-packaged food material mounting device 330 (e.g. from the position shown in fig. 5, rotating in the counterclockwise direction indicated by the arrow in fig. 5), if the control device receives the positioning signal output by the first switching type hall sensor 351, the control device determines that the pre-packaged food material mounting device 330 is located at the reference predetermined position, and then immediately controls the pre-packaged food material mounting device 330 to stop. The reference predetermined position is one of eight predetermined positions, for example, the predetermined position a in fig. 5 can be understood as a reference predetermined position.
The motor is controlled again to start the rotation of the pre-packaged food material mounting device 330, and if the control device receives the positioning signal output by the second switching type hall sensor 352 and does not receive the positioning signal output by the first switching type hall sensor 351, the control device determines that the pre-packaged food material mounting device 330 is located at the non-reference predetermined position, and immediately controls the pre-packaged food material mounting device 330 to stop again. It is understood that the predetermined positions B to H are non-reference predetermined positions of the pre-packaged food material mounting device 330.
When the control means receives the positioning signal outputted from the first switching type hall sensor 351 again, it is determined that the pre-packaged food material mounting means 330 has returned to the reference predetermined position, i.e., the predetermined position a. The control means may control the cooking appliance to enter a specific processing program, such as performing a porridge cooking mode to start cooking.
With continued reference to fig. 5, in order for the pre-packaged food material mounting apparatus 330 to not miss each non-reference predetermined location, that is, in order for the pre-packaged food material mounting apparatus 330 to stop and perform a predetermined action at each non-reference predetermined location, the second switching hall sensor 352 is configured to: is disposed at an upstream side of the first switching type hall sensor 351 in a rotation direction of the pre-packaged food material mounting device 330. That is, as shown in fig. 5, the pre-packaged food material mounting device 330 is rotated in a counterclockwise direction as indicated by an arrow, and the second switching type hall sensor 352 is disposed at the predetermined position H. Of course, in other embodiments, the pre-packaged food material mounting device 330 may be rotated in a clockwise direction, and then the second switching type hall sensor 352 needs to be correspondingly disposed at the predetermined position B. Therefore, taking fig. 5 as an example, when the first magnetic member 341 provided at the intermediate portion of the restriction plate 332 corresponds to (overlaps) the first switching hall sensor 351, the second switching hall sensor 352 corresponds to (opposes) just one of the remaining magnetic members 340 provided at the radially outer end portion of the restriction plate 332 (i.e., the next magnetic member 340 adjacent to the first magnetic member 341 provided at the intermediate portion of the restriction plate 332). By arranging the first switch type hall sensor 351 and the second switch type hall sensor 352 in this way, any non-reference preset position cannot be missed, and guarantee is provided for realizing rice falling of corresponding pre-packaged food materials according to the rice type requirement input by a user.
The control device of the present embodiment allows the pre-packaged food material installation device to accurately stop at the reference predetermined position and the rest non-reference positions according to the positioning signal output by the switch-type hall sensor, and execute the predetermined action at each predetermined position, which is substantially similar to the first embodiment, and is not described herein again for brevity.
Fourth embodiment
Fig. 6 shows a detailed structure of a magnetic member 440, a switching type hall sensor, and a pre-packaged food material mounting device 430 (which can be understood as a movable member) of a cooking appliance according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention.
In the present embodiment, the cooking appliance may be structurally different from the third embodiment only in that: and the magnetic piece and the switch type Hall sensor are arranged. In the following, for the sake of brevity, only the distinguishing features will be described.
In the present embodiment, a plurality of magnetic members 440 are disposed on the cooking appliance body, and one magnetic member 440 is disposed corresponding to each predetermined position, as shown in fig. 6, the magnetic members 440 may be disposed on the vertical wall of the cover body to correspond to each predetermined position; the first and second switching hall sensors 451 and 452 are provided on different stopper plates 432, and move according to the movement of the pre-packaged food material mounting device 430.
Also, a first circumferential trace 461 formed by one-round movement of the first switching hall sensor 451 is different from a second circumferential trace 362 formed by one-round movement of the second switching hall sensor 452; the diameter of the first circumferential track 461 is smaller than the diameter of the second circumferential track 462. Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the first switch-type hall sensor 451 is provided at the intermediate portion of one of the restriction plates 432, and the second switch-type hall sensor 452 is provided at the radially outer end portion of the other restriction plate 432.
Correspondingly, the plurality of magnetic members 440 further include a reference magnetic member 441 disposed on the bottom plate 422 of the cover at a position passed by the first circumferential trace 461. The first switching type hall sensor 451 is provided for corresponding to (overlapping) the reference magnetic member 441 to detect whether the pre-packaged food material mounting device 430 reaches the reference predetermined position. Similarly, the second switching type hall sensors 452 are provided for one-to-one correspondence (opposite) with the magnetic members 440 provided on the vertical wall of the cover body to detect whether the prepackaged food material mounting apparatus 430 reaches the non-reference predetermined position.
In the present embodiment, it is not limited whether the first and second switching hall sensors 451, 452 are provided on the adjacent stopper plate 432, and even if the first and second switching hall sensors 451, 452 are provided on the non-adjacent stopper plate 432, any one predetermined position can be prevented from being lost.
The control device of this embodiment allows the pre-packaged food material mounting device to accurately stop at the reference predetermined position and the rest non-reference positions according to the positioning signals output by the first switch type hall sensor and the second switch type hall sensor, and performs the predetermined action at each predetermined position, which is substantially similar to the third embodiment and is not repeated herein for brevity.
The invention also provides a control method of the cooking appliance. The control method of the cooking appliance according to the present invention includes:
controlling the driving part to start moving the movable part;
the driving member is controlled to stop the movable member at a predetermined position in accordance with a positioning signal output from the switching type hall sensor.
Therefore, the switch type Hall sensor outputs a positioning signal according to the change of the sensed magnetic induction intensity, and the control device can accurately stop the movable component at a preset position; and accordingly, the manufacturing process of the movable member is simplified, and the manufacturing cost of the cooking appliance is reduced.
As described above for the cooking appliance of the present invention, the movable member may be understood as the pre-packaged food material mounting means and the driving member may be understood as the motor.
Specifically, controlling the driving part to stop the movable part at the predetermined position according to the positioning signal output from the switching type hall sensor may include:
if the control device receives the low-level positioning signal output by the switch type Hall sensor, the movable component is judged to be positioned at the preset position, and the movable component is controlled to stop. Of course, it is also possible to replace: if the control device receives the high-level positioning signal output by the switch type Hall sensor, the movable component is judged to be positioned at the preset position, and the movable component is controlled to stop.
For details, reference may be made to the above description of the operating principle of the switching type hall sensor, and details are not described herein again.
Further, for a cooking appliance having two switching type hall sensors, the method may further include:
if the control device receives a positioning signal output by the first switch type Hall sensor, the movable component is judged to be positioned at the reference preset position, and the movable component is controlled to stop;
controlling the driving part again to make the movable part start to move;
if the control device receives the positioning signal output by the second switch type Hall sensor and does not receive the positioning signal output by the first switch type Hall sensor, the movable component is judged to be positioned at the non-reference preset position, and the movable component is controlled to stop again;
controlling the driving part again to make the movable part start to move; until the control device receives the positioning signal output by the first switch type Hall sensor again, the control device judges that the movable component rotates for one circle, and controls the cooking utensil to enter a preset processing program.
Thus, it is possible to accurately know whether the movable member reaches the reference predetermined position or the non-reference predetermined position, and also know when the movable member rotates for a complete cycle, so as to execute the subsequent process at an appropriate timing.
Preferably, the control method of the present invention may further include:
controlling the cooking appliance to perform a predetermined action after the movable member stops at the reference predetermined position;
repeating the predetermined action each time a non-reference predetermined position is reached;
and if the movable component stops at the reference preset position again, judging that the execution of the preset action is finished, and controlling the cooking appliance to enter a preset processing program.
It is understood that the cooking appliance starts to perform the predetermined action after the reference predetermined position is found. The predetermined action may be to control a rice information obtaining module (not shown in the figure) to read the two-dimensional code on the corresponding pre-packaged food material 133; after that, every time the movable component is stopped at a non-reference preset position, namely scanning once, when the movable component is judged to be stopped at the reference preset position again, the scanning action is judged to be finished, and then the subsequent preset processing program is entered. Specifically, reference may also be made to the corresponding descriptions of the above embodiments, which are not repeated herein.
In summary, fig. 7 clearly shows a control method of a cooking appliance according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the method is clear in combination with the above detailed description of the arrangement of the magnetic member and the switching type hall sensor of each embodiment, and therefore, detailed description thereof is omitted.
According to the control method, because the magnetic part and the switch type Hall sensor move relatively, the switch type Hall sensor outputs a positioning signal according to the change of the sensed magnetic induction intensity, and the control device can accurately stop the movable part at a preset position; and accordingly, the manufacturing process of the movable member is simplified, and the manufacturing cost of the cooking appliance is reduced.
