As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a water outlet control method in one embodiment. The water outlet control method in this embodiment is applied to a water purifier, as shown in fig. 2, and fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of the water purifier, where the water purifier includes a water purifying faucet and a water purifying main unit, where the water purifying main unit is mainly used for filtering and water outlet control, and the water purifying faucet is used for heating and water outlet. The water purifying faucet comprises a hot water pipeline, a cold water pipeline and a water-vapor separation box, wherein the hot water pipeline comprises a first water pipe, a first water inlet valve and a heating module, the first water inlet valve and the heating module are arranged on the first water pipe, the cold water pipeline comprises a second water pipe and a second water inlet valve, the second water inlet valve is arranged on the second water pipe, and the first water pipe and the second water pipe are connected with the water-vapor separation box.
The water outlet control method in the embodiment comprises the following steps:
step 102, when a hot water taking instruction input by a user is obtained, driving a first water inlet valve in a hot water pipeline to be opened, and starting a heating module in the hot water pipeline to enable hot water to flow out from a hot water outlet of a water-vapor separation box.
In this embodiment, an operation display panel for receiving an instruction input by a user may be further disposed on the faucet of the water purifier, and options of different water outlet modes are displayed on the operation display panel for controlling water outlets of the faucet at different temperatures. When a hot water taking instruction is obtained from the operation display panel, the first water inlet valve is opened, the heating module starts to work, water in the water supply pipe flows into the first water pipe and starts to be electrified and heated when flowing through the heating module, finally, hot water flows out from a water outlet end (a hot water discharging port) of the first water pipe, and flows out from a hot water outlet after being subjected to water-vapor separation in the water-vapor separation box.
Specifically, the heating module may be an electric heating tube connected in series to the first water delivery pipe, or may be an electric heating wire disposed inside the first water delivery pipe, as long as the water in the first water delivery pipe can be heated to become hot water, and the heating module is not limited herein. The first water inlet valve is used for controlling the on-off of the first water delivery pipe and further controlling the discharge of hot water, the first water inlet valve can be a manual valve, of course, the first water inlet valve can also be an electromagnetic valve, and for convenience of control, the first water inlet valve is preferably a normally closed electromagnetic valve, and the opening and closing of the first water inlet valve can be controlled through an electric control program.
Further, the hot water intake command may be a designated temperature or a designated gear, and the heating module stops heating after heating the water in the first water pipe to the temperature or the designated gear.
And step 104, when a cold water taking instruction input by a user is acquired, driving a second water inlet valve in the cold water pipeline to be opened so that cold water flows out of a cold water outlet of the water-vapor separation box.
In this embodiment, when the cold water getting instruction is obtained from the operation display panel, the second water inlet valve is opened, and water in the water supply pipe flows into the second water pipe, flows out through the water outlet end (cold water outlet) of the second water pipe, and flows out from the large cold water outlet of the water-vapor separation box.
Specifically, the second water inlet valve is used for controlling the on-off of the second water conveying pipe and further controlling cold water to be discharged, the second water inlet valve can be a manual valve or an electromagnetic valve, and for convenience of control, the second water inlet valve is preferably a normally-closed electromagnetic valve and can be controlled to be opened or closed through an electric control program.
And 106, when a warm water taking instruction input by a user is obtained, driving a first water inlet valve in the hot water pipeline and a second water inlet valve in the cold water pipeline to be opened, and starting a heating module in the hot water pipeline to enable warm water to flow out of an outlet of the water-steam separation box.
In this embodiment, when a cold water getting instruction is obtained from the operation display panel, the first water inlet valve in the hot water pipeline and the second water inlet valve in the cold water pipeline are simultaneously opened, and the heating module in the hot water pipeline is started, the hot water pipeline and the cold water pipeline are simultaneously circulated, and hot water discharged from the hot water discharge port and cold water discharged from the cold water discharge port are mixed, so that warm water flows out, and convenience is provided for a user to use the warm water.
In addition, it can be understood that, because the hot water and the cold water of the water faucet are respectively discharged through the hot water pipeline and the cold water pipeline, compared with the existing electric heating water faucet with only one water outlet pipeline, the situation that a user is easily scalded because the hot water and the cold water are immediately taken after the user takes the hot water and the water faucet can firstly flow a section of hot water can be avoided.
And 108, when the last acquired instruction of taking the warm water is detected and the current acquired instruction of taking the hot water is detected, adjusting relevant parameters of the hot water pipeline and/or the small water pump to reduce the climbing speed of the water temperature in the hot water pipeline.
It can be understood that hot water can produce steam in the formation process, and hot water and steam are simultaneously released from the hot water outlet and can appear rivers unstability and spout the vapour phenomenon, to most of this kind of circumstances in this embodiment, can separate hot water and steam through the steam separation box that sets up, and the hot water after the separation can be released to hot water passageway through the steam separation box, and steam can be released to exhaust passageway through the steam separation box for rivers avoid appearing spouting the vapour phenomenon when exothermic water.
However, the phenomenon still easily occurs when the last acquired warm water taking instruction is detected and the current acquired hot water taking instruction is detected, so that the condition that the steam exhaust channel of the steam-water separation box is blocked by steam is relieved in a mode of reducing the water temperature climbing speed in the hot water pipeline by adjusting related parameters of the hot water pipeline and/or the small water pumping pump, and the steam spraying phenomenon is avoided as far as possible when the hot water is discharged.
Furthermore, the steam injection phenomenon is particularly easy to occur when the hot water is taken at the last time at a high flow rate, and when the hot water is taken at present, a preset threshold value is preset in one specific implementation, whether the flow rate of the last time of warm water flowing out of the outlet of the water-steam separation box is greater than the preset threshold value or not is judged, if the flow rate of the last time of warm water flowing out of the outlet of the water-steam separation box is greater than the preset threshold value, the last time of warm water taking is considered to be the high flow rate warm water, and relevant parameters of the hot water pipeline and/or the small water pumping pump are adjusted to reduce the climbing speed of the water temperature in the.
Specifically, the manner of adjusting the relevant parameters includes: the heating power of the heating module is reduced and/or the water outlet speed of the small water pumping pump is increased. The water outlet end of the small water pumping pump is connected with the hot water pipeline, and when the hot water speed regulation instruction is obtained from the operation display panel, the rotating speed of the small water pumping pump is adjusted to enable the water outlet speed to be correspondingly changed. For example, the hot water flow rate is set to correspond to the rotation speed gears of the small pumping pumps one by one, when the hot water speed regulation instruction is an ascending gear, the rotation speed of the small pumping pump is correspondingly increased by one, and when the hot water speed regulation instruction is a descending gear, the rotation speed of the small pumping pump is correspondingly reduced by one. Furthermore, the manner of adjusting the relevant parameters may also be to change the continuous heating manner to an intermittent heating manner, for example, to pause the heating for N minutes every N minutes.
According to the water outlet control method, when the last obtained warm water taking instruction is detected and the current obtained hot water taking instruction is detected, the problems of unstable water flow and steam injection can be solved by adjusting relevant parameters of the hot water pipeline and/or the small water pumping pump.
It can be understood that the water purifying main body is simultaneously filtered while the water purifying tap is discharging water. Referring to fig. 2, the water purification main unit includes a pre-filter, a water inlet solenoid valve, a reverse osmosis filter, a check valve and a post-filter which are sequentially arranged. Wherein, the prefilter is used for the first coarse filtration, can filter the large particle matters such as silt, rust, worm's ovum, red worm in the running water. Water molecules can pass through the reverse osmosis filter element, and impurities such as inorganic salt, heavy metal ions, organic matters, colloid, bacteria, viruses and the like in the source water cannot pass through the reverse osmosis filter element, so that permeable pure water and impermeable concentrated water are strictly distinguished. The post-filter element can be an activated carbon filter element and is used for improving the taste, removing peculiar smell and pigment components in water and the like. When any one of a hot water taking instruction, a cold water taking instruction and a warm water taking instruction is obtained, the water inlet electromagnetic valve and the one-way valve are driven to start, so that tap water at the water inlet flows into the hot water pipeline and/or the cold water pipeline after being filtered by the preposed filter element, the reverse osmosis filter element and the postposition filter element.
Furthermore, the water purifier also comprises a booster pump arranged between the water inlet electromagnetic valve and the reverse osmosis filter element, and the normal osmosis principle is that liquid enters the high concentration area from the low concentration area, and water is required to enter the low concentration area from the high concentration area through the reverse osmosis filter element, so that required power can be provided through the booster pump. Therefore, when any one of the hot water taking instruction, the cold water taking instruction and the warm water taking instruction is obtained, the booster pump is driven to start so as to improve the filtering efficiency.
Further, the purifier is still including setting up the waste water solenoid valve between reverse osmosis filter core and waste water mouth, when obtaining in arbitrary one in hot water intaking instruction, cold water intaking instruction and the warm water intaking instruction, drives the waste water solenoid valve and starts to make the waste water after the reverse osmosis filter core filters flow from waste water mouth, thereby remain required pure water.
Through the multiple filtration treatment, the required pure water can be ensured to be supplied to the hot water pipeline and the cold water pipeline.
