The other swing arm driving mechanism is located at the rear right portion of the vertical mounting plate 107, and is connected to the right swing arm 104 b.
Each swing arm driving mechanism is respectively used for driving the corresponding swing arm to swing in the horizontal direction. The two swing arm driving mechanisms have the same structure, and the description takes any one of the swing arm driving mechanisms as an example:
the swing arm driving mechanism comprises a first driving motor 108, a belt transmission mechanism and a limiting mechanism.
The belt transmission mechanism includes a driving pulley 109, a first transition pulley 110, a transition shaft 111, a second transition pulley 112, a driven pulley 113, a first transmission belt 114, and a second transmission belt 115.
The first driving motor 108 is disposed on the vertical mounting plate 107 with an output shaft of the first driving motor 108 facing downward.
A drive pulley 109 is mounted on the output shaft of the first drive motor 108. The transition shaft 111 is also vertically mounted, wherein the upper and lower end portions of the transition shaft 111 are mounted on the vertical mounting plate 107 through a bearing seat, respectively.
The first transition pulley 110 and the second transition pulley 112 are both fixedly mounted on the transition shaft 111.
The driven pulley 113 is mounted to a lower portion of a swing arm mounting shaft (not shown). A groove 116 is provided in the vertical mounting plate 107 at a position corresponding to the mounting position of the driven pulley 113 to facilitate exposure of the driven pulley 113, as shown in fig. 7.
A first drive belt 114 is mounted between the drive pulley 109 and the first transition pulley 110. A second drive belt 115 is mounted between the second transition pulley 112 and the driven pulley 113.
The transmission of power to the swing arm 104 is facilitated by a first drive belt 114 and a second drive belt 115.
The limiting mechanism is connected with the connecting end of the swing arm 104 and is used for limiting the horizontal swing angle of the swing arm 104.
As shown in fig. 2, the limiting mechanism includes a limiting rod 117 and a limiting groove 118.
The stopper groove 118 is horizontally provided on the rear side of the vertical mounting plate 107. The limiting rod 117 is vertically arranged, the upper end of the limiting rod is connected with the connecting end part of the swing arm 104 through an L-shaped connecting block 119, and the lower end of the limiting rod is positioned in a limiting groove 118.
In this embodiment, the limiting groove 118 is an arc-shaped limiting groove, as shown in fig. 2.
Through the above limit mechanism, the swing arm 104 can be limited to reach a position of 25 degrees with the vertical mounting plate 107 when swinging forwards, and can reach a position of 90 degrees with the vertical mounting plate 107 when swinging backwards.
The free end of each swing arm 104 is provided with a sleeve clamping mechanism and a photoelectric sensing switch 120.
As shown in fig. 3 to 6, the sleeve clamping mechanism includes an L-shaped bracket 121, a rotation block 122, and a second driving motor 123.
At the free end of the swing arm, a mounting hole 124 is provided, the direction of penetration of which is perpendicular to the length direction of the swing arm 104. One side of the L-shaped bracket 121 is parallel to the length direction of the swing arm 104, and the other side is perpendicular to the length direction of the swing arm 104.
Wherein, one side 121a of the L-shaped bracket, which is vertical to the length direction of the swing arm 104, is connected to the end part of the swing arm 104 (through a bolt), and one side 121b of the L-shaped bracket, which is parallel to the length direction of the swing arm 104, is aligned with the mounting hole 124.
The rotating block 122 is located in the mounting hole 124, and the rotating block 122 is preferably an elliptical rotating block.
The second driving motor 123 is disposed on the upper portion (or the lower portion) of the swing arm 104, and an output shaft thereof extends into the mounting hole 124 and is fixedly connected to the rotating block 122, so as to drive the rotating block 122 to be screwed out of or into the mounting hole 124.
The connection position of the second driving motor 123 and the rotating block 122 is biased to one side of the rotating block 122, and the design is convenient for the rotating block 122 to rotate to one side 121b parallel to the length direction of the L-shaped bracket and the swing arm when the rotating block 122 is screwed out;
at this time, the rotation block 122 is in contact with the edge 121b, and thus can clamp the sleeve together. Similarly, when the rotating block 122 (driven by the second driving motor 123) is not in contact with the edge 121b, the sleeve is released from being clamped.
The photoelectric sensing switch 120 is mounted on one side 121a of the L-shaped bracket perpendicular to the length direction of the swing arm.
The photoelectric sensing switch 120 is used for sensing the position of the hand. When the photoelectric sensing switch 120 senses that the sleeve is blocked by the hand, the second driving motor 123 is triggered to act, and the rotating block 122 is driven to rotate, so that the sleeve is clamped.
As shown in FIG. 3, there are two collar clips 105, each of which is located on the front side of the vertical mounting plate 107.
The collar clamp driving mechanism is connected with the two collar clamps 105 and is used for driving each collar clamp to synchronously move up and down. The collar is clamped by the collar clamp 105 to move from bottom to top, so that the action of putting on the clothes of the old can be simulated.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the vertical mounting plate 107 is provided with strip-shaped holes, such as strip-shaped holes 125, which are the same in number as the collar clips, and the strip-shaped holes 125 are vertically arranged, one position is inclined to the left, and the other position is inclined to the right.
The collar clamp drive mechanism includes a lead screw drive mechanism, a straight guide rail 126, and a slider 127. The screw driving mechanism includes a third driving motor 128, a screw 129, a screw nut 130, and a horizontal synchronization link 131.
The third drive motor 128 is fixedly mounted on the vertical mounting plate 107 with its output shaft facing upward.
The lead screw 129 is vertically disposed, and the lead screw 129 is connected to an output shaft of the third driving motor 128 through a coupling. The upper and lower ends of the lead screw are mounted on the vertical mounting plate 107 through a lead screw bearing block, respectively.
The lead screw nut 130 is mounted on the lead screw 129 and can move up and down along the lead screw 129.
At least one horizontal synchronizing link 131 is provided, and in the present embodiment, the horizontal synchronizing links 131 are provided in two, for example. The horizontal synchronizing link 131 is horizontally disposed and can pass through the lead screw nut 130 and be connected to the lead screw nut 130.
When the screw nut 130 moves up and down, the horizontal synchronous connecting rod 131 can be driven to move up and down synchronously.
The number of the straight rails 126 is the same as the number of the bar holes 125, and each straight rail is vertically installed in one bar hole.
The number of sliders 127 is the same as the number of straight rails 126.
Each slider 127 is correspondingly mounted on one of the straight rails 126 and is capable of moving up and down along the corresponding straight rail 126.
Specifically, each sliding block 127 is provided with a vertical through hole 132 which can be installed on the straight guide rail 126, wherein the vertical through hole 132 is sleeved on the straight guide rail 126, so that the sliding block 127 can slide up and down along the corresponding straight guide rail 126.
Each collar clip 105 is correspondingly mounted on one of the sliders 127.
The horizontal synchronous connecting rod 131 is connected with all the sliding blocks 127 and is used for driving all the sliding blocks to synchronously move up and down. Specifically, link through holes 139 through which the horizontal synchronization link 131 passes are provided at the rear side of each slider 127.
Through the structure, the collar clamp driving mechanism is favorable for driving the collar clamp 105 to move up and down.
The embodiment provides a better collar clip structure, which is simple in structure and convenient to use.
In the lower position, the collar clip 105 is in a closed position and when the collar clip 105 is moved to the upper position, the collar clip 105 can be automatically opened, as will be described in more detail below with respect to the construction of the collar clip 105.
As shown in fig. 8 to 10, the collar clip 105 is connected with the slider 127 through a rotating shaft, and a torsion spring 133 is arranged between the collar clip 105 and the slider 127. Under the action of the torsion spring 133, the collar clip 105 is in a clamped state, and the lower part of the collar clip is attached to the sliding block 127.
A tab 134 is also provided on the back side of the collar clip 105, the tab 134 extending rearwardly into the vertical perforation 132.
A trigger block 135 is further disposed on the top front side of the straight guide rail 126, and the trigger block 135 protrudes from the front side surface of the straight guide rail 126, wherein the trigger block 135 is square, and the cross-sectional size of the trigger block is smaller than that of the straight guide rail 126.
In addition, a trigger block insertion hole 136 matched with the size of the trigger block 135 is further formed in the front side of the vertical through hole 132, the trigger block insertion hole 136 is communicated with the vertical through hole 132, and the trigger block 135 is vertically aligned with the trigger block insertion hole 136.
When the collar clip 105 moves up to the upper position following the slider 127, the tab 134 contacts the trigger block 135 and is forced downward by the trigger block 135, causing the collar clip 105 to automatically open and release the clip.
When the tab 134 is disengaged from the trigger block 135, the collar clip 105 is re-closed by the torsion spring 133.
Of course, the collar clip 105 can also be a clip which is electrically controlled to open and close, and will not be described in detail herein.
The intelligent old-people-assisting dressing and undressing device in the embodiment further comprises a single chip microcomputer (not shown in the figure).
The swing arm driving mechanism, the collar clamp driving mechanism, the sleeve clamping mechanism, the photoelectric sensing switch, the seat plate inclination adjusting mechanism and the like are respectively connected with the single chip microcomputer, and the single chip microcomputer is used for controlling all mechanisms in the coat putting-on and taking-off auxiliary device 1.
The process of assisting the putting on and taking off of the upper garment by the upper garment assisting device 1 is as follows:
first, the old manually puts the collar in the two collar clips 105, and the collar clips 105 automatically clamp the collar of the upper garment;
then, the elderly sit on the seat 102, and put the hands into the upper sleeves by themselves;
the singlechip controls the action of the collar clamp driving mechanism, further drives the collar clamp 105 to move upwards synchronously, and the collar clamp 105 is opened automatically after moving to a set height, so that the action of assisting in putting on the coat is completed.
The old can fasten the buttons or pull the zippers of the coat, and the whole operation process is very convenient.
The auxiliary jacket-off process of the jacket-on/off auxiliary device 1 is as follows:
firstly, the old people sit on the seat 102, the clothes button or the zipper of the coat is opened, and the swing arm 104 swings from the rear side to the front side of the vertical mounting plate 107 under the action of the swing arm driving mechanism and forms an included angle of 25 degrees with the vertical mounting plate 107;
then, the old people respectively put the two sleeves into the sleeve clamping mechanisms at the free ends of the swing arms at the corresponding sides;
when the arms on the two sides are placed, the photoelectric sensing switches 120 at the free ends of the two swing arms sense that the arms are shielded by hands, signals are sent to the single chip microcomputer, and the single chip microcomputer controls the sleeve clamping mechanism to complete the sleeve clamping operation;
subsequently, the two swing arms 104 swing backwards under the action of respective swing arm driving mechanisms; meanwhile, the seat plate inclination adjusting mechanism pushes the seat plate to incline forwards, and the auxiliary clothes-removing action is completed through the mechanism.
The coat putting-on and taking-off auxiliary device in the embodiment is convenient to operate, and can conveniently assist the old to finish the coat putting-on and taking-off action.
As shown in fig. 11 to 13, the auxiliary device 2 for putting on and taking off the clothes includes a second mounting frame 201, a handrail 202, a trouser leg barrel opening mechanism, a trouser bottom clamping mechanism, a trouser waist clamping mechanism and a lifting driving mechanism.
The trouser leg barrel opening mechanism, the trouser leg bottom clamping mechanism, the trouser waist clamping mechanism, the lifting driving mechanism and the like are respectively connected with the single chip microcomputer, and the actions of the mechanisms in the auxiliary device 2 for putting on and taking off the clothes are controlled through the single chip microcomputer.
The second mounting rack 201 comprises a base 201a, a left vertical plate 201b and a right vertical plate 201 c; the left vertical plate 201b and the right vertical plate 201c are respectively located on the left side and the right side of the base 201a, and the two vertical plates are arranged oppositely.
The handrails 202 are two, one handrail is installed on the left side vertical plate, and the other handrail is installed on the right side vertical plate.
The jacket auxiliary device 1 in this embodiment is also attached to the base 201 a.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a square notch 137 is provided in the middle of the rear side of the bottom plate 103. A telescopic mechanism 138 is arranged in the square notch 137, one end of the telescopic mechanism is fixed on the base 201a, and the other end of the telescopic mechanism is connected with the bottom plate 103.
At least two sliders (not shown) arranged in the front-rear direction are further provided at the bottom of the base plate 103. A sliding groove 203 is arranged on the base 201a corresponding to the mounting position of each sliding block, and each sliding block is correspondingly positioned in one sliding groove 203.
The telescopic mechanism 138 is used to drive the auxiliary device 1 for putting on or taking off the jacket to move in the front-back direction.
In this embodiment, the telescoping mechanism 138 is, for example, a push rod motor, wherein the number of the push rod motors is at least one.
The design facilitates the adjustment of the front and rear positions of the seat 102, and the wearing and taking off of the clothes.
The structures of the leg opening mechanism, the bottom clamping mechanism, the waist clamping mechanism and the lifting driving mechanism will be described below.
As shown in fig. 11 to 13, the trouser leg barrel opening mechanism is arranged on the base 201 a.
The trouser leg barrel opening mechanism comprises two trouser leg barrel opening units which can stretch in the left-right direction, and a trouser leg barrel opening unit driving mechanism which is used for driving each trouser leg barrel opening unit to realize stretching action.
The trouser legs can stretch along the left and right directions, which means that the stretching size of the trouser legs barrel stretching unit can be adjusted, and the trouser legs can be conveniently put in and stretched.
Taking one trouser leg barrel opening unit as an example:
the trouser leg barrel opening unit comprises a first arc-shaped support 204 and a second arc-shaped support 205, the two arc-shaped supports extend vertically, and the first arc-shaped support 204 is fixedly arranged on the base 201 a.
The second arc bracket 205 is a movable bracket, and is disposed opposite to the first arc bracket 204 in the left-right direction.
The first arc bracket 204 and the second arc bracket 205 are both made of arc plates with certain radian. The design is convenient for the first arc-shaped support 204 and the second arc-shaped support 205 to be inserted into the trouser legs smoothly.
The two trouser leg barrel opening unit driving mechanisms are both arranged on the base 201a and are connected with the corresponding second arc-shaped supports 205.
The trouser leg barrel opening unit driving mechanism adopts a screw rod driving mechanism. Take one of them as an example:
the trouser leg barrel stretching unit driving mechanism comprises a driving motor 206, a lead screw 207, a lead screw nut and the like. Wherein, the lead screw is arranged along the left-right direction, the driving motor 206 drives the lead screw 207 to rotate, and the lead screw nut is arranged on the lead screw 207.
The bottom of the second arc-shaped bracket 205 is mounted on a lead screw nut.
When the driving motor 206 is actuated, the second arc-shaped bracket 205 can be driven to approach or depart from the first arc-shaped bracket 204.
In addition, a third curved bracket 208 is connected to each second curved bracket 205.
The third arc-shaped bracket 208 is also made of an arc-shaped plate with a certain radian, and has a certain inclination angle when being installed.
Taking the trouser leg barrel opening unit at the left side as an example, the third arc-shaped bracket 208 is inclined towards the upper left side; similarly, in the trouser leg barrel opening unit on the right side, the third arc-shaped bracket 208 is inclined towards the upper right.
The third arc-shaped support 208 can synchronously move left and right with the second arc-shaped support 205 on the same side, and the third arc-shaped support 208 can ensure that the trouser legs cannot contact the base 201a after being placed into the trouser leg barrel stretching unit.
The number of the trouser leg bottom clamping mechanisms is two, and each trouser leg bottom clamping mechanism is correspondingly positioned at the opening unit of one trouser leg barrel.
Two trouser leg clamping mechanisms are arranged on the base 201a, taking one of them as an example:
the trouser leg clamping mechanism comprises two trouser leg clamping units and a trouser leg clamping unit driving mechanism used for driving each trouser leg clamping unit to move left and right, and the two trouser leg clamping units are identical in structure.
One of the trouser leg clamping units is taken as an example for explanation:
the leg-bottom clamping unit comprises a mounting seat 209 and a first clamping arm 210 and a second clamping arm 211. Wherein, the first clamping arm 210 and the second clamping arm 211 extend along the vertical direction, which is convenient for clamping the trouser legs.
Wherein the bottom of the first clamping arm 210 is fixedly attached to the mounting block 209.
The first clamping arm 210 is made of a square plate, and the first clamping arm 210 has a certain inclination angle toward the rear side.
The angle between the first clamping arm 210 and the vertical surface is about 5-15 degrees, the upper portion of the first clamping arm has certain bending, the bending direction is backward, and the old can conveniently draw the legs out of the trouser leg barrel opening unit or put the legs into the trouser leg barrel opening unit.
The top of the first clamping arm 210 is provided with a flange 210a to protect the legs of the elderly against injury.
The bottom of the second clamping arm 211 is hinged to the mounting seat 209.

The opening and closing driving mechanism is disposed on the mounting seat 209, and a push rod motor can be used, which is not described in detail herein.
The trouser leg clamping unit driving mechanism also adopts a screw rod driving mechanism. The trouser leg clamping unit driving mechanism (screw nut therein) is connected with the bottom of the mounting seat 209 and is used for driving the corresponding trouser leg clamping unit to move left and right.
The trouser leg clamping units move left and right to be convenient for being matched with the positions of the trouser leg barrel opening units, and each trouser leg clamping unit is positioned at the rear side of the middle position of the first arc-shaped support 204 and the second arc-shaped support 205 at the trouser leg barrel opening unit.
The two lifting driving mechanisms are respectively arranged on the left vertical plate 201b and the right vertical plate 201 c.
The number of the trouser waist clamping mechanisms is two, and each trouser waist clamping mechanism is correspondingly arranged on one lifting driving mechanism. The trouser waist clamping mechanism is used for clamping the trouser waist and then realizing the actions of lifting and taking off the trousers under the driving of the lifting driving mechanism.
The two lifting driving mechanisms have the same structure and adopt lead screw driving mechanisms.
As shown in fig. 12, one (left) elevation driving mechanism is taken as an example, and includes a fourth driving motor 213, a lead screw 214, a lead screw nut 215, and a horizontal support plate 216.
Wherein, the fourth driving motor 213 is disposed on the base 201 a.
The lead screw is vertically installed, and the upper end and the lower end of the lead screw are respectively installed on the left vertical plate 201b through a lead screw bearing seat. A lead screw nut 215 is mounted on the lead screw 214, and a horizontal support plate 216 is connected to the lead screw nut 215.
The horizontal supporting plate 216 is a square plate, on which a strip-shaped sliding rail 217 extending along the left-right direction is arranged, and the strip-shaped sliding rail 217 facilitates the waist clamping mechanism to perform self-adaptive left-right movement along the strip-shaped sliding rail 217.
The waist gripping mechanism includes a fixed gripping arm 218 and a movable gripping arm 219.
Wherein the movable clamp arm 219 is located on the upper side of the fixed clamp arm 218 and is hingedly connected to the fixed clamp arm 218.
The movable clamping arm 219 is provided with a driving motor 220, and the driving motor 220 is used for driving the movable clamping arm 219 to rotate up and down around the hinge position (of the fixed clamping arm 218), so as to control the opening and closing of the waist clamping mechanism.
The bottom of the fixed clamping arm 218 is provided with a strip-shaped sliding groove (not shown) extending in the same direction as the strip-shaped sliding rail 217; the fixed clamp arm 218 is mounted on a bar slide and is able to move in the left and right direction along the bar slide.
The auxiliary putting-on and putting-off process of the auxiliary putting-on and putting-off device 2 in this embodiment is as follows:
the old sits on the seat 102, the seat 102 moves forward under the driving of the telescopic mechanism 138, so that the seat 102 is close to the auxiliary device 2 for putting on and taking off the clothes, the old neatens the trousers, and the trouser legs are sleeved on the trouser leg barrel opening unit;

driven by the lifting driving mechanism, the trouser waist clamping mechanism rises to a set height and then is automatically opened.
Thus, the process of assisting in putting on and taking off the clothes is completed.
The auxiliary device 2 for putting on and taking off the clothes in this embodiment assists the process of taking off the clothes as follows:
the old people sit on the seat 102, and the seat 102 moves forward under the driving of the telescopic mechanism 138, so that the seat is close to the auxiliary device 2 for putting on and taking off the clothes, and the old people put feet in the trouser leg barrel stretching unit;
at the moment, each trouser leg barrel opening unit extends into one trouser leg and opens the corresponding trouser leg;
then, the trouser leg clamping mechanism is opened, and the trouser leg is closed after the old puts the trouser leg into the trouser leg clamping mechanism; then the old man holds up the handrail and hangs the waist of trousers on the waist of trousers clamping mechanism, and the waist of trousers clamping mechanism is opened at the moment;
next, waist of trousers clamping mechanism is closed, then under lifting drive mechanism's drive, waist of trousers clamping mechanism drives the waist of trousers and descends to appointed height, the old man take out the leg can, to this, accomplish supplementary clothes process of taking off.
The coat wearing and taking-off auxiliary device and the coat wearing and taking-off auxiliary device are cooperatively matched, so that the coat wearing and taking-off process and the coat taking-off and taking-off process of the old can be assisted, and the technical problem that the old is difficult to wear and take off the coat is effectively solved.
