Claims (7)

1. A modularized UVLED power supply is connected with a main power supply and comprises a cabinet body, wherein the cabinet body comprises side plates, a back plate, a bottom plate and a panel, and the modularized UVLED power supply is characterized in that 1 or more than 1 power distribution modules (1) and module supports (2) are arranged in the cabinet body, the power distribution modules (1) are detachably connected with the cabinet body through the module supports (2), a power distribution plate (3) is arranged on the back plate, a circuit board (4) is integrated with the power distribution plate (3), the power distribution modules (1) are electrically connected with the circuit board (4), a communication interface (5) and a wiring terminal (6) are further arranged on the power distribution plate (3), and the power distribution plate is connected with a main power supply plug wire through the communication interface (5) and the wiring terminal (6); the cabinet machine body is also internally provided with a wire bundling device (10) for collecting and guiding connecting wires of the power splitting module (1); the cable harness device (10) comprises a bus cable harness (1001) for collecting connecting wires and leading out of the cabinet body, wherein the bus cable harness (1001) comprises a first connecting part (10011) connected with the cabinet body, a connector (10012) connected with the connecting wires in the cabinet body and connected with an external connecting wire, and a second connecting part (10013) for guiding the external connecting wire, wherein the second connecting part (10013) is provided with a through hole (10014) for collecting and guiding the external connecting wire; the side of first connecting portion (10011) is equipped with support piece (10015), support piece (10015) is equipped with articulate portion (10016), the side of second connecting portion (10013) is equipped with arch (10017), second connecting portion (10013) and first connecting portion (10011) pass through arch (10017) with articulate portion (10016) are connected.
2. The modular UVLED power supply according to claim 1, characterized in that the side panels are provided with slots (7), and the module support (2) is inserted into the slots (7) for fixing.

The modular UVLED power supply according to claim 1, characterized in that said power distribution module (1) is provided with a power distribution circuit board (101) and a power distribution fixing plate (102), said power distribution fixing plate (102) is fixedly provided with a nut (1021), said power distribution circuit board (101) is provided with a fixing hole (1011), said nut (1021) is convexly provided on said power distribution fixing plate (102) by inserting a screw for fixing, said power distribution fixing plate (102) is provided with a mounting hole (1022), said module bracket (2) is provided with a threaded hole, and said power distribution fixing plate (102) is fixed with said module bracket (2) by inserting a screw.

The modular UVLED power supply according to claim 1, wherein said back plate is provided with a first connection hole (8) and a second connection hole (9), said cabinet body and said structural body are hung through said first connection hole (8) and said second connection hole (9), said second connection hole (9) is a semi-closed connection hole.

The modular UVLED power supply of claim 1, wherein the harness apparatus (10) further comprises a breakout harness (1002), the breakout harness (1002) comprising a connecting plate (10021) and a breakout/pilot hole (10022), the breakout harness (1002) being connected to a distribution power fixing plate (102) through the connecting plate (10021).

The modular UVLED power supply according to claim 1, wherein the base plate is stepped and comprises a vertical end and a horizontal end, the vertical end is provided with a connection port (11) connected to the first connection portion (10011), the horizontal end is provided with a wiring port (12), the wiring port (12) is connected to the communication port (5) and the connection terminal (6), and the horizontal end and/or the vertical end is provided with a heat sink (13).
7. The modular UVLED power supply according to claim 3, characterized in that said cabinet body is provided at its top end with a heat sink (14), said heat sink (14) is removably connected with the side plate of said cabinet body, and said heat sink (14) is electrically connected with said power distribution circuit board (101).
