Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of communication, in particular to a VOIP voice call real-time charging system and a VOIP voice call real-time charging method.
Background
The current voice call charging usually counts the call duration after the call is finished, and then deducts the charge from the account balance of the user according to the charging rule, and records the details, which relates to the problem that when the user balance is close to 0 yuan, the call duration of the user is too long, the call charge exceeds the account balance in the process, and the balance is deducted into a negative number, so as to cause the arrearage of the account number of the user, and in the call center service, because the same account number allows to initiate multiple calls (this is called multiple concurrencies) at the same time, the situation is particularly serious.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a VOIP voice call real-time charging system and method.
A VOIP voice call real-time charging system comprises a voice call module for initiating a voice call, an exchange control module for controlling the establishment and hanging up of the call and a fee deduction module for deducting the telephone fee;
the voice call module initiates a call request to the interactive control module, the exchange control module requests the deduction module for deducting the account balance by one call unit charge, if the deduction is successful, the call is successfully established, and a timing program is started;
the timing program initiates a request for pre-deducting the cost of the next call unit to the fee deduction module every other call unit, if the pre-deduction is successful, the call is continued, and if the pre-deduction is failed, the call is ended.
Preferably, after the call is ended, the interaction control module initiates a charging request to the fee deduction module according to the duration of the call, and the fee deduction module records the information related to the call.
Preferably, the voice call module adopts an AI voice call center or a manual outbound system.
Preferably, the interaction control module adopts a PXB switch.
A VOIP voice call real-time charging method comprises the following steps:
the voice call module initiates a call request to the interactive control module, the exchange control module requests the deduction module for deducting the account balance by one call unit charge, if the deduction is successful, the call is successfully established, and a timing program is started;
the timing program initiates a request for pre-deducting the cost of the next call unit to the fee deduction module every other call unit, if the pre-deduction is successful, the call is continued, and if the pre-deduction is failed, the call is ended.
Preferably, the method further comprises the following steps:
after the call is finished, the interactive control module initiates a charging request to the fee deduction module according to the call duration, and the fee deduction module records the call related information.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the voice call module initiates a call request to the interactive control module, the exchange control module requests the deduction module for deducting the account balance by one call unit charge, if the deduction is successful, the call is successfully established, and a timing program is started; the timing program initiates a request for pre-deducting the next call unit charge to the deduction module every other call unit, if the pre-deduction is successful, the call is continued, and if the pre-deduction is failed, the call is ended, so that the account can not generate arrearages.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention will be further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
The basic idea of the invention is that a voice communication module initiates a call request to an interactive control module, the interactive control module requests a deduction account balance to a deduction module for deducting the charge of a communication unit, if the deduction is successful, the communication is successfully established, and a timing program is started; the timing program initiates a request for pre-deducting the next call unit charge to the deduction module every other call unit, if the pre-deduction is successful, the call is continued, and if the pre-deduction is failed, the call is ended, so that the account can not generate arrearages.
Based on the above thought, as shown in fig. 1, the invention provides a VOIP voice call real-time charging system, which includes a voice call module for initiating a voice call, an exchange control module for controlling the establishment and hanging up of a call, and a fee deduction module for deducting the telephone fee; the voice call module initiates a call request to the interactive control module, the exchange control module requests the deduction module for deducting the account balance by one call unit charge, if the deduction is successful, the call is successfully established, and a timing program is started; the timing program initiates a request for pre-deducting the cost of the next call unit to the fee deduction module every other call unit, if the pre-deduction is successful, the call is continued, and if the pre-deduction is failed, the call is ended.
The voice calling module can be any AI voice calling center or manual calling system. The interaction control module can be realized by a PXB switch such as freeswitch and is responsible for the functions of establishing and hanging up the call signaling.
The fee deduction module is responsible for receiving the charging request initiated by the interactive control module, initiating fee deduction for the user account and returning the balance after fee deduction.
In an exemplary embodiment, for example, the fee deduction module is set to 60 seconds as a call unit, in the normal call process, the fee of one call unit is deducted before each call unit starts, if the deduction is successful, the call continues, and if the deduction is failed, the call is ended, so that it can be ensured that no defaulting is generated on the account, and after the call is ended, the details of the fee record call are collected.
In an embodiment, after the call is ended (normal end and insufficient balance end), the interactive control module initiates a charging request to the deduction module according to the duration of the call, the charge of one call unit is deducted before each call unit starts, if the deduction is successful, the call continues, and if the deduction is failed, the call is ended, so that the account can be ensured not to generate the arrearage deduction module, because the charge is deducted in the call and before the call, the charge is not deducted repeatedly, and only one call detail is recorded for recording the information related to the call.
Correspondingly, in the embodiment of the method, as shown in fig. 2, the present invention further provides a VOIP voice call real-time charging method, which includes the following steps:
s1: the voice call module initiates a call request to the interactive control module, the exchange control module requests the deduction module for deducting the account balance by one call unit charge, if the deduction is successful, the call is successfully established, and a timing program is started;
s2: the timing program initiates a request for pre-deducting the cost of the next call unit to the fee deduction module every other call unit, if the pre-deduction is successful, the call is continued, and if the pre-deduction is failed, the call is ended.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the present invention further comprises the steps of:
s3: after the call is finished, the interactive control module initiates a charging request to the fee deduction module according to the call duration, and the fee deduction module records the call related information.
Based on the detailed description of the technical solution of the present invention in the system embodiment, further description is omitted in the method embodiment.
Various modifications or additions may be made to the described embodiments or alternatives may be employed by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit or ambit of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
