According to the scheme, when the terminal equipment receives the service processing request sent by the user, the identity of the user is identified according to the biological characteristic information of the user, the safety of the biological identification technology is enhanced, meanwhile, a foundation is laid for the subsequent starting of the server to identify the identity of the user, in addition, the risk that the biological characteristic information of the user is easily stolen in the process of being sent to the server through the communication network is avoided, and the safety of the biological characteristic information of the user is effectively ensured.

Claims (44)

1. An identity recognition method, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that terminal equipment receives a service processing request sent by a user, wherein the service processing request comprises identification information of the user and biological characteristic information of the user;
the terminal equipment identifies whether the identity of the user is legal or not according to the biological characteristic information of the user contained in the service processing request;
and when the terminal equipment identifies that the identity of the user is legal, carrying the attribute value corresponding to the biological characteristic information of the user and the identification information of the user in a service processing request and sending the service processing request to a server, so that the server can carry out identity verification on the user according to the attribute value and the identification information of the user.
2. The identity recognition method of claim 1, wherein the terminal device recognizes whether the identity of the user is legal according to the biometric information of the user included in the service processing request, comprising:
the terminal equipment searches biological characteristic information corresponding to the identification information of the user from a biological characteristic information base according to the identification information of the user contained in the service processing request, wherein the biological characteristic information base contains the identification information of the user and the biological characteristic information corresponding to the identification information of the user;
and the terminal equipment judges whether the biological characteristic information of the user contained in the received service processing request is consistent with the biological characteristic information corresponding to the searched identification information of the user, and identifies whether the identity of the user is legal or not according to a judgment result.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the attribute value corresponding to the biometric information of the user is obtained by the terminal device by searching a biometric information library.
4. The identification method according to claim 1, wherein the attribute value is calculated based on a preset algorithm on the biometric information of the user.
5. The identity recognition method of claim 1, wherein the terminal device carries the attribute value and the identification information of the user in a service processing request and sends the service processing request to a server, comprising:
the terminal equipment encrypts the identification information of the user and the attribute value to obtain an encryption result;
and the terminal equipment sends the service processing request carrying the encryption result to a server.
6. The identity recognition method of claim 2, wherein the terminal device stores the biometric information of the user in the biometric information base by:
the terminal equipment receives a registration request sent by the user and acquires the biological characteristic information of the user and the identification information of the user, wherein the biological characteristic information of the user and the identification information of the user are contained in the registration request;
and the terminal equipment establishes a corresponding relation between the identification information of the user and the biological characteristic information of the user and stores the corresponding relation in the biological characteristic information base.

when the terminal equipment acquires the biological characteristic information of the user contained in the registration request, calculating to obtain an attribute value of the biological characteristic information of the user by using a preset algorithm;
