Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present application better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a first embodiment of an automatic remote control execution method for distribution network feeder operation tasks provided in an embodiment of the present application.
The embodiment provides an automatic remote control execution method for distribution network feeder operation tasks, which comprises the following steps:
step 101, obtaining a batch operation task corresponding to a switching device with a remote control function, wherein the batch operation task comprises: operation information of each task, equipment information of each switchgear, and an operation state.
It should be noted that, since the present application performs remote control operation on the switch device remotely, only the switch device with remote control function can be remotely controlled, and the batch operation tasks are as follows: carrying out operations such as debugging operation, remote control opening and closing test and the like on the newly added distribution network automation equipment; for example, after a planned maintenance power failure or a fault power failure of the bus occurs, a large amount of operations are required to perform the switching service on the distribution network line. This embodiment receives the batch operation task that switchgear that has remote control function corresponds through the master station system of electric wire netting, and the batch operation task includes: operation information of each task, and equipment information and operating state information of each switchgear.
And 102, judging whether the equipment information meets a first preset condition and whether the running state is on-line running, if so, executing a step 103, and otherwise, stopping executing the operation task.
It should be noted that the matching between the device information and the first preset condition in this embodiment may be: whether the switch name of the switch device is in accordance with the field code of the switch device, whether the field code of the switch device is in accordance with the field code of the switch device, and the like are not described herein again, and when the first preset condition is met, whether the running state of the switch device is in the online running state is continuously judged, if yes, step 103 is executed, otherwise, the execution of the operation task is stopped.
And 103, respectively checking the operation sequence, the type of the switch equipment, the state of the line and the equipment state in the line in the operation information, and executing a step 104 when the operation sequence, the type of the switch equipment, the state of the line and the equipment state in the line all accord with preset checking conditions.
Note that, the operation order in the operation information is collated, for example: whether the switch equipment is electrified or not is checked before the switch equipment is operated, so that the power failure of a client caused by remote control operation is avoided; i.e. to determine whether the operating sequence lacks necessary steps or whether the sequence is correct, ensuring the safety of the subsequent teleoperated switching device.
Checking the type of switchgear, for example: only the operation of switch equipment is allowed, and the phenomenon that the knife switch is pulled with load when the knife switch is operated is avoided;
checking the state of the line, for example: all the grounding switches on the circuits of all the operation steps are in a separated state and have no temporary grounding wires;
for the device states in the line, for example: the circuit switch of each operation step has no: master station listing such as maintenance, line maintenance, fault, ground fault, live working, quit reclosing and the like;
the content of the operation information proofreading can be set according to actual requirements by those skilled in the art, and is not limited herein.
And step 104, carrying out automatic remote control operation on the switch equipment according to the batch operation tasks.
It should be noted that after the batch operation task obtained through the matching and the calibration in step 102 and step 103, the power grid master station system needs to perform program presetting, and automatically execute the batch operation task after the presetting is completed, that is, the operations such as opening and closing the switching device are remotely controlled according to the batch operation task.
According to the automatic remote control execution method for the distribution network feeder operation tasks, batch operation tasks of the switch devices with the remote control function in the distribution network feeder are obtained through the main station system of the power grid, device information, running states, operation information and the like in the batch operation tasks are matched and corrected, operation tasks meeting preset conditions are obtained, and the main station system can remotely operate the corresponding switch devices item by item according to the sequence set up by the operation tasks until the process of the batch operation tasks of the distribution network feeder is completely completed. checking whether all the ground cutters are in a separated state and no temporary ground wire exists in the state of the line;
for device status in line no: and checking the inspection, line inspection, fault, ground fault, live working and quit reclosing.
It should be noted that, a method for checking the operation information of the operation task by a person skilled in the art may be set according to an actual situation, and details are not described here.
And step 206, when the on-off state of the switch device meets a second preset condition, presetting the batch operation tasks, enabling the switch device to automatically execute remote control operation, and acquiring the state of the switch device.
It can be understood that, before the master station remote control operation task, the on-off state of the device is checked to meet the condition, and the second preset condition may be that the switching device is in an off state or an on state. And after the checking is finished, presetting the batch operation tasks, so that the switching equipment automatically executes remote control operation, and acquiring the state of the switching equipment. It should be noted that when the on-off state of the switching device does not meet the second preset condition, the batch operation task is stopped from being preset.
It should be noted that steps 207, 208, 209 take into account several special situations that are easily occurred during the execution of the batch operation steps, and provide corresponding processing methods.
