本发明公开了一种采用多个5G电力载波网关的便携式电力监控装置,包括支撑结构,所述支撑结构底部为对称安装的四个底座,所述对称安装的四个底座之间转动连接连接轴,右侧所述连接轴两端固接对称安装的摆臂底部,所述摆臂顶端铰接连接杆底端,所述连接杆中部铰接支撑摆臂顶端,所述支撑摆臂底端固接左侧所述连接轴两端。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的支撑结构具备移动、升降、收缩折叠和多角度调节的功能,可以适用多种的检测场景,增加本专利的实用性;本发明的夹持结构具备夹持检测装置的作用,无需检测人员持握,可以解放工作人员的双手,更方便工作人员进行纪录。

技术领域
本发明涉及5G设备技术领域,具体为一种采用多个5G电力载波网关的便携式电力监控装置。
背景技术
电力设备在当今社会的各个领域有着广泛的应用,为了保证用电线路的安全,对用电线路或者还电网节点进行电力监测非常重要,随着电力系统的发展以及电力市场的开放,电力体制改革的深化,电网内部与电网之间的电力开始了大规模的生产与交换,电力的质量问题越来越引起广泛的关注,在电测量及电力计量装置也得到了发展,电力质量检测装置可分为便携式、手持式、集中式等几种形式,其中使用最多的是便携式和手持式的检测装置。然而以上两种常用设备在使用时,往往需要放置在其他固定平台上使用;特别是手持式的检测装置,使用时需要一边检测一边记录数据,反而使用起来不方便了。
为此我们提出一种采用多个5G电力载波网关的便携式电力监控装置用于解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种采用多个5G电力载波网关的便携式电力监控装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种采用多个5G电力载波网关的便携式电力监控装置,包括支撑结构,所述支撑结构底部为对称安装的四个底座,所述对称安装的四个底座之间转动连接连接轴,右侧所述连接轴两端固接对称安装的摆臂底部,所述摆臂顶端铰接连接杆底端,所述连接杆中部铰接支撑摆臂顶端,所述支撑摆臂底端固接左侧所述连接轴两端,所述连接杆顶部铰接云台侧壁,所述云台顶面中心内嵌轴承,所述轴承内圈过盈配合轴杆底端,所述轴杆顶端固接托盘,所述托盘内腔固接夹持结构的一侧;
所述夹持结构一侧包括气缸和滑槽块,所述气缸底面固接托盘内腔顶面,所述气缸两侧固接对称安装的两个滑槽块,所述气缸前端活动连接伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆前端固接夹块一侧,所述夹块两端固接滑轨,所述滑轨滑动连接滑槽块。
优选的,所述底座底面固接自锁式万向轮顶端。
优选的,所述摆臂与连接杆处螺纹连接制动螺栓。
优选的,所述连接杆顶端固接若干齿块,所述齿块活动卡接限位销右端,所述限位销右端为销杆,所述销杆右端卡接齿块,所述销杆左端固接圆螺母,所述圆螺母螺纹连接螺栓中部,所述螺栓末端螺纹连接云台侧壁。
优选的,所述滑槽块底面固接托盘内腔顶面。
优选的,所述夹块另一侧与托盘侧壁形成的区域为放置区。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的支撑结构具备移动、升降、收缩折叠和多角度调节的功能,可以适用多种的检测场景,增加本专利的实用性;本发明的夹持结构具备夹持检测装置的作用,无需检测人员持握,可以解放工作人员的双手,更方便工作人员进行纪录。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种采用多个5G电力载波网关的便携式电力监控装置,包括支撑结构1,支撑结构1底部为对称安装的四个底座10,对称安装的四个底座10之间转动连接连接轴11,右侧连接轴11两端固接对称安装的摆臂12底部,摆臂12顶端铰接连接杆13底端,连接杆13中部铰接支撑摆臂14顶端,支撑摆臂14底端固接左侧连接轴11两端,连接杆13顶部铰接云台15侧壁,云台15可以根据使用角度需要调节相应的倾斜程度。云台15顶面中心内嵌轴承2,轴承2内圈过盈配合轴杆3底端,轴杆3顶端固接托盘4,托盘4内腔固接夹持结构5的一侧;
夹持结构5一侧包括气缸50和滑槽块51,气缸50底面固接托盘4内腔顶面,气缸50两侧固接对称安装的两个滑槽块51,气缸50前端活动连接伸缩杆52,伸缩杆52前端固接夹块53一侧,夹块53两端固接滑轨54,滑轨54滑动连接滑槽块51。启动气缸50之后,伸缩杆52受力会向前推进,并将夹块53向前推进。
底座10底面固接自锁式万向轮100顶端,解锁自锁式万向轮100之后,通过调节摆臂12支撑摆臂14的倾斜程度可以调节云台14的高度。
摆臂12与连接杆13处螺纹连接制动螺栓120,拧紧制动螺栓120使得摆臂12和连接杆13角度不变,由此实现对云台15高度的锁定。
连接杆13顶端固接若干齿块140,齿块140活动卡接限位销150右端,限位销150右端为销杆1501,销杆1501右端卡接齿块140,销杆1501左端固接圆螺母1502,圆螺母1502螺纹连接螺栓1503中部,螺栓1503末端螺纹连接云台15侧壁。通过拧紧螺栓1503使得限位销150的整体锁定,从而卡住齿块140,进而实现云台15的倾角固定。
滑槽块51底面固接托盘4内腔顶面。
夹块53另一侧与托盘4侧壁形成的区域为放置区6。夹块53的伸缩可以实现对检测装置的夹持。
工作原理:本发明在适用时,先根据使用需求调整云15的高度,其中解锁自锁式万向轮100之后,通过调节摆臂12支撑摆臂14的倾斜程度可以调节云台14的高度,接着拧紧制动螺栓120使得摆臂12和连接杆13角度不变,由此实现对云台15高度的锁定;再根据使用需求调整云15的角度,其中,通过拧紧螺栓1503使得限位销150的整体锁定,从而卡住齿块140,进而实现云台15的倾角固定。再将检测装置放入放置区6内;然后启动气缸50,随之伸缩杆52受力会向前推进,并将夹块53向前推进,随着夹块53的不断推进可以实现对检测装置的夹持。从而解放工作人员的双手,更方便工作人员进行纪录。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种采用多个5G电力载波网关的便携式电力监控装置,包括支撑结构(1),其特征在于:所述支撑结构(1)底部为对称安装的四个底座(10),所述对称安装的四个底座(10)之间转动连接连接轴(11),右侧所述连接轴(11)两端固接对称安装的摆臂(12)底部,所述摆臂(12)顶端铰接连接杆(13)底端,所述连接杆(13)中部铰接支撑摆臂(14)顶端,所述支撑摆臂(14)底端固接左侧所述连接轴(11)两端,所述连接杆(13)顶部铰接云台(15)侧壁,所述云台(15)顶面中心内嵌轴承(2),所述轴承(2)内圈过盈配合轴杆(3)底端,所述轴杆(3)顶端固接托盘(4),所述托盘(4)内腔固接夹持结构(5)的一侧;
所述连接杆(13)顶端固接若干齿块(140),所述齿块(140)活动卡接限位销(150)右端,所述限位销(150)右端为销杆(1501),所述销杆(1501)右端卡接齿块(140),所述销杆(1501)左端固接圆螺母(1502),所述圆螺母(1502)螺纹连接螺栓(1503)中部,所述螺栓(1503)末端螺纹连接云台(15)侧壁;
所述夹持结构(5)一侧包括气缸(50)和滑槽块(51),所述气缸(50)底面固接托盘(4)内腔顶面,所述气缸(50)两侧固接对称安装的两个滑槽块(51),所述气缸(50)前端活动连接伸缩杆(52),所述伸缩杆(52)前端固接夹块(53)一侧,所述夹块(53)两端固接滑轨(54),所述滑轨(54)滑动连接滑槽块(51)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种采用多个5G电力载波网关的便携式电力监控装置,其特征在于:所述底座(10)底面固接自锁式万向轮(100)顶端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种采用多个5G电力载波网关的便携式电力监控装置,其特征在于:所述摆臂(12)与连接杆(13)处螺纹连接制动螺栓(120)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种采用多个5G电力载波网关的便携式电力监控装置,其特征在于:所述滑槽块(51)底面固接托盘(4)内腔顶面。
