本发明提供了一种基于机器人的药店顾客服务、管理方法,属于医疗服务技术领域,包括:S1、机器人系统与药店的ERP系统通讯连接;S2、机器人系统与药店收银系统通讯连接;S3、机器人建设门店地图;通过后台关联门店药品区域及药品摆放位置;S4、用户注册或建立会员档案及电子药历信息;S5、互联网医院执业医师与执业药师审核处方药品;S6、机器人解析顾客的订单信息,带领顾客到达药品区域并告知顾客进行取药;解决了企业店员人工成本的负担,机器人24小时实时在岗工作,通过机器人协助顾客买药流程中从选药、支付、取药的全流程跟随服务,完成顾客在机器人上选购买药到拿到药品离店的服务闭环,可用机器人代替人工解决门店日常重复性的业务工作。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗服务技术领域,具体为一种基于机器人的药店顾客服务、管理方法。
背景技术
现有的药店多通过人工的方式进行引导服务,当顾客较多时,容易出现接待不及时的情况,影响购药体验;客户较少时,人力资源浪费较大。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术不足,本发明的目的是提供一种基于机器人的药店顾客服务、管理方法,解决了企业店员人工成本的负担,机器人24小时实时在岗工作,通过机器人协助顾客买药流程中从选药、支付、取药的全流程跟随服务,完成顾客在机器人上选购买药到拿到药品离店的服务闭环,可用机器人代替人工解决门店日常重复性的业务工作。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种基于机器人的药店顾客服务、管理方法,其特征在于,包括:
S1、使机器人系统与药店的ERP系统通讯连接;
S2、使机器人系统与药店收银系统通讯连接;
S3、机器人建设门店地图,并标注主要区域点;通过后台关联门店药品区域及药品摆放位置;
S4、用户使用时注册或建立会员档案及电子药历信息;
S5、通过机器人购药过程中存在处方药品时,需要进行互联网医院执业医师与执业药师审核后方可购买;
S6、顾客交易后,机器人解析顾客的订单信息,系统分析药品摆放区域与药品摆放位置;机器人随后带领顾客到达药品区域并告知顾客进行取药,待订单的药品取完后,机器人自行回到接待点。
本发明的有益效果在于:解决了企业店员人工成本的负担,机器人24小时实时在岗工作,通过机器人协助顾客买药流程中从选药、支付、取药的全流程跟随服务,完成顾客在机器人上选购买药到拿到药品离店的服务闭环,可用机器人代替人工解决门店日常重复性的业务工作。

一种基于机器人的药店顾客服务、管理方法,包括:
S1、使机器人系统与药店的ERP系统通讯连接;
S2、使机器人系统与药店收银系统通讯连接,机器人也有独立的收银系统可供门店多项选择;
S3、机器人建设门店地图,并标注主要区域点;通过后台了解机器人的使用情况,关联门店药品区域及药品摆放位置的管理;
S4、用户使用时注册或建立会员档案及电子药历信息,有助于执业药师机器人对患者提供用药指导,完整地保存患者的用药记录等服务;
S5、通过机器人购药过程中存在处方药品时,需要进行互联网医院执业医师与执业药师审核后方可购买;
S6、顾客交易后,机器人解析顾客的订单信息,系统分析药品摆放区域与药品摆放位置;机器人随后带领顾客到达药品区域并告知顾客进行取药,待订单的药品取完后,机器人自行回到接待点。
机器人使用流程如图1所示:
机器人对顾客进行会员人脸识别,如不通过识别,提示注册会员,通过会员识别后,顾客进行选购药品,意向性购药可直接搜索药品名称,非意向性购药可通过疾病自测系统推荐/门店预设推荐联合用药方案;机器人分析选购的药品中是否含有处方药,当含有处方药时,进行互联网医院开方、审方流程;客户可选择支付方式进行支付;支付完成后可选择是否需要代领取药。
机器人及其系统平台为现有设计。
应用mvp+dagmvp+dagger2+retrofit2+rxjava框架有很多优点,解耦,降低模块的耦合度,方便平时写单元测试,减少Activity编码,同时提高团队的效率,提高编码的效率,提高代码的可读性。
