performing road condition simulation on the expressway according to the target travel plan, and judging whether the simulated traffic flow of the road condition simulation exceeds a preset traffic flow threshold value of the expressway or not;
when the simulated traffic volume exceeds a traffic volume threshold value, sending the target trip plan and a congestion prediction result to a corresponding user terminal according to the trip user information;
when time adjustment information for the target trip plan sent by a user terminal is received, adjusting the target trip plan according to the time adjustment information, performing road condition simulation on an expressway according to the adjusted target trip plan, and judging whether the adjusted simulated traffic flow exceeds a preset traffic flow threshold value of the expressway;
and when the adjusted simulated traffic flow exceeds a traffic flow threshold, managing and controlling the vehicle passing frequency of the expressway.
2. The big data-based traffic control method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the target travel plan of the user in the holiday according to the travel user information comprises:
acquiring historical travel routes of the user on the same festival in the past year according to the travel user information;
and when the historical travel routes are the same, determining a target travel plan of the user in the festival according to the historical travel routes.
3. The big data-based traffic control method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the target travel plan of the user in the holiday according to the travel user information comprises:
acquiring historical travel routes of the user on the same festival in the past year according to the travel user information;
when the historical travel routes are different, obtaining a search city of the user in a preset time period in a large database, determining a possible destination of the user according to the search city, and determining a target travel plan of the user in the festival according to the possible destination.
4. The big data based traffic control method according to claim 3, further comprising:
when the possible destinations comprise a plurality of cities, determining possible routes of the user according to the possible destinations, and acquiring congestion conditions of the possible routes on the same festival in the past year;
and sending the congestion condition of the same festival of the possible route in the past year and a destination determination request to the user terminal.
5. The big data-based traffic control method according to claim 1, wherein the sending of the target travel plan and the congestion prediction result to the corresponding user terminal includes:
calculating a difference value between the simulated traffic flow and the vehicle quantity threshold value, and predicting the congestion time of the target trip plan according to the difference value to obtain a congestion time prediction result;
and sending the target trip plan and the congestion time prediction result to a corresponding user terminal.
6. The big data based traffic control method according to claim 1, wherein the controlling of the vehicle passing frequency of the expressway comprises:
and calculating a traffic flow difference value between the adjusted simulated traffic flow and the vehicle quantity threshold value, and managing and controlling the vehicle passing frequency of the expressway according to the traffic flow difference value.
7. A big data-based traffic control apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a detection module, a data processing module and a data processing module, wherein the detection module is used for acquiring travel user information in a large database when detecting that the current time enters the countdown of a festival, and acquiring a target travel plan of a user in the festival according to the travel user information;
the simulation module is used for carrying out road condition simulation on the expressway according to the target travel plan and judging whether the simulated traffic flow of the road condition simulation exceeds a preset traffic flow threshold value of the expressway or not;
the transmitting module is used for transmitting the target trip plan and the congestion prediction result to a corresponding user terminal according to the trip user information when the simulated traffic volume exceeds a traffic volume threshold;
the adjusting module is used for adjusting the target trip plan according to the time adjusting information when receiving the time adjusting information of the target trip plan sent by the user terminal, carrying out road condition simulation on the expressway according to the adjusted target trip plan, and judging whether the adjusted simulated traffic flow exceeds a preset traffic flow threshold value of the expressway or not;
and the management and control module is used for managing and controlling the vehicle passing frequency of the expressway when the adjusted simulated vehicle flow exceeds a vehicle flow threshold value.
8. The big data-based traffic management and control apparatus according to claim 7, further comprising:
the obtaining module is used for obtaining historical travel routes of the user on the same holiday in the past year according to the travel user information;
and the route determining module is used for determining a target travel plan of the user in the festival according to the historical travel route when the historical travel routes are the same.
