The term "and/or" herein merely describes an associative relationship, meaning that three relationships may exist, e.g., a and/or B, may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. In addition, the term "at least one" herein means any one of a plurality or any combination of at least two of a plurality, for example, including at least one of A, B, C, and may mean including any one or more elements selected from the group consisting of A, B and C.
At present, with the development of the internet, electronic book reading has become a new reading mode, the reading of the electronic book needs to realize the display of text contents by means of a novel reader, and the reader firstly typesets the text contents of the electronic book, so that the size of a typeset text page is matched with the screen size of electronic equipment. The reading device is generally divided into an up-down page turning mode and a horizontal page turning mode according to different reading directions.
Research shows that under the up-down page turning mode, the situation that the residual height at the bottom of the current text page is not enough to put down a line of characters exists during typesetting, and then the line of characters is put on the top of a continuous text page, so that the situation that the line spacing between two continuous lines of characters is not matched with the line spacing of other characters in the text page in the reading process is caused, and the continuity of the characters is poor. Based on the research, the present disclosure provides a text display method, which may obtain layout information of a target text, determine, for any one of text pages, a paragraph distribution condition of a bottom text in the text page based on layout data of the text page in response to a reading mode being a vertical page turning mode, and then adjust a height of the text page according to the paragraph distribution condition and the layout information of the target text, so that a line spacing of characters between two successive text pages of the target text is matched with a line spacing of other characters in the text page by adjusting the height of the text page of the target text, thereby ensuring continuity of the characters in the text page.
The above-mentioned drawbacks are the results of the inventor after practical and careful study, and therefore, the discovery process of the above-mentioned problems and the solutions proposed by the present disclosure to the above-mentioned problems should be the contribution of the inventor in the process of the present disclosure.
To facilitate understanding of the present embodiment, first, a text display method disclosed in the embodiments of the present disclosure is described in detail, where an execution subject of the text display method provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure is generally an electronic device with certain computing capability, and the electronic device includes, for example: a terminal device, which may be a mobile device, a user terminal, a handheld device, a computing device, a vehicle device, a wearable device, or the like, or a server or other processing device. In some possible implementations, the text display method may be implemented by a processor invoking computer readable instructions stored in a memory.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a text display method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure is shown, where the method may be applied to the electronic device, or applied to a local or cloud server. The text display method shown in fig. 1 includes the following S101 to S103:
s101, obtaining typesetting information of a target text; the target text is continuously displayed through a plurality of text pages, the typesetting information comprises typesetting data of the target text on the text pages, and the size of the text pages is matched with the screen size of the electronic equipment.
Illustratively, the target text is the text that the user determines needs to adjust and display the layout on the electronic device. The target text may be an electronic text such as a novel, a literature work, a children's book, a professional article, a journal, a tool book, a painting set, a celebrity self-transmission, and the like, which is not limited herein. The format of the target text may be, but is not limited to, PDF, EXE, CHM, UMD, PDG, JAR, PDB, TXT, BRM, etc., and is not limited herein. The target text needs to be read through a novel reader, the novel reader has multiple page turning modes, and the novel reader can be generally divided into a horizontal page turning mode and an up-down page turning mode according to different browsing directions.
After chapter data of the target text is ready, the novel reader typesets the text data of each chapter to generate rich text data for rendering. The layout data of each chapter is divided into a group of layout data of pages, and the layout data of each page corresponds to one text page displayed by the client. The text refers to a representation form of written voice, the text may include a sentence, a paragraph, an article, or the like, and the text page may be displayed on an interface of the electronic device, for example, in a document processing application of the electronic device. Wherein the size of the text page matches the size of the screen of the electronic device.
In some embodiments, the layout information refers to fixed text attribute information obtained by a novel reader after the target text is laid out, in this embodiment, the layout information includes layout data of the target text on the plurality of text pages, and may further include line spacing and segment spacing, the layout data may include character height and segment distribution information, and the character height in this embodiment is a height between a first line of characters and a last line of characters of the text pages.
Exemplarily, referring to fig. 2, a schematic diagram of layout information of a text page displayed on a screen of an electronic device is shown, where a text height is a height between a first line of text and a last line of text of the text page, i.e. h in the diagram; the line spacing is the distance between two adjacent lines of characters in the text page, i.e. l in the figure; the segment spacing is the distance between two adjacent segments in the text page, i.e. p in the figure.
In this way, the size of the text page is adjusted in the subsequent steps by obtaining the layout information of the target text.
S102, responding to the situation that the reading mode is the up-down page turning mode, and aiming at any text page, determining paragraph distribution conditions of bottom texts in the text page based on the typesetting data of the text page.
It can be understood that, in the present disclosure, the height of the text page is adjusted when the novel reader is in the up-down page turning mode, after the layout information of the target text is obtained, the layout data of the target text in a plurality of text pages can be obtained, and then the paragraph distribution condition of the bottom text in the text pages can be determined, the paragraph distribution of the bottom text in the text pages can be a complete paragraph or a page-crossing paragraph, and the text paragraph at the bottom of the text pages is the lowermost text paragraph displayed in the screen of the electronic device.
S103, adjusting the height of the text page according to the paragraph distribution condition and the typesetting information of the target text.
After the typesetting information of the target text is obtained, the height of the text page can be adjusted to realize that the line spacing of the characters between two continuous text pages is matched with the line spacing of other characters in the text page.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the width of the text page is matched with the width of the screen of the electronic device, so that the size of the text page can be adjusted only by adjusting the height of the text page. In the adjusting process, the adjusting mode is divided into two cases according to the distribution of the text paragraphs at the bottom of the text page, and the specific adjusting mode will be described in detail in the following embodiments.
According to the method and the device for adjusting the height of the text page, the typesetting information of the target text is obtained, the reading mode is a vertical page turning mode, the paragraph distribution condition of the bottom text in the text page is determined according to the typesetting data of the text page aiming at any text page, then the height of the text page is adjusted according to the paragraph distribution condition and the typesetting information of the target text, and therefore the line spacing of characters between two continuous text pages of the target text is matched with the line spacing of other characters in the text page through adjusting the height of the text page of the target text, and the continuity of the characters in the text page is further guaranteed.
Regarding S103, when adjusting the height of the text page, there are two cases, which will be described below.
The first method comprises the following steps: in the case where the paragraph at the bottom of the text page is a complete paragraph, referring to fig. 3, the method of adjusting the page height includes the following S1031 to S1032:
and S1031, calculating the sum of the character height, the line spacing and the segment spacing to obtain the target height of the text page.
Referring to fig. 4, a schematic diagram of a complete paragraph at the bottom of a text page is shown, where a distance between a last line of characters of a current text page and a first line of characters of a next text page is a sum of a line distance and a segment distance, and if the height of the characters is h, an actual target height of the text page should be adjusted to be a sum of the character height, the line distance, and the segment distance, that is, the target height is h + l + p, where l is the line distance, and p is the segment distance (as shown in fig. 2).
S1032, adjusting the height of the text page to the target height.
And after the target height of the text page is obtained, adjusting the actual height of the text page to the target height. Thus, under the condition that the paragraph at the bottom of the text page is a complete paragraph, the line spacing of the characters between two continuous text pages is ensured to be matched with the line spacing of other characters in the text page.
And the second method comprises the following steps: in the case where the paragraph at the bottom of the text page is a page spread paragraph, referring to fig. 5, the method of adjusting the page height includes the following S1031a to S1032 a:
and S1031a, calculating the sum of the character height and the line spacing to obtain the target height of the text page.
Referring to fig. 6, a schematic diagram of a paragraph at the bottom of a text page is a cross-page paragraph, where a distance between a last line of characters of a current text page and a first line of characters of a next text page is a line distance, and the height of the characters is h, an actual target height of the text page should be adjusted to be a sum of the height of the characters and the line distance, that is, the target height is h + l, where l is the line distance (as shown in fig. 2).
S1032a, adjusting the height of the text page to the target height.
This step is similar to S1032 described above and will not be described again here. Thus, under the condition that the paragraph at the bottom of the text page is a page-crossing paragraph, the line spacing of the characters between two continuous text pages is ensured to be matched with the line spacing of other characters in the text page.
Referring to fig. 7, a flowchart of another text display method provided by the present disclosure is different from the text display method in fig. 1, in that the method further includes the following steps S104 to S105:
and S104, creating a target array, and sequentially storing the plurality of text pages in the target array from top to bottom.
The target array is a set of a plurality of text pages, and in order to respond to the up-down page turning mode of the novel reader, the text pages are arranged from top to bottom and stored in the target array.
S105, responding to the sliding operation of the user, removing the text page sliding out of the screen of the electronic equipment from the target array, and adding the adjusted text page in the target array.
It can be understood that, since the text page sliding out of the screen is already an invalid page for display during the sliding process of the user, the text page needs to be removed from the target array, and a new text page needs to be added to ensure the continuity of the text page display.
With respect to the above S105, referring to fig. 8, a flowchart of a method for removing a text page sliding out of the screen of the electronic device from the target array includes the following steps S1051 to S1053:
s1051, responding to the sliding operation of the user, controlling the target view to scroll, wherein the target view is used for showing at least one text page in the target array.
The target view includes a scroll view (ScrollView), which is a slidable window, and a user can scroll through the content in the window by sliding or dragging a scroll bar with a finger. When the content in the window is more and one screen is incompletely displayed, the excessive part cannot be seen by a user, at this time, a view needs to be scrolled, so that the window can be scrolled in response to a sliding operation of the user, at this time, the part which is not displayed in the view control inside can be displayed after scrolling, for example, after the text of a text box (TextView) is too large in a default condition, the content which exceeds the screen or a frame body cannot be displayed, but if the text box is placed in a scrolling view, the text content which is not displayed can be scrolled up and down.
For example, when the user reads the electronic book, the sliding of the target view can be controlled through sliding or other gesture operations to browse the text pages, and the text pages which are displayed in front of the user and are already resized, namely the text pages with the equal line spacing.
S1052, in the process of scrolling the target view, judging whether the currently displayed text page slides out of the screen.
S1053, under the condition that the currently displayed text page slides out of the screen, removing the currently displayed text page from the target array.
For example, see fig. 9, which is a schematic diagram of the sliding process of the target view in the screen, wherein the point O is the origin of the target view, the distance between A, B is the screen height, the distance between O, C is the content height of the target view, i.e. the height range in which the target view can scroll, and the provisional content height is 3 times the screen height. Of course, the content height may also be 2 times or 4 times the screen height, as long as the content height is greater than the screen height, which can ensure that the target view slides in the screen, and is not limited herein. Pages 1-4 are 4 pages of the text pages in the target view, and the page positions are arranged from top to bottom.
At this time, taking upward sliding (forward reading) as an example, in the target view sliding process, judging whether the text page is in the screen, sliding out of the screen and removing, for example, page 1 in the figure, and when the text page has already slid out of the screen, removing page 1 from the target array.
In some embodiments, after the text page sliding out of the screen of the electronic device is removed from the target array, the positions of other text pages in the target view need to be readjusted to ensure that the browsing effect displayed to the user is consistent with that before the adjustment. The specific adjustment method is divided into the following two cases according to the sliding direction:
first, in the case that the sliding direction is upward sliding, after the page sliding out of the screen is removed, the vertical coordinate of the offset (ContentOffset) of the target view relative to the top of the screen, that is, the absolute value of the difference between the top of the target view and the top coordinate of the screen, needs to be readjusted at this time to ensure that the screen is always in the middle of the target view, thereby realizing continuous sliding of the target view. Meanwhile, the coordinates of the top (the end close to the removed page) of the first text page (the next page connected to the removed page) need to be adjusted to ensure that the first text page moves to the position before the removed page, so as to realize the continuity of the text pages in the target view.
For example, please refer to fig. 9 again, at which time page 1 has been removed, the distance from the origin O point of the target view to the screen a is readjusted to be one screen height, and then the top coordinate of page 2 is adjusted to be also one screen height. It should be noted that the vertical coordinate of the offset of the target view relative to the screen and the end coordinate of the first text page may be adjusted to any preset height, which may be 0.5 times of the screen height, or 2 times of the screen height, and is not limited herein.
After the position of the first text page is adjusted, the positions of other text pages below the first text page also need to be adjusted, and new pages are added to ensure the continuity of the text pages.
For example, referring to fig. 9 again, when the position of page 2 is adjusted, the position of page 3 is also adjusted, and when page 3 is fully displayed, page 4 is added below page 3 to be displayed.
Secondly, when the sliding direction is downward sliding, after the page sliding out of the screen is removed, the vertical coordinate of the offset (ContentOffset) of the target view relative to the bottom of the screen, that is, the absolute value of the difference between the bottom of the target view and the bottom coordinate of the screen, needs to be readjusted to ensure that the screen is always in the middle of the target view, thereby realizing continuous sliding of the target view. Meanwhile, the coordinates of the bottom (the end close to the removed page) of the second text page (the last page connected to the removed page) need to be adjusted to ensure that the second text page moves to the position before the removed page, so as to realize the continuity of the text pages in the target view.
After the position of the second text page is adjusted, the positions of other text pages above the second text page also need to be adjusted, and new pages are added to ensure the continuity of the text pages. The specific adjustment method is similar to the method illustrated in fig. 9, and is not illustrated here.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the text page can be continuously displayed in the sliding process of the target view, that is, the browsing effect displayed to the user after the size of the text page is adjusted is consistent with that before the adjustment.
In addition, it should be noted that each text page in the target array has a life cycle during the sliding process, that is, an initialization object (init), a load view (loadView), a view load complete (viewdload), a view imminence (viewwillapplicator), a view render complete (viewdidappper), a view imminence removal (viewwilldispapear), a view removal (viewdidmapper), and a view destroyed (dealloc). In the life cycle of the text page, the height of the text page is adjusted at the stage of view loading completion (viewDidload), that is, the height of the text page is adjusted before the text page appears in the screen. In this way, it is ensured that the text page displayed in the screen of the electronic device is always the page after the height adjustment.
