Abstract
The invention provides a hard disk data logic and physical destruction control system which comprises a main control board, a power supply board, a hard disk back board, a plurality of hard disks and a touch display control screen, wherein the main control board is respectively connected with the power supply board, the hard disk back board and the touch display control screen; the main control board receives a control instruction input by the touch display control screen, carries out authority verification, and after the verification is passed, sends a destruction signal to the hard disk backboard, the hard disk backboard sends the instruction to each hard disk, and the hard disk executes the destruction process. The invention adopts an independent trigger signal control module; the application scene is wide, and the method can be applied to electronic equipment with data storage, such as computers, servers, tablet computers, notebook computers, communication equipment and the like; supporting multiple authority authentication modes; and the logical data destruction and the physical destruction of the hard disk are supported.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of ruggedized computers, in particular to a hard disk data logic and physical destruction control system.
Background
The main task of electronic devices such as computers and servers is to process and store data, and the demand for data security is particularly high in some special industries, such as military, national defense, and business confidentiality. Under certain specific conditions, data needs to be rapidly and physically destroyed, and the data stored in the hard disk after being destroyed can not be recovered permanently, so that the aim of protecting data security is achieved. Data is mainly stored in the hard disk, so data destruction generally refers to destroying data in the hard disk.
The current solutions are:
1. and reserving destruction voltage at certain PIN PINs of the hard disk, outputting the destruction voltage by the system when the destruction is needed, and burning the memory chip by the hard disk by using the voltage so as to achieve the purpose of data destruction.
2. The destruction is usually triggered by the provision of a destruction button, which when pressed or pressed for a long time, outputs a destruction voltage for destruction.
3. In the destroying process, the destroying indicator light is turned on, and the indicator light is turned off after the destroying is finished so as to confirm that the data destroying is finished.
The current solution has the disadvantages that:
1. a person who does not know the characteristics of the computer may inadvertently press the destruction button, destroying the data without the need to urgently destroy the data, resulting in erroneous destruction. Although the destruction button is identified with a protective cover or warning, this problem cannot be completely avoided.
2. Whether the person who has the authority to issue the destroying instruction or not, the destroying is started only by pressing the destroying key, so that data are lost.
3. If the key body is destroyed in an emergency, the data cannot be destroyed, and serious loss is possibly caused.
4. The destruction indicator is not intuitive enough that an unfamiliar operator may not observe it and thus cannot confirm whether the data has been successfully destroyed.
5. The destruction control mode is single, and different customer requirements are difficult to adapt.
6. The physical destruction needs larger power consumption to burn the chip, so the required voltage ratio is higher, generally more than 24V. Most electronic devices do not have high voltage inside, which results in difficulty in implementation.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the hard disk data logic and physical destruction control system applied to the electronic equipment with data storage, such as a computer, a server, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, communication equipment and the like, is provided, and an independent trigger signal control module is adopted; 2, supporting various triggering authentication modes of fingerprint identification, U-KEY authentication, password authentication and emergency button; the independent touch control display screen is adopted, so that the destroying process and information display whether the destroying process is finished or not are simple and visual; the support system provides low voltage for physical destruction; the time sequence of firstly sending the destruction trigger signal and then outputting the destruction voltage is adopted, so that the false triggering is avoided.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a hard disk data logic and physical destruction device comprises a main control board, a power supply board, a hard disk back board, a plurality of hard disks and a touch display control screen, wherein the main control board is respectively connected with the power supply board, the hard disk back board and the touch display control screen; the main control board receives a control instruction input by the touch display control screen, carries out authority verification, and after the verification is passed, sends a destruction signal to the hard disk backboard, the hard disk backboard sends the instruction to each hard disk, and the hard disk executes the destruction process.
Furthermore, the touch display control screen is provided with two buttons of soft destruction and hard destruction, the two buttons are respectively corresponding to the control main control panel to send two signals of soft destruction and hard destruction, the hard disk erases logical data when receiving the soft destruction signals, and the memory chip is directly and physically destroyed when receiving the hard destruction signals.

Further, the hard destruction process is as follows: clicking a hard destruction button, carrying out authority verification, sending a hard destruction signal to a hard disk backboard and a power supply board by the main control board after the verification is passed, sending the hard destruction signal to the hard disk by the hard disk backboard, and sending a destruction voltage to the hard disk backboard by the power supply board; when the hard disk receives the hard destruction signal, the hard disk receives the destruction voltage from the hard disk backboard, and sends the destruction voltage to the memory chip, and the memory chip is physically destroyed; and returning a destruction state signal to the hard disk backboard in the hard destruction process and then returning the signal to the main control board, displaying that the hard destruction is performed in the touch display control screen when the main control board receives the signal, and displaying that the hard destruction is completed after the destruction is finished.

The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The invention mainly solves the technical problems that:
1. the problem that the data physical destruction control method of the electronic equipment is easy to be triggered by mistake;
2. the problem that the data physical destruction control method of the electronic equipment is unreliable;
3. the problem that the data physical destruction control method of the electronic equipment is single;
4. the electronic equipment can be physically destroyed without providing high voltage;
5. the destruction result is not intuitive enough.
Based on this, a hard disk data logic and physical destruction control system is provided, as shown in fig. 1, which includes a main control board, a power supply board, a hard disk backboard, a plurality of hard disks and a touch display control screen, wherein the main control board is respectively connected with the power supply board, the hard disk backboard and the touch display control screen, and the hard disk backboard is connected with the power supply board and each hard disk; the main control board receives a control instruction input by the touch display control screen, carries out authority verification, and after the verification is passed, sends a destruction signal to the hard disk backboard, the hard disk backboard sends the instruction to each hard disk, and the hard disk executes the destruction process.
The touch display control screen is provided with two buttons of soft destruction and hard destruction, the two buttons respectively correspond to the control main control panel to send two signals of soft destruction and hard destruction, the hard disk erases logical data when receiving the soft destruction signals, and the hard disk directly and physically destroys the memory chip when receiving the hard destruction signals. The power panel is used for independently supplying power, providing hard disk working voltage and destroying voltage for the main control panel.
Specifically, the soft destruction process is as follows: clicking a soft destruction button, carrying out authority verification, sending a soft destruction signal to a hard disk backboard by a main control board after the verification is passed, and sending the soft destruction signal to the hard disk by the hard disk backboard; the hard disk erases the logic data when receiving the signal, returns a destruction state signal to the hard disk backboard in the erasing process and returns the signal to the main control board, and the main control board displays that the soft destruction is being performed in the touch display control screen when receiving the signal and displays that the soft destruction is completed after the destruction is finished.
Specifically, the hard destruction process is as follows: clicking a hard destruction button, carrying out authority verification, sending a hard destruction signal to a hard disk backboard and a power supply board by the main control board after the verification is passed, sending the hard destruction signal to the hard disk by the hard disk backboard, and sending a destruction voltage to the hard disk backboard by the power supply board; when the hard disk receives the hard destruction signal, the hard disk receives the destruction voltage from the hard disk backboard, and sends the destruction voltage to the memory chip, and the memory chip is physically destroyed; and returning a destruction state signal to the hard disk backboard in the hard destruction process and then returning the signal to the main control board, displaying that the hard destruction is performed in the touch display control screen when the main control board receives the signal, and displaying that the hard destruction is completed after the destruction is finished.
In order to solve the problems of single destruction mode and personnel authority, the verification mode provided by the invention comprises one or more of fingerprint identification, U-KEY authentication, password authentication and emergency button.
In order to further prevent false triggering, the invention provides a false triggering prevention time sequence, which specifically comprises the following steps: in the hard destroying process, after the main control board sends out a hard destroying signal, the power panel and the hard board back board receive the signal at the same time, the hard board back board receives the signal and then directly sends the signal to the hard disk, and the hard disk waits for the input of a destroying voltage after receiving the hard destroying signal; after the power panel receives the destruction trigger signal, the power panel outputs destruction voltage to the hard disk backboard, the hard disk backboard sends the voltage to the hard disk, and the hard disk carries out hard destruction after receiving the voltage; wherein the destruction voltage is higher than the hard disk working voltage and the main control board working voltage.
In a preferred embodiment, the working voltage of the main control board is 12V, the working voltage of the hard disk is 5V, and the destruction voltage is 24V; each voltage is obtained through a voltage boosting circuit or a voltage reducing circuit inside the power panel.
In a preferred embodiment, the control chip of the main control board adopts any one of an MCU, an ARM, an FPGA and a CPLD.
In a preferred embodiment, the main control board is connected with a fingerprint connector for providing fingerprint identification verification.

Claims (9)
1. A hard disk data logic and physical destruction control system is characterized by comprising a main control board, a power supply board, a hard disk back board, a plurality of hard disks and a touch display control screen, wherein the main control board is respectively connected with the power supply board, the hard disk back board and the touch display control screen; the main control board receives a control instruction input by the touch display control screen, carries out authority verification, and after the verification is passed, sends a destruction signal to the hard disk backboard, the hard disk backboard sends the instruction to each hard disk, and the hard disk executes the destruction process.
2. The hard disk data logic and physical destruction control system according to claim 1, wherein the touch display control screen is provided with two buttons for soft destruction and hard destruction, the two buttons respectively correspond to the control main control panel to send two signals for soft destruction and hard destruction, the hard disk erases the logic data when receiving the soft destruction signal, and the hard disk directly and physically destroys the memory chip when receiving the hard destruction signal.

The hard disk data logic and physical destruction control system according to claim 2, wherein the hard destruction process is: clicking a hard destruction button, carrying out authority verification, sending a hard destruction signal to a hard disk backboard and a power supply board by the main control board after the verification is passed, sending the hard destruction signal to the hard disk by the hard disk backboard, and sending a destruction voltage to the hard disk backboard by the power supply board; when the hard disk receives the hard destruction signal, the hard disk receives the destruction voltage from the hard disk backboard, and sends the destruction voltage to the memory chip, and the memory chip is physically destroyed; and returning a destruction state signal to the hard disk backboard in the hard destruction process and then returning the signal to the main control board, displaying that the hard destruction is performed in the touch display control screen when the main control board receives the signal, and displaying that the hard destruction is completed after the destruction is finished.
