It is understood that the authorization module 40 further includes an annual fee management function, and the authorization module 40 manages the login account of the after-market diagnosis client 30. The administrator may set the age of the after-market diagnostic client 30 for free upgrades to the login account, as well as the cost of the free upgrade age, in the authorization module 40. When the free upgrade period of the account number is over, the software does not provide the upgrade function any more until the account number renews the fee again, and the renewed function is unlocked and can be normally used.
The authentication module 50 is configured to authenticate the authorization permission information according to the preset mapping table when the authorization permission information is received, and pass the authentication when the VCI device 60 corresponding to the authorization permission information is found. In this embodiment, when the after-market diagnosis client 30 connects to the vehicle to be diagnosed through the VCI device 60 for diagnosis, the after-market diagnosis client 30 logs in an account associated with the VCI device 60, and when the data management server 20 authenticates the after-market diagnosis client 30, the after-market diagnosis client 30 provides corresponding authorization permission information, where the authorization permission information corresponds to the VCI device 60 associated therewith, and if the VCI device 60 is authorized in advance, the corresponding VCI device 60 may be found in the preset mapping table, so that the authentication is passed, and if the authentication fails, information of the authentication failure is fed back to the after-market diagnosis client 30.
It should be noted that, during authentication, the corresponding service life in the preset relationship table is searched, if the service life is not expired, the authentication is passed, and if the service life is expired, the authentication is failed, and information of the authentication failure is fed back to the after-sale diagnosis client 30.
Optionally, the data management server 20 further includes: an operation manual management module 70;
the after-sale diagnosis client 30 is further configured to, when the VCI device 60 is connected to a vehicle to be diagnosed, obtain a current vehicle type corresponding to the vehicle to be diagnosed, and send an operation manual request instruction to the operation manual management module 70 according to the current vehicle type; the operation manual management module 70 is configured to send a target operation manual corresponding to the current vehicle type to the after-sales diagnosis client 30 according to the operation manual request instruction; the after-sales diagnosis client 30 is further configured to receive the target operation manual and display the target operation manual.
It is understood that the data management server 20 of the present embodiment further provides an operation manual management service, the operation manual is configured by the configuration client 10, before the operation manual management module 70 sends the target operation manual corresponding to the current vehicle model to the after-sales diagnosis client 30 according to the operation manual request instruction, it is required to ensure that the after-sales diagnosis client 30 has been successfully authenticated, and after the authentication is passed, the target operation manual is sent to the after-sales diagnosis client 30. The operation manual at least comprises common fault codes corresponding to the vehicle models, fault positions corresponding to the fault codes and how to clear the faults.
It should be noted that the diagnosis engineer account of the present embodiment at least includes the following functions, and may be performed synchronously:
1. updating the diagnostic data of the after-sales diagnostic clients 30 (updating the diagnostic data package in the form of an ODX file), and pushing the updated diagnostic data to each after-sales diagnostic client 30 so that the after-sales diagnostic clients 30 complete the diagnostic update;
2. the service manual of the after-sales diagnosis client 30 is updated, and the updated service manual data can be pushed to each after-sales diagnosis client 30, so that the after-sales diagnosis client 30 completes software update.
3. If the after-sales service station engineer applies for remote diagnosis support, the diagnosis engineer may remotely operate the after-sales diagnosis client 30 to assist the after-sales service station engineer in completing vehicle diagnosis work;
4. issuing a software update package for the after-market diagnostic client 30; after the program package is updated, the program package may be pushed to each after-sales diagnostic client 30, so that each software update operation is completed by the after-sales diagnostic client 30.
Optionally, the configuration client 10 is further configured to configure or update an operation manual corresponding to a target vehicle type, and send the operation manual corresponding to the target vehicle type to the operation manual management module 70; the operation manual management module 70 is further configured to receive and store an operation manual corresponding to the target vehicle type.
It is understood that the diagnostic engineer configures or updates the operation manual containing the vehicle model information through the diagnostic configuration software interface of the configuration client 10, and may synchronize with the configuration of the diagnostic data in the vehicle model development process, convert the diagnostic data into an ODX file, convert the operation manual into a file of another format, package the file, and send the packaged file to the operation manual management module 70. The data management server 20 manages the diagnostic data and the operation manual, and transmits the data to the after-sales diagnosis client 30 when the after-sales diagnosis client 30 needs the relevant data.
By applying the vehicle after-sale diagnosis system of the embodiment, the host factory can autonomously configure the after-sale diagnosis client 30, completely control all vehicle system diagnosis processes, autonomously update maintenance diagnosis data, realize the integration of configuration authorization and diagnosis processes of diagnosis equipment, and greatly simplify the diagnosis process. Through the instant fault information cloud management, other after-sale service stations apply the after-sale diagnosis client 30, fault information can be returned, information isolation between the host factory and the after-sale stations is broken, and data control of the host factory is further promoted. The diagnostic device can be developed for different vehicle systems, and the customized after-sale diagnostic client 30 of different vehicle systems and products can be automatically adapted without extra hardware development cost, so that the fault diagnosis cost of a host factory is greatly saved.
The data management server 20 provided in this embodiment includes an authorization module 40, an authentication module 50, and an operation manual management module 70, which are respectively used to authorize the VCI device 60, authenticate the received authorization permission information, and manage the operation manual configured or updated by the configuration client 10, so as to provide more comprehensive auxiliary data for after-sales diagnosis, improve the management capability of diagnosis data, improve diagnosis efficiency, and solve the problem that the diagnosis efficiency is greatly reduced due to the fact that the diagnosis data is not professional in the existing diagnosis tool.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a first exemplary embodiment of a vehicle after-market diagnosis method according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, the vehicle after-market diagnosis method according to the embodiment of the present invention is applied to the vehicle after-market diagnosis system described above, and the vehicle after-market diagnosis system includes: configuring a client, a data management server and an after-sale diagnosis client;
the vehicle after-market diagnostic method includes:
step S10: and the configuration client configures diagnosis data and sends the diagnosis data to the data management server.
Step S20: and the data management server receives and stores the diagnosis data.
Step S30: the after-sale diagnosis client side obtains diagnosis data version information and authorization permission information, and sends the diagnosis data version information and the authorization permission information to the data management server.
Step S40: and the data management server authenticates the authorization permission information when receiving the authorization permission information, confirms corresponding target diagnosis data according to the diagnosis data version information after passing the authentication, and sends the target diagnosis data to the after-sales diagnosis client.
Step S50: and the after-sale diagnosis client receives the target diagnosis data and updates the data according to the target diagnosis data.
It should be understood that the above is only an example, and the technical solution of the present invention is not limited in any way, and in a specific application, a person skilled in the art may set the technical solution as needed, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
The vehicle after-market diagnosis system proposed in the present embodiment includes: configuring a client, a data management server and an after-sale diagnosis client; configuring diagnostic data by a configuration client, and sending the diagnostic data to a data management server; the data management server receives and stores the diagnosis data; the after-sale diagnosis client side obtains the diagnosis data version information and the authorization permission information and sends the diagnosis data version information and the authorization permission information to the data management server; the data management server authenticates the authorization permission information when receiving the authorization permission information, confirms corresponding target diagnosis data according to the diagnosis data version information after the authorization is passed, and sends the target diagnosis data to the after-sale diagnosis client; and the after-sale diagnosis client receives the target diagnosis data and updates the data according to the target diagnosis data. Through the method, the diagnosis engineer configures the diagnosis data to be issued to the data management server through the configuration client, the data management server releases the diagnosis data to the after-sale diagnosis client after the authentication is passed, so that the diagnosis data updated by the after-sale diagnosis client is more professional and more accords with the actual requirement, the diagnosis engineer can uniformly manage the diagnosis requirement through the configuration client, the more professional diagnosis data is provided for after-sale diagnosis, the management capability of the diagnosis data is improved, the diagnosis efficiency is improved, and the problem that the diagnosis efficiency is greatly reduced due to the fact that the diagnosis data are not professional in the existing diagnosis tool is solved.
It should be noted that the above-described work flows are only exemplary, and do not limit the scope of the present invention, and in practical applications, a person skilled in the art may select some or all of them to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment according to actual needs, and the present invention is not limited herein.
In addition, the technical details that are not elaborated in the present embodiment may be referred to a vehicle after-market diagnosis system provided in any embodiment of the present invention, and are not described herein again.

In an embodiment, the after-sales diagnosis client diagnoses the vehicle to be diagnosed, displays a fault code, and diagnoses the vehicle to be diagnosed again when receiving a fault code clearing operation, and the method further includes:
the after-sale diagnosis client sends a remote connection request to the configuration client through the data management server when receiving a remote operation instruction;
and the configuration client responds to the remote connection request, displays the fault code and clears the fault code based on the operation of a user.

1. An after-market vehicle diagnostic system, comprising: configuring a client, a data management server and an after-sale diagnosis client;
the configuration client is used for configuring diagnosis data and sending the diagnosis data to the data management server;
the data management server is used for receiving and storing the diagnosis data;
the after-sale diagnosis client is used for acquiring diagnosis data version information and authorization permission information and sending the diagnosis data version information and the authorization permission information to the data management server;
the data management server is further used for authenticating the authorization permission information when the authorization permission information is received, confirming corresponding target diagnosis data according to the diagnosis data version information after the authorization is passed, and sending the target diagnosis data to the after-sales diagnosis client;
the after-sale diagnosis client is also used for receiving the target diagnosis data and updating data according to the target diagnosis data.
2. The vehicle after-market diagnostic system according to claim 1, wherein the data management server comprises: the data management server manages a plurality of VCI devices;
the authorization module is configured to, when an authorization operation is acquired, determine a target VCI device corresponding to the authorization operation, authorize the target VCI device, and store authorization permission information corresponding to the target VCI device in a preset mapping table;
and the authentication module is used for authenticating the authorization permission information according to the preset mapping table when the authorization permission information is received, and passing the authentication when the VCI equipment corresponding to the authorization permission information is found.
3. The vehicle after-market diagnostic system of claim 1, wherein the data management server further comprises: an operation manual management module;
the after-sale diagnosis client is further used for acquiring a current vehicle type corresponding to the vehicle to be diagnosed when the vehicle to be diagnosed is connected with the vehicle to be diagnosed through the VCI equipment, and sending an operation manual request instruction to the operation manual management module according to the current vehicle type;
the operation manual management module is used for sending a target operation manual corresponding to the current vehicle type to the after-sales diagnosis client according to the operation manual request instruction;
the after-sale diagnosis client is also used for receiving the target operation manual and displaying the target operation manual.

The vehicle after-sale diagnostic system of claim 3, wherein the configuration client is further configured to configure or update an operation manual corresponding to a target vehicle type, and send the operation manual corresponding to the target vehicle type to the operation manual management module;
the operation manual management module is also used for receiving and storing the operation manual corresponding to the target vehicle type.
5. The vehicle after-market diagnostic system according to claim 1, wherein the after-market diagnostic client is further configured to diagnose the vehicle to be diagnosed, display a fault code, and upon receiving a fault code clearing operation, diagnose the vehicle to be diagnosed again.
6. The vehicle after-sale diagnosis system of claim 5, wherein the after-sale diagnosis client is further configured to send model information of the vehicle to be diagnosed and the fault code to the data management server when a fault code clearing operation is not received within a preset time;
the data management server is further used for sending the vehicle type information of the vehicle to be diagnosed and the fault code to the configuration client;
the configuration client is further used for acquiring an operation instruction input by a user and sending the operation instruction to the after-sales diagnosis client through the data management server;
and the after-sale diagnosis client is also used for receiving the operation instruction and clearing the fault code according to the operation instruction.
7. The vehicle after-market diagnostic system according to claim 5, wherein the after-market diagnostic client is further configured to send a remote connection request to the configuration client through the data management server upon receiving a remote operation instruction;
and the configuration client is also used for responding to the remote connection request, displaying the fault code and clearing the fault code based on the operation of a user.
8. An after-market vehicle diagnostic method applied to the vehicle after-market diagnostic system according to any one of claims 1 to 7, the vehicle after-market diagnostic system comprising: configuring a client, a data management server and an after-sale diagnosis client;
the vehicle after-market diagnostic method includes:
the configuration client configures diagnosis data and sends the diagnosis data to the data management server;
the data management server receives and stores the diagnosis data;
the after-sale diagnosis client side obtains diagnosis data version information and authorization permission information and sends the diagnosis data version information and the authorization permission information to the data management server;
the data management server authenticates the authorization permission information when receiving the authorization permission information, confirms corresponding target diagnosis data according to the diagnosis data version information after the authorization is passed, and sends the target diagnosis data to the after-sales diagnosis client;
and the after-sale diagnosis client receives the target diagnosis data and updates the data according to the target diagnosis data.
