Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of geological research, in particular to an auxiliary device for accurate sampling of a geological drilling core.
Background
Core drilling sampling is important work content in geological or engineering work, and is sampling work performed by taking a core or a core obtained by drilling as an object. And splitting the core into two halves or four parts along the long axis of the core according to a certain sampling length, and taking one half or one quarter of the core as a sample. The aim of coring is to directly observe the core, wherein important contents are to determine the physical property characteristics, organic geological characteristics and the like of the rock by analyzing a core sample.
In actual work, core samples are selected, accurately selected and enough, and are generally sampled according to geological design requirements. In the sampling process, the length, the diameter, the mass and the like of the sample need to be accurately measured and recorded. However, in the actual work of geological drilling, the core is often loose or hard, the diameters are different, and the like, so that accurate collection cannot be realized, particularly, when a large amount of core samples or core samples need to be collected, the core and the diameters with a certain length are accurately and quickly measured, and the accurate core splitting brings troubles to sampling workers, so that the working quality and the efficiency are influenced, and the core is damaged when the sampling is serious, and the sampling is unqualified.

In view of the above, the present invention has been developed to provide an apparatus for accurately sampling a geological drilling core that overcomes or at least partially solves the above-mentioned problems.

When sampling is needed, the core length measuring ruler is stretched, the right side plate of the core length on the right side is aligned with the end point of the core length, and the scale of the measuring ruler needs to be calculated because the length of the measuring ruler is 5cm, so that the scale of the starting point of the measuring ruler starts from 5cm, and the core length is read from the final length of the measuring ruler. During use, cores collected during drilling work are placed elsewhere in the core box: the specific functions and the use description are as follows:

collecting a fixed-length core: firstly, aligning a clamping groove 2 on the left side of the length of a rock core with the starting point of the rock core to be measured, lengthening a rock core length measuring tape to the length of a sample to be collected so as to enable the sample to be vertically inserted into a rock core length right side plate 6 (such as reading 20cm), using an inserted sampling knife 7 to vertically insert the rock core along a right side baffle, and using a hammer to hammer 8 parts for inserting when the rock core is hard and can not be directly inserted;
measuring the diameter of the core: clamping a core diameter baffle on one side in the diameter direction of the core, adjusting a sliding measuring scale 3, clamping a baffle on the sliding measuring scale 3 on the other side of the core, and reading to obtain the diameter of the core;
splitting and sampling: the split core sampling means that according to sampling requirements, a core is split into 1/2 or 1/4 along the long axis of the core along the diameter central axis and the like to be used for sample analysis, and the rest part is left in situ to be used for later observation. According to the diameter of the measured core, the 1/2 position is calculated, the top end of the core length measuring tape 5 slides to the position along the diameter measuring tape and is fixed, the core length measuring tape is stretched to the length scale of the sample to be sampled, the sampling knife is vertically inserted along the bottom edge of the core length measuring tape in parallel with the long axis of the core, and if the core is too hard and the sampling knife cannot be directly inserted into the split half, the middle axis position can be drawn by using a pen with oil to prepare for a later-stage electric saw.
The 1/4 samples were collected by placing the cut face of the collected 1/2 sample down and sliding the core length measuring tape 5 to 1/2 diameter for collection in the same manner.
In one example, a sampling blade hammer 8 is provided on the insertion type sampling blade 7.
Use case:
firstly, placing a core at a flat position, using a first core diameter baffle 4 and a baffle of a sliding measuring scale 3 to clamp the core (in the a-b direction) and adjust the diameter of the parallel core to the diameter of the core, clamping the core, reading the reading of the diameter measuring scale 1, and recording the diameter of the core. And (3) inserting the plug-in sampling knife 7 into the clamping groove 2 on the left side of the core length to cut out the starting point of the core.
Taking a core with the length of 20cm as an example, pulling the right telescopic core length measuring tape 5 until the tape reads 20cm (5 cm of the tape is considered), inserting the inserted sampling knife 7 into the core along the baffle 6 on the right side of the core length, and hammering the sampling knife hammering part 8 of the inserted sampling knife 7 by using a hammer to finish the sampling of the core with fixed length.
