Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a gas storage device for serving village plain, includes a protective case 101 having a first cavity therein, the protective case 101 being disposed below a ground 119; the gas bag 102 is arranged in the first cavity, and the gas bag 102 is provided with a gas storage cavity 103, and a gas inlet hole 104 and a gas outlet hole 105 which are communicated with the gas storage cavity 103 and the outside; the liquid bag 106 is arranged in the first cavity, and the liquid bag 106 is provided with a liquid storage cavity 107 and a first communication hole 108 communicated with the liquid storage cavity 107; the liquid storage barrel 109 is provided with a second cavity 110, the liquid storage barrel 109 is arranged above the ground 119, the liquid storage barrel 109 is provided with a second communication hole 111 communicated with the first communication hole 108 and a liquid inlet 112 communicated with the second cavity 110 and the outside, and the second cavity 110 is communicated with the liquid storage cavity 107 through the second communication hole 111 and the first communication hole 108; the liquid in the second cavity 110 can enter the liquid storage cavity 107, so that the liquid bag 106 can compress the gas bag 102, and when the gas in the gas storage cavity 103 enters the outside through the gas outlet hole 105, the liquid bag 106 can reduce the volume of the gas storage cavity 103. Gas can enter the gas storage chamber 103 through the gas inlet holes 104 to expand the gas bladder 102 and compress the liquid bladder 106, and the volume of the liquid storage chamber 107 is reduced to allow liquid in the liquid storage chamber 107 to enter the second cavity 110.
The dashed lines in fig. 1 and 2 indicate schematic liquid level positions of the liquid storage tube 109.
Liquid can enter the second cavity 110 in the liquid storage barrel 109 through the liquid inlet 112, liquid can be stored in the second cavity 110, the second cavity 110 is communicated with the liquid storage cavity 107 of the liquid bag 106, liquid in the second cavity 110 can enter the liquid storage cavity 107, gas can enter the gas storage cavity 103 through the gas inlet 104 under the action of the gas pump, so that the gas storage cavity 103 is inflated, the pressure of the gas storage cavity 103 is increased, the volume of the gas storage cavity 103 is increased, the liquid bag 106 is extruded by the gas bag 102, and the liquid in the liquid storage cavity 107 enters the second cavity 110 due to the volume reduction of the liquid storage cavity 107. After the inflation process of the gas bag 102 is finished, because the second cavity 110 is communicated with the liquid storage cavity 107, the liquid storage barrel 109 is arranged above the ground 119, the second cavity 110 in the liquid storage barrel 109 can store liquid with a certain height, the liquid can be water or other liquid, the liquid storage cavity 107 of the liquid bag 106 is communicated with the second cavity 110, and the liquid bag 106 is arranged in the first cavity inside the protective shell 101 because the protective shell 101 is arranged below the ground 119, and according to a liquid pressure formula p=pgh (ρ represents liquid density; g is gravity acceleration, h is the depth from the surface of the liquid), the second cavity 110 and the liquid storage cavity 107 have a height difference, so that the second cavity 110 and the liquid storage cavity 107 have a pressure difference, the liquid in the second cavity 110 can spontaneously enter the liquid storage cavity 107 under the action of gravity, so that the liquid storage cavity 106 has a tendency to expand, the liquid in the second cavity 110 and the liquid in the liquid storage cavity 107 have liquid pressure on the bag wall of the liquid storage cavity 106 under the action of gravity, so that the liquid storage cavity 106 always presses the gas bag 102, the gas storage cavity 103 is in a relatively high pressure state, when a user uses gas, the gas storage cavity 103 can be always pressed by the liquid storage cavity 102 due to the pressure difference between the gas storage cavity 102 and the user, the gas pressure in the gas storage cavity 103 can be transmitted to the user, the volume of the liquid storage cavity 103 is reduced due to the pressure of the liquid storage cavity 106 on the gas bag 102, the liquid in the second cavity 110 flows into the liquid storage cavity 107 (see fig. 1 and 2), the volume of the liquid storage cavity 107 becomes large, and the liquid in the liquid storage cavity 107 and the liquid storage cavity 103 in the liquid storage cavity 103 always have a high pressure state due to the action of the liquid storage cavity 103 and the liquid storage cavity 106 in the liquid storage cavity 102 are always pressed by the high pressure state, the liquid bag 106 can perform pressurization treatment on the fuel gas in the gas storage cavity 103 by utilizing the gravity of the liquid, and meanwhile, the liquid bag 106 can adapt to the air pressure change and the volume change in the gas storage cavity 103 due to the characteristics of the liquid. In summary, after the gas airbag 102 is inflated, stable gas delivery can be realized only by means of liquid gravity, and the gas pipeline booster pump is not required to boost the pipeline, so that energy sources can be saved, frequent maintenance is not required, and the requirement of energy environment in remote areas can be met.
Those skilled in the art to which the present application pertains will appreciate that the liquid storage tube 109 and the protective case 101 in the present application can be formed by concrete casting, thereby reducing construction costs.
The liquid bag 106 and the gas bag 102 are arranged in the first cavity inside the protective housing 101, the protective housing 101 can protect the liquid bag 106 and the gas bag 102, and the protective housing 101 is arranged below the ground 119, so that surrounding soil can protect the protective housing 101, the liquid bag 106 and the gas bag 102 are further protected, and if the gas bag 102 is damaged to cause gas leakage, the surrounding soil of the protective housing 101 and the protective housing 101 can serve as a buffer layer, so that serious safety accidents are avoided, and meanwhile, the liquid bag 106 and the gas bag 102 are arranged underground, the possibility of open fire contact between the liquid bag 106 and the gas bag 102 can be avoided, and the possibility of explosion is reduced.
Preferably, the volume of the second cavity 110 is larger than the volume of the liquid storage chamber 107, and the second cavity 110 has a minimum liquid level, and the value of the minimum liquid level ranges from 3m to 5m.
The minimum liquid level, namely, the minimum distance between the liquid level and the ground 119 is 3-5 m by taking the ground 119 as a reference surface, the value range of the minimum liquid level is 3-5 m, according to a liquid pressure formula P=ρgh (ρ represents the liquid density; g represents the gravity acceleration; h represents the depth from the liquid to the surface), the volume in the second cavity 110 is larger than the volume of the liquid storage cavity 107, the liquid in the second cavity 110 can ensure a certain liquid level height, so that the liquid bag 106 can ensure a certain pressure for the gas bag 102, and the gas pressure in the gas storage cavity 103 and the gas pressure in the conveying pipeline are in a normal working gas pressure range, so that the gas can be conveyed to a user normally.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment of the present application, a bladder 106 is disposed above a gas bladder 102.
By arranging the liquid bag 106 above the gas bag 102, the gravity of the liquid can be utilized more directly, so that the gas storage cavity 103 is pressurized by utilizing the gravity of the liquid. The liquid in the liquid storage chamber 107 may be a flame retardant liquid, such as water or phosphate flame retardant, so that the liquid bag 106 can ensure production safety. The liquid bag 106 is arranged above the gas bag 102 and can serve as a buffer layer to relieve the impact from the ground 119, so that the gas bag 102 is protected, and the production safety is ensured.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment of the present application, a partition 113 is provided between the liquid bladder 106 and the gas bladder 102, the liquid bladder 106 abuts against one side of the partition 113, and the gas bladder 102 abuts against the other side of the partition 113.
Through the mode that sets up baffle 113 between liquid bag 106 and gas gasbag 102, can influence each other through baffle 113 between liquid bag 106 and the gas gasbag 102 to can make the liquid bag 106 pass through the indirect power of acting on gas gasbag 102 of baffle 113, perhaps, the gas gasbag 102 is comparatively dispersed and even in the indirect power of acting on liquid bag 106, avoid gas gasbag 102 or the local effort that receives of liquid bag 106 too big, cause the circumstances that gas gasbag 102 or liquid bag 106 damaged, can also guarantee to aerify or the gassing in-process to gas gasbag 102, the inside atmospheric pressure change of gas storage chamber 103 is steady, guarantees the production safety.
As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the relative positional relationship between the bladder 106 and the gas bladder 102 is not limited to the bladder 106 being located above the gas bladder 102 as mentioned above, but may be in other directions, such as in a horizontal direction, where the bladder 106 is located on one side of the gas bladder 102 (see fig. 3).
Along the horizontal direction, the liquid bag 106 is arranged at one side of the gas bag 102, and according to the pascal principle, liquid in the liquid storage cavity 107 still can squeeze the side wall of the liquid bag 106, and the liquid bag 106 can apply pressure to the gas bag 102, so that the gas in the gas storage cavity 103 can be pressurized.
Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment of the present application, the gas storage device serving for country plain vibration further includes a guide rail 114 assembly disposed in the first cavity, the guide rail 114 assembly includes a guide rail 114 and rollers 115 in rolling fit with the guide rail 114, the liquid bladder 106 and the gas bladder 102 are respectively connected with the rollers 115, the guide rail 114 assembly can guide the volume change of the liquid storage cavity 107 and the volume change of the gas storage cavity 103, thereby ensuring that the change of the gas storage cavity 103 and the change of the liquid storage cavity 107 are stable, and ensuring production safety.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment of the present application, the gas storage device serving the country plain is further provided with a gas filter 116, an inlet of the gas filter 116 is communicated with the gas outlet 105, and the gas filter 116 can filter the gas, thereby avoiding impurities from entering the pipeline.
Referring to fig. 5, in one embodiment of the present application, the gas storage device serving the country plain is further provided with a waterproof case 117, the waterproof case 117 is formed by casting waterproof concrete, an installation cavity is provided inside the waterproof case 117, and the protective case 101 is provided in the installation cavity.
By providing the waterproof case 117, the humidity of the installation cavity and the humidity in the first cavity can be reduced, and the life of the protective case 101 and the members in the first cavity can be improved.
Referring to fig. 5, in one embodiment of the present application, the outer wall of protective shell 101 encloses a filling cavity with the inner wall of waterproof shell 117, and the filling cavity is filled with buffer filler 118.
By providing the buffer filler 118 in the filled cavity, the impact of the external environment on the components in the first cavity can be reduced, thereby ensuring production safety. Buffer filling 118 may be a building material such as sand.
In summary, the gas storage device has the characteristics of low construction cost, convenient maintenance and safe use, and after the gas airbag 102 is inflated, gas delivery can be realized by utilizing liquid gravity, and the pipeline is not required to be pressurized by the gas booster pump, so that the gas storage device can adapt to the energy environment of remote areas and reduce unnecessary energy consumption.

Claims (7)

1. A fuel gas storage device for serving village plain, characterized by comprising,
a protective shell with a first cavity is arranged inside, and the protective shell is arranged below the ground;
the gas bag is arranged in the first cavity and is provided with a gas storage cavity, and a gas inlet hole and a gas outlet hole which are communicated with the gas storage cavity and the outside;
the liquid bag is arranged in the first cavity and is provided with a liquid storage cavity and a first communication hole communicated with the liquid storage cavity;
the liquid bag is arranged on one side of the gas bag along the horizontal direction; the liquid storage barrel is provided with a second cavity, the liquid storage barrel is arranged above the ground, the liquid storage barrel is provided with a second communication hole communicated with the first communication hole and a liquid inlet hole communicated with the second cavity and the outside, and the second cavity is communicated with the liquid storage cavity through the second communication hole and the first communication hole;
when the gas in the gas storage cavity enters the outside through the gas outlet hole, the liquid in the second cavity can enter the liquid storage cavity, so that the liquid bag extrudes the gas air bag, and the volume of the gas storage cavity is reduced;
the gas storage device for serving the country plain vibration further comprises a guide rail assembly arranged in the first cavity, the guide rail assembly comprises a guide rail and rollers in rolling fit with the guide rail, the liquid bag and the gas bag are respectively connected with the rollers, and the guide rail assembly can guide the liquid bag and the gas bag to move, so that the volume of the liquid storage cavity and the volume of the gas storage cavity are changed.
2. The rural plain fuel gas storage apparatus of claim 1 wherein,
the gas can enter the gas storage cavity through the gas inlet hole, the gas air bag expands and extrudes the liquid bag, the volume of the liquid storage cavity of the extruded liquid bag is reduced, and then liquid in the liquid storage cavity enters the second cavity.
3. The rural plain fuel gas storage apparatus of claim 1 wherein,
a partition plate is arranged between the liquid bag and the gas bag, the liquid bag is abutted to one side of the partition plate, and the gas bag is abutted to the other side of the partition plate.
4. The rural plain fuel gas storage apparatus of claim 1 wherein,
the volume of the second cavity is larger than that of the liquid storage cavity, the second cavity is provided with the lowest liquid level, and the value range of the lowest liquid level is 3-5 m.
5. The rural plain fuel gas storage apparatus of claim 1 wherein,
the gas storage device for serving the country plain vibration is also provided with a gas filter, and an inlet of the gas filter is communicated with the gas outlet.
6. The rural plain fuel gas storage apparatus of claim 1 wherein,
the gas storage device serving for the village plain vibration is further provided with a waterproof shell, the waterproof shell is formed by waterproof concrete pouring, an installation cavity is formed in the waterproof shell, and the protective shell is arranged in the installation cavity.
7. The gas storage device of claim 6, wherein the protective shell outer wall and the waterproof shell inner wall enclose a filling cavity, the filling cavity being filled with a buffer filler.
