Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a fuel gas storage device for rural revitalization includes a protective case 101 having a first cavity therein, the protective case 101 being disposed below a ground 119; the gas airbag 102 is arranged in the first cavity, and the gas airbag 102 is provided with a gas storage cavity 103, and a gas inlet hole 104 and a gas outlet hole 105 which are communicated with the gas storage cavity 103 and the outside; the liquid bag 106 is arranged in the first cavity, and the liquid bag 106 is provided with a liquid storage cavity 107 and a first communication hole 108 communicated with the liquid storage cavity 107; a liquid storage cylinder 109 provided with a second cavity 110, wherein the liquid storage cylinder 109 is arranged above the ground 119, the liquid storage cylinder 109 is provided with a second communication hole 111 communicated with the first communication hole 108 and a liquid inlet hole 112 communicating the second cavity 110 with the outside, and the second cavity 110 is communicated with the liquid storage cavity 107 through the second communication hole 111 and the first communication hole 108; the liquid in the second cavity 110 can enter the liquid storage cavity 107, so that the liquid bag 106 presses the gas air bag 102, and the liquid bag 106 can reduce the volume of the gas storage cavity 103 when the gas in the gas storage cavity 103 enters the outside through the gas outlet 105. Gas can enter the gas reservoir 103 through the gas inlet hole 104 to inflate the gas bladder 102 and compress the liquid bladder 106, and the volume of the reservoir 107 is reduced to allow liquid in the reservoir 107 to enter the second cavity 110.
The dotted lines in fig. 1 and 2 indicate schematic liquid level positions of the liquid reservoir 109.
Liquid can get into the second cavity 110 in the liquid storage cylinder 109 through feed liquor hole 112 in, can store liquid in the second cavity 110, second cavity 110 communicates with the stock solution chamber 107 of liquid bag 106, liquid in the second cavity 110 can get into stock solution chamber 107, the gas can get into gas storage chamber 103 through inlet port 104 under the effect of gas pump, thereby aerify gas storage chamber 103, and then make the pressure of gas storage chamber 103 rise, the volume increase of gas storage chamber 103, gas gasbag 102 extrudes liquid bag 106, liquid in the stock solution chamber 107 gets into in the second cavity 110 because of the volume reduction of stock solution chamber 107. After the gas bladder 102 is inflated, because the second cavity 110 is communicated with the reservoir chamber 107, the reservoir 109 is arranged above the ground 119, the second cavity 110 in the reservoir 109 can store liquid with a certain height, the liquid can be water or other liquid, the reservoir chamber 107 of the liquid bladder 106 is communicated with the second cavity 110, because the protective shell 101 is arranged below the ground 119, the liquid bladder 106 is arranged in the first cavity inside the protective shell 101, and the height difference exists between the second cavity 110 and the reservoir chamber 107 according to the liquid pressure formula P ═ ρ gh (ρ represents the liquid density; g is the gravity acceleration; h is the depth from the surface of the liquid), so that the pressure difference exists between the second cavity 110 and the reservoir chamber 107, and the liquid in the second cavity 110 can spontaneously enter the reservoir chamber 107 under the action of gravity, so that the liquid bladder 106 has the tendency of expansion, under the action of gravity, the liquid in the second cavity 110 and the liquid in the liquid storage cavity 107 have liquid pressure to the wall of the liquid bag 106, so that the liquid bag 106 always presses the gas airbag 102, the gas storage cavity 103 is in a relatively high-pressure state, when a user uses gas, the gas can be conveyed to the user due to pressure difference between the gas airbag 102 and the user, the gas pressure in the gas storage cavity 103 decreases, the volume of the gas storage cavity 103 decreases due to the pressure of the liquid bag 106 to the gas airbag 102, the liquid in the second cavity 110 flows into the liquid storage cavity 107 (see fig. 1 and 2), the volume of the liquid storage cavity 107 increases, and due to the action of the liquid in the second cavity 110 and the liquid pressure in the liquid storage cavity 107, the liquid bag 106 can always press the gas airbag 102, so that the gas in the gas storage cavity 103 is in a high-pressure state, and the liquid bag 106 can pressurize the gas in the gas storage cavity 103 in a manner of utilizing the gravity of the liquid, meanwhile, due to the characteristics of the liquid, the liquid bag 106 can adapt to the air pressure change and the volume change in the air storage cavity 103. To sum up, aerify the back to gas gasbag 102, only need rely on liquid gravity can realize stable gas and carry, do not need the gas pipeline booster pump to carry out the pressure boost to the pipeline to can the energy can be saved, need not often maintain it, can adapt to the energy environment needs in remote area.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, the liquid storage cylinder 109 and the protective casing 101 in the present application can be formed by pouring concrete, so that the construction cost can be reduced.
The liquid bag 106 and the gas bag 102 are arranged in the first cavity inside the protective shell 101, the protective shell 101 can protect the liquid bag 106 and the gas bag 102, the protective shell 101 is arranged below the ground 119, surrounding soil can protect the protective shell 101, the liquid bag 106 and the gas bag 102 are further protected, if the gas bag 102 is damaged to cause gas leakage, the surrounding soil of the protective shell 101 and the protective shell 101 can be used as buffer layers, serious safety accidents are avoided, meanwhile, the probability that the liquid bag 106 and the gas bag 102 are in open fire contact can be avoided by arranging the liquid bag 106 and the gas bag 102 underground, and the possibility of explosion is reduced.
Preferably, the volume of the second cavity 110 is larger than the volume of the liquid storage cavity 107, the second cavity 110 has the lowest liquid level, and the value range of the lowest liquid level is 3 m-5 m.
The lowest liquid level, namely the ground 119 is used as a reference surface for reference, the minimum distance between the liquid level and the ground 119 is set to be 3 m-5 m, the volume in the second cavity 110 is larger than that of the liquid storage cavity 107 according to a liquid pressure formula P ═ ρ gh (ρ represents the liquid density; g represents the gravity acceleration; and h is the depth from the liquid to the surface of the liquid), and the liquid in the second cavity 110 can ensure a certain liquid level height, so that the liquid bag 106 can ensure a certain pressure on the gas airbag 102, and the gas pressure in the gas storage cavity 103 and the gas pressure in the conveying pipeline are in a normal working gas pressure range, so that the gas can be conveyed to a user normally.
Referring to FIG. 1, in one embodiment of the present application, a liquid bladder 106 is provided above gas bladder 102.
By arranging the liquid bag 106 above the gas bag 102, the gravity of the liquid can be utilized more directly, and the gas storage cavity 103 can be pressurized by utilizing the gravity of the liquid. The liquid in reservoir chamber 107 may be a fire retardant liquid, such as water or a phosphate fire retardant, so that bladder 106 is safe to produce. The liquid bag 106 is provided above the gas bag 102, and can also serve as a buffer layer to reduce impact from the ground 119, thereby protecting the gas bag 102 and ensuring production safety.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment of the present application, a partition 113 is provided between the liquid bag 106 and the gas bag 102, the liquid bag 106 abuts one side of the partition 113, and the gas bag 102 abuts the other side of the partition 113.
Through the mode that sets up baffle 113 between liquid bag 106 and gas gasbag 102, can influence each other through baffle 113 between liquid bag 106 and the gas gasbag 102, thereby can make liquid bag 106 pass through the indirect power of acting on gas gasbag 102 of baffle 113, or, the indirect power of acting on liquid bag 106 of gas gasbag 102 is comparatively dispersed and even, the effort of avoiding gas gasbag 102 or liquid bag 106 local to receive is too big, arouse the condition that gas gasbag 102 or liquid bag 106 damaged, can also guarantee to inflate or deflate gas gasbag 102 in-process, the inside atmospheric pressure change of gas storage chamber 103 is steady, guarantee production safety.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the relative position between fluid bladder 106 and gas bladder 102 is not limited to fluid bladder 106 being located above gas bladder 102 as mentioned above, but fluid bladder 106 may be located on one side of gas bladder 102 in other orientations, such as horizontally (see fig. 3).
Along the horizontal direction, liquid bag 106 is located one side of gas gasbag 102, according to the pascal's principle, and the liquid in reservoir 107 still can push liquid bag 106 lateral wall, and liquid bag 106 can apply gas gasbag 102 pressure to can carry out pressurization processing to the gas in the gas storage chamber 103.
Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment of the present application, the gas storage device for rural revitalization further includes a guide rail 114 assembly disposed in the first cavity, the guide rail 114 assembly includes a guide rail 114 and a roller 115 in rolling fit with the guide rail 114, the liquid bladder 106 and the gas bladder 102 are respectively connected with the roller 115, and the guide rail 114 assembly can guide the volume change of the liquid storage cavity 107 and the volume change of the gas storage cavity 103, so as to ensure that the change of the gas storage cavity 103 and the change of the liquid storage cavity 107 are smooth, and ensure the production safety.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment of the present application, the fuel gas storage device serving the rural area vogue is further provided with a fuel gas filter 116, an inlet of the fuel gas filter 116 is communicated with the gas outlet hole 105, and the fuel gas filter 116 can filter the fuel gas so as to prevent impurities from entering the pipeline.
Referring to fig. 5, in one embodiment of the present application, the gas storage device serving rural revitalization is further provided with a waterproof case 117, the waterproof case 117 is formed by pouring waterproof concrete, a mounting cavity is formed inside the waterproof case 117, and the protective case 101 is disposed in the mounting cavity.
By providing the waterproof case 117, the humidity of the installation cavity and the humidity of the first cavity are reduced, and the service lives of the protective case 101 and the members in the first cavity can be prolonged.
Referring to fig. 5, in one embodiment of the present application, the outer wall of the protective shell 101 and the inner wall of the waterproof shell 117 define a filling cavity, and the filling cavity is filled with a buffering filler 118.
By providing the buffer filler 118 in the filling cavity, the impact of the external environment on the components in the first cavity can be reduced, thereby ensuring production safety. The buffer filler 118 may be a building material such as sand.
To sum up, the gas storage device has the characteristics of low construction cost, convenient maintenance and safe use, and can realize gas transportation by utilizing the gravity of liquid after inflating the gas bag 102 without pressurizing a pipeline by a gas booster pump, thereby being capable of adapting to the energy environment of remote areas and reducing unnecessary energy consumption.

the protective shell is internally provided with a first cavity and is arranged below the ground;
the gas air bag is arranged in the first cavity and is provided with a gas storage cavity, and a gas inlet hole and a gas outlet hole which are communicated with the gas storage cavity and the outside;
the liquid bag is arranged in the first cavity and provided with a liquid storage cavity and a first communication hole communicated with the liquid storage cavity;
the liquid storage cylinder is provided with a second cavity, the liquid storage cylinder is arranged above the ground and is provided with a second communicating hole communicated with the first communicating hole and a liquid inlet hole communicated with the second cavity and the outside, and the second cavity is communicated with the liquid storage cavity through the second communicating hole and the first communicating hole;
when gas in the gas storage cavity enters the outside through the gas outlet, liquid in the second cavity can enter the liquid storage cavity, so that the liquid bag extrudes the gas air bag, and the volume of the gas storage cavity is reduced.

the gas can get into through the inlet port gas storage chamber, the gas gasbag expands and extrudes the liquid bag, the liquid bag after the extrusion the stock solution chamber's volume reduces, and then makes the liquid in the stock solution chamber gets into the second cavity.

the liquid bag with be equipped with the baffle between the gas gasbag, the liquid bag with one side butt of baffle, the gas gasbag with the opposite side butt of baffle.

the volume of the second cavity is larger than that of the liquid storage cavity, the second cavity is provided with the lowest liquid level, and the value range of the lowest liquid level is 3-5 m.

the liquid bag is arranged above the gas air bag.
