Abstract
The invention discloses a control method for automatic water discharging of a diesel oil filter, which comprises the following steps: the controller receives water level height information in the diesel filter in real time and judges whether the water level height information reaches an alarm value. When the water height information reaches the alarm value, the controller sends an alarm signal to a driver, and the driver presses a safe water discharging confirmation switch. When the driver presses the safe water discharging confirmation switch, the controller judges whether the vehicle is in a safe state. When the vehicle is in a safe state, the controller controls a water drain valve in the diesel filter to automatically drain water. And when the water level height information in the diesel filter reaches a target value, the controller controls the water drain valve to be closed. Therefore, according to the control method for automatically discharging water of the diesel oil filter, a driver can automatically discharge water in the cockpit, and the water discharge valve is immediately and automatically closed when the water discharge is completed, so that one drop of diesel oil is not wasted, and potential safety hazards are avoided.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of diesel oil filters, in particular to a control method for automatic water discharging of a diesel oil filter.
Background
In the normal running process of the vehicle engine, the controller can detect the water accumulation state in the diesel filter according to information fed back by the water alarm sensor in the diesel filter, and sends the water accumulation state information to a vehicle instrument panel through messages. When the accumulated water reaches the alarm value, the water alarm warning lamp on the instrument panel of the whole vehicle is normally on, so that a driver is reminded to drain water. If the driver does not drain, the torque output of the engine can be immediately limited in order to ensure the service life of the engine, so that the vehicle cannot normally run. Therefore, in order to ensure that the vehicle can normally run, a driver needs to find a safe area and stop the vehicle, and immediately carries out water discharging operation.
The prior technical scheme is as follows: after finding a safe area and stopping a vehicle, a driver needs to get off to find a diesel filter on an engine compartment, manually unscrew a drain valve of the diesel filter to perform water drainage operation, and then immediately screw down the drain valve when starting to flow diesel after visually observing the water drainage, so that more diesel is prevented from being wasted.
In the prior art, the following disadvantages exist:
1. when water is drained, a driver manually drains water according to the arrangement position of the diesel oil filter in the engine compartment (some vehicles even need to shake up a vehicle cab), which is very inconvenient and bad in experience of the driver;
2. the water in the diesel oil filter can be identified to be discharged after the diesel oil flows out, so that the waste of the diesel oil is caused, and meanwhile, the safety hidden trouble is brought.

When the water height information reaches the alarm value, the controller sends an alarm signal to a driver, and the driver presses a safe water discharging confirmation switch. When the driver presses the safe water discharging confirmation switch, the controller judges whether the vehicle is in a safe state. When the vehicle is in a safe state, the controller controls a water drain valve in the diesel filter to automatically drain water. And when the water level height information in the diesel filter reaches a target value, the controller controls the water drain valve to be closed.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a liquid level sensor is installed in the diesel filter, the liquid level sensor is used for monitoring a water level in the diesel filter in real time, and the liquid level sensor is electrically connected to the controller.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the safe state of the vehicle includes: the ignition switch of T15 is in power-on state, the engine speed is less than the preset value, the engine is in stop waiting state and the vehicle speed is less than the preset value.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the water drain valve is an electromagnetic valve, and the water drain valve is electrically connected to the controller.

Compared with the prior art, according to the control method for automatic water drainage of the diesel oil filter, a driver can realize automatic water drainage in a cab, and the water drainage valve is immediately and automatically closed when the water drainage is completed, so that one drop of diesel oil is not wasted, and potential safety hazards are avoided.

In practical application, the control method for automatically discharging water from the diesel filter of the invention obtains the conventional parameters of the vehicle, such as the state of a T15 ignition switch, the engine speed, the engine running state, the vehicle speed and the height of the water level in the diesel filter (a liquid level sensor needs to be arranged in the diesel filter), when the water level reaches an alarm value, and the vehicle is judged to be in a safe state, after a safe water discharging confirmation switch is pressed in a cab, a controller controls a water discharging valve (an electromagnetic valve) in the diesel filter to automatically discharge water, and when the height of the water level is monitored to reach a water discharging target value, the water discharging valve is automatically closed to finish water discharging. In detail, as shown in fig. 2, the detailed description of the specific stages is as follows:
1. the process of monitoring the water level in the diesel filter comprises the following steps: the engine receives the water level height in the diesel filter in real time;
2. judging whether the water level reaches an alarm value: comparing the water level with a set water level alarm value;
3. pressing a safe water discharging confirmation switch: pressing down a safe water discharging confirmation switch in a cab;
4. and in the judgment process of whether the mobile terminal is in the safe state, the mobile terminal is considered to be in the safe state when the following conditions are simultaneously met:
(1) t15 ignition switch is in power-on state;
(2) the rotating speed of the engine is less than a set value;

7. closing the water drain valve to finish the water drain process: and the engine controller controls to close the water drain valve to finish water drainage at this time.
In a word, the control method for automatically discharging water by the diesel filter can realize automatic water discharging in a cab by a driver, and automatically closes the water discharging valve immediately when the water discharging is completed, so that one drop of diesel is not wasted, and potential safety hazards are avoided.

the controller receives water level height information in the diesel filter in real time and judges whether the water level height information reaches an alarm value;
when the water height information reaches the alarm value, the controller sends an alarm signal to a driver, and the driver presses down a safe water discharging confirmation switch;
after the driver presses the safe water drainage confirmation switch, the controller judges whether the vehicle is in a safe state;
when the vehicle is in a safe state, the controller controls a water drain valve in the diesel filter to automatically drain water; and
and when the water level height information in the diesel filter reaches a target value, the controller controls the water drain valve to be closed.
2. The method for controlling automatic water discharging of the diesel filter according to claim 1, wherein a liquid level sensor is installed in the diesel filter, the liquid level sensor is used for monitoring the water level height in the diesel filter in real time, and the liquid level sensor is electrically connected with the controller.
3. The method for controlling automatic water discharge of a diesel filter according to claim 1, wherein the safe state of the vehicle comprises: the ignition switch of T15 is in power-on state, the engine speed is less than the preset value, the engine is in stop waiting state and the vehicle speed is less than the preset value.
4. The method for controlling automatic water discharge of a diesel filter according to claim 1, wherein the water discharge valve is an electromagnetic valve and is electrically connected to the controller.
5. The method of controlling automatic water discharge of a diesel filter according to claim 1, wherein the safety water discharge confirmation switch is installed in a cabin of the vehicle.
