In the drilling and stirring process of the drilling tool, the drilling tool is driven to rotate, a slurry conveying pump is started at the same time, a curing agent is conveyed through a slurry conveying pipe in a stirring rod (1), stirring teeth (32) and stirring blades (31) are led into holes in advance, undisturbed soil is smashed and mixed and softened with the curing agent, and the expanding assembly (2) is easier to convey into the holes; after the diameter expanding component (2) enters the pile hole, because the outer edge of the rigid support pile is positioned within the range of the turning radius of the diameter expanding blades (22), the diameter expanding blades (22) are blocked by the pile body of the rigid support pile and retract inwards, namely rotate towards the direction opposite to the stirring rod (1); meanwhile, the group of expanding blades (22) drives the other group of expanding blades (22) linked with the group of expanding blades to open outwards, namely to rotate towards the same direction as the stirring rod (1); because the two groups of expanding blades (22) are positioned in the soil body, the expanding blades (22) which are opened outwards can be subjected to resistance which is provided by undisturbed soil and is opposite to the direction of the stirring rod (1) in the rotating process; the resistance is fed back to the expanding blades (22) blocked by the rigid support piles through the transmission device (21), so that the expanding blades (22) have a reaction force of opening towards the pile body of the rigid pile; because the pile body of the rigid support pile has higher strength than an original soil body, the final expanding blade (22) can be further contracted under the blocking of the rigid support pile until the expanding blade (22) completely passes through the blocking range of the rigid support pile; however, due to the reaction force provided by the undisturbed soil, the expanding blades (22) are always tightly attached to the outer surface of the rigid support pile when passing through the rigid support pile, so that the undisturbed soil body on the outer side of the pile body of the rigid support pile is uniformly stirred with the curing agent; when the diameter expanding blade (22) with the other side in an open state rotates to the position of the rigid support pile, the diameter expanding blade (22) with the other side in linkage with the rigid support pile is driven to be opened outwards by inward contraction under the blocking of the rigid pile; and the operation is circulated until the construction is finished. Therefore, as the undisturbed soil body outside the rigid support pile body is uniformly stirred with the curing agent, the cement soil stirring pile and the rigid support pile are in lap joint.
After the drilling tool is constructed to the designed depth, the stirring rod (1) is lifted upwards, repeated stirring can be carried out if necessary, so that the undisturbed soil and the curing agent are mixed more uniformly, and the overlapping condition of the cement soil stirring pile and the rigid support pile after construction is shown in fig. 9. The stirring pile and the rigid support pile form an effective lap joint, and the problem that the pile cannot be lapped is solved.
