Description

Non-ironing gold color paste and coating and printing method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of gold stamping processes, and particularly relates to non-ironing gold color paste and a coating and printing method.
Background
The gold stamping process is a process means for transferring an aluminum layer in the electrochemical aluminum to the surface of a printing stock to form a decoration with metallic luster by utilizing a hot-pressing transfer principle. The gold stamping process is often used for decorating cloth and paper, so that the overall effect of the printing stock is more fresh and luxurious, and the gold stamping process is widely popular.
The traditional gold stamping process has a plurality of limitations, firstly, the manufacture of the die is complex, strong acid is needed to etch the copper-aluminum plate, the process is complex, the cost is high, and the cost of the die can be reduced only by large-scale manufacture; secondly, the size of the gilding pattern is limited by a gilding machine, so that large gilding decoration is difficult to manufacture; finally, the application range of the traditional gold stamping process is narrow, hot stamping can be performed only on materials such as paper, cloth and the like, and the decorative effect is very limited.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a gold stamping color paste with low application cost, wide application range and high use freedom, and expand the application range of the gold stamping process.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is as follows: aiming at the defects of the existing gold stamping process, a non-ironing gold color paste and a coating and printing method thereof are provided.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a non-ironing gold color paste comprises resin, benzoyl peroxide, styrene, dimethylaniline and starch; the weight portion ratio of each component is as follows: 8-12 parts of resin, 1.2-3.4 parts of benzoyl peroxide, 8-14 parts of styrene, 0.16-0.24 part of dimethylaniline and 20-30 parts of raw powder.
Preferably, the resin is 191 resin.
Preferably, when preparing the slurry, the resin and the raw powder are firstly stirred uniformly, then the benzoyl peroxide and the styrene are added and stirred uniformly, and finally the dimethylaniline is added and stirred uniformly.
A printing method of non-ironing gold color paste comprises the following steps:
manufacturing a screen printing plate: selecting silk screens with different meshes to manufacture silk screen plates according to printing specifications and requirements;
electrochemical aluminum cutting: selecting electrochemical aluminum according to the size and color requirements of the printed pattern and cutting;
fixing a screen printing plate: fixing the silk screen plate and the printing stock on a platform;
slurry scraping: scraping the prepared gold-blocking-free color paste by using a squeegee, and scraping and printing the gold-blocking-free color paste on the silk screen plate from top to bottom;
gold printing: after the paste is scraped, the silk screen plate is taken down, and the electrochemical aluminum is quickly pasted on a printing stock to prepare a printing piece;
exhausting and airing: placing the printed piece on a platform in a turned-over manner, fully removing air bubbles, placing and airing, and removing alumite to obtain a gold stamping printed piece;
cleaning the silk screen plate: and cleaning the silk screen after the coating is finished for subsequent use.
Preferably, the size of the anodized aluminum should be slightly larger than the size of the printed pattern.
Preferably, the squeegeeing operation is performed only once from top to bottom.
Preferably, the method comprises the following steps: and when the air exhausting and airing operation is carried out, the rubber roller is used for rolling the back of the printing piece along one direction to exhaust air bubbles.
Preferably, the screen cleaning operation is performed by first scrubbing the screen with styrene and then further washing with clean water.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: when the gold stamping operation is carried out by using the gold stamping-free color paste, a hot press is not needed, and the gold stamping can be finished by means of the heat generated by the paste. The silk screen plate is used as a printing mold, so that the manufacturing cost is low, the use is flexible, the production cost of the mold is effectively reduced, and the method is suitable for small-batch manufacturing. The resin is used as the slurry matrix, has strong adhesive force, can be applied to the surfaces of various materials, and greatly improves the decorative effect of the gold stamping process.
