In order to realize the process effect, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: an easy-to-tear anti-fog packaging film comprises an easy-to-tear heat sealing layer, a first bonding layer, a blocking layer, a second bonding layer and a surface layer from inside to outside;
the surface layer comprises an A layer and a B layer which are compounded from outside to inside;
the main composition of the layer A comprises mLLDPE, LLDPE and LDPE;
the main composition of the B layer comprises LLDPE and LDPE;
the easy-to-uncover heat-seal layer mainly comprises, by mass, 19-74 parts of LDPE, 10-25 parts of mLLDPE, 5-30 parts of PB and 10-25 parts of antifogging master batch.
The first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer both comprise LLDPE and modified LLDPE, the modified LLDPE is one of PX3060 or PX3747, and the bonding strength of PX3747 is better.
In order to obtain the easily-torn and antifogging fruit and vegetable packaging film, and to control the heat sealing strength within 3-10N, the heat-sealed surface is easily torn, the preferred technical scheme is as follows: the easy-to-uncover heat-seal layer mainly comprises, by mass, 30-60 parts of LDPE, 15-20 parts of mLLDPE, 15-25 parts of PB and 15-25 parts of antifogging master batch. Furthermore, the easy-to-uncover heat-sealing layer mainly comprises, by mass, 40-50 parts of LDPE, 15-18 parts of mLLDPE, 15-20 parts of PB and 18-22 parts of antifogging master batch. The addition of LDPE effectively improves the processability of mLLDPE; the higher the mLLDPE content is, the higher the heat-sealing strength is, the lower the mechanical strength of the undersized film layer is; PB has low heat sealing performance, the transparency is affected by the fogging of a packaging film caused by excessive addition, and the effect is poor when the PB is too small and easy to tear; too much content of the antifogging master batch can cause fogging of the packaging film to influence transparency, and too small antifogging effect is poor.
In order to achieve the optimal easy-uncovering effect of the packaging film, the preferable technical scheme is as follows: the PB is named as Bazier 8640M and/or Bazier SP 2000B.
In order to achieve the optimal antifogging effect of the packaging film, the preferable technical scheme is as follows: the anti-fog master batch is made into the trademark of friendship 03841.
In order to make the preparation and processing of the packaging film more stable, the preferable technical scheme is as follows: the easy-to-tear heat-sealing layer further comprises polyphthalamide, and the polyphthalamide accounts for 0.1-1% of the main composition of the easy-to-tear heat-sealing layer. In order to make the surface of the packaging film smoother and improve the quality of the packaging film, the mass percentage of the polyphthalamide in the easy-to-tear heat-sealing layer is 0.1-0.6%. Furthermore, the mass percentage of the polyphthalamide in the easy-to-uncover heat-sealing layer is 0.2-0.5%.
In order to obtain a packaging film with stable processing performance and good quality, the preferable technical scheme is as follows: the density of LDPE which is mainly formed in the easy-to-uncover heat-seal layer is 0.910-0.925 g/cm3The melt index is 1.5-2.1 g/10 min; the density of mLLDPE is 0.910-0.920 g/cm3The melt index is 0.9-1.3 g/10 min; the density of PB is 0.800-0.950 g/cm3The melt index is 2-4 g/10 min; the density of the antifogging master batch is 0.800-0.950 g/cm3The melt index is 2-4 g/10 min. Furthermore, the density of LDPE which is mainly formed in the easy-to-uncover heat-seal layer is 0.920-0.925 g/cm3The melt index is 1.8-2.1 g/10 min; the density of mLLDPE is 0.916-0.920 g/cm3The melt index is 0.9-1.3 g/10 min; the density of PB is 0.850-0.950 g/cm3The melt index is 2.0-3.6 g/10 min; the density of the antifogging master batch is 0.900-0.950 g/cm3The melt index is 2.2-3.2 g/10 min.
In order to realize good mechanical property of the surface layer, easy corona treatment, small haze and high light transmittance, the preferred technical scheme is as follows: the mass ratio of mLLDPE, LLDPE and LDPE which are main components of the layer A is (1-2): (2-4): 1; the mass ratio of LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene) and LDPE (low-density polyethylene) which are main components of the layer B is (2-4): 1. further, the mass ratio of mLLDPE, LLDPE and LDPE which are main components of the layer A is (1-1.5): (2-3): 1; the mass ratio of LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene) and LDPE (low-density polyethylene) which are main components of the layer B is (2-3.5): 1.
in order to achieve the optimal barrier performance of the packaging film, the preferable technical scheme is as follows: the barrier layer is at least one of PA or EVOH.
In order to optimize the layer thickness of the surface layer and the easy-to-tear heat-sealing layer, the preferable technical scheme is as follows: the layer thickness ratio of the layer A to the layer B to the easy-to-uncover heat-seal layer is 1: 1: (1-5), wherein the thickness of the layer A is 2-10 μm. Further, the layer thickness ratio of the layer A, the layer B and the easy-to-tear heat-sealing layer is 1: 1: (2-5), the thickness of the layer A is 3-9 μm. Furthermore, the layer thickness ratio of the layer A, the layer B and the easy-to-tear heat-sealing layer is 1: 1: (3-5), the thickness of the layer A is 4-7 μm. The larger the layer thickness of the easy-to-tear heat-sealing layer is, the higher the heat-sealing strength of the packaging film is, the too small a thickness of the easy-to-tear heat-sealing layer can cause wire drawing, and the easy-to-tear performance is unstable.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the easy-to-uncover antifogging packaging film, wherein the easy-to-uncover antifogging packaging film is prepared by the steps of extruding the easy-to-uncover heat-sealing layer at 205-215 ℃, extruding the layer A at 210-220 ℃ and extruding the layer B at 205-215 ℃. Furthermore, the extrusion temperature of the easy-to-uncover heat-seal layer is 210-215 ℃, the extrusion temperature of the layer A is 210-215 ℃, and the extrusion temperature of the layer B is 210-215 ℃.
The invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that:
the anti-fog packaging film easy to tear is characterized in that the heat sealing strength is controlled within the range of 3-10N by adjusting the addition amounts of anti-fog master batches and PB in the heat sealing layer component, the heat sealing surface is easy to tear, and the easy tearing force is uniform and stable; the antifogging property is good, the light transmittance is high, and the processing is easy.
