本发明涉及防弹头盔相关领域,具体为一种防弹成型头盔及制作方法。
背景技术
防弹头盔是通过吸收和耗散子弹的能力,以此实现其穿透或降低钝击伤害并有效保护头部的装备,而现有的防弹头盔生产工艺是采用芳纶布涂覆粘结剂,经过裁布、画样、烘布、叠布、裁精样、画叠层线、配布、铺盔、冷坯压制、切边、盔体压制等11道工序成型盔体。
现有的防弹成型头盔在进行使用时,常常难以在盔体产生丢失后重新找寻到头盔,同时在对头盔进行穿戴时,也较易在头盔的内部产生热量的堆积,进而影响到使用者的穿戴体验;因此市场急需研制一种防弹成型头盔来帮助人们解决现有的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防弹成型头盔,以解决上述背景技术中提出的无法解决头盔内部热量堆积同时在头盔丢弃后难以重新找回的问题。

步骤二:再将一个缝合完成并折弯成碗状的芳纶层套入硅胶模形放入成型模具中,并按顺序套装缓冲层与芳纶层,并在内侧的芳纶层上涂覆涂覆层,通过成型模具来对其进行高压高温处理,使其可以紧密压缩,从而形成一种细密的高密度纤维壳体;
步骤三:保温保压一段时间后,将细密的高密度纤维壳体取出,通过合成金钢刀将多余的边修剪,并通过高性能的棉纱和涤纶来对其进行封边处理,再通过缝纫设备来完成软垫片与缓冲片的组装,最后将各种设备放置在设备箱的内部,并通过散热板来完成对设备箱的密封,即可完成对整个防弹成型头盔的组装。
优选的,所述耐碱、耐腐蚀与耐腐蚀的改性树脂设置为浓度为百分之60的酚醛树脂与乙烯基树脂混合而成。

1、该发明通过散热风扇、摄像头与定位模块的设置,使用者在对该防弹成型头盔进行使用时,使用者可以通过散热风扇的设置,来通过散热风扇穿过散热孔来对使用者进行散热处理,同时再通过摄像头的设置,可以对使用者的前进路径进行实时记录,并通过与定位模块进行配合,可以使得使用者在对该防弹成型头盔丢弃后,可以快速的重新寻找到该防弹成型头盔,进而解决头盔内部热量堆积同时在头盔丢弃后难以重新找回的问题;
2、该发明通过缓冲层与涂覆层的设置,使用者在使用该防弹成型头盔的过程中,使用者可以通过材料为石墨烯的缓冲层的设置,来通过呈蜂巢状的石墨烯来分散射入子弹的动能,同时再通过材料为硅胶的涂覆层的设置,可以使得其反复进行使用,从而节省离型剂的成本,进而可以在一定程度上缓解使用者所需的使用成本;
3、该发明通过缓冲片、防脱带与软垫片的设置,使用者在使用该防弹成型头盔的过程中,使用者可以通过多个缓冲片的设置,来进一步提高整个防弹成型头盔的防弹能力,同时再通过防脱带上设置的防滑纹来提高头盔与使用者头部之间的相对摩擦,从而大幅度降低头盔脱落现象的产生,最后可以通过软垫片的设置来防止使用者穿戴头盔时脑后直接与地面接触,进而产生二次振荡的现象,可以在一定程度上提高整个防弹成型头盔的安全性能。

进一步,头盔外壳1包括缓冲层6,缓冲层6的材料设置为石墨烯,缓冲层6的内侧设置有第一芳纶层7,第一芳纶层7的内侧设置有涂覆层8,涂覆层8设置为硅胶层,涂覆层8的内侧设置有第二芳纶层9。
一种防弹成型头盔的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:通过将一块高密度芳纶材料设置为主体,并在其表面预浸一种耐碱、耐腐蚀与耐腐蚀的改性树脂,再将浸有改性树脂的高密度芳纶材料裁切成不同的形状,再通过芳纶布专用设备将不同形状的芳纶布缝合在一起,同时将其折弯成碗状;
步骤二:再将一个缝合完成并折弯成碗状的芳纶层套入硅胶模形放入成型模具中,并按顺序套装缓冲层6与芳纶层,并在内侧的芳纶层上涂覆涂覆层8,通过成型模具来对其进行高压高温处理,使其可以紧密压缩,从而形成一种细密的高密度纤维壳体;
步骤三:保温保压一段时间后,将细密的高密度纤维壳体取出,通过合成金钢刀将多余的边修剪,并通过高性能的棉纱和涤纶来对其进行封边处理,再通过缝纫设备来完成软垫片10与缓冲片11的组装,最后将各种设备放置在设备箱4的内部,并通过散热板13来完成对设备箱4的密封,即可完成对整个防弹成型头盔的组装。
进一步,耐碱、耐腐蚀与耐腐蚀的改性树脂设置为浓度为百分之60的酚醛树脂与乙烯基树脂混合而成。
进一步,成型模具的加压温度设置为170°至175°,压力设置为10-15mpa。
进一步,高密度纤维壳体在成型模具内保温保压的时间设置为十五分钟。
工作原理:使用时,先对整个防弹成型头盔进行检查,使用者确认检查无误后,通过将一块高密度芳纶材料设置为主体,并在其表面预浸一种耐碱、耐腐蚀与耐腐蚀的改性树脂,再将浸有改性树脂的高密度芳纶材料裁切成不同的形状,再通过芳纶布专用设备将不同形状的芳纶布缝合在一起,同时将其折弯成碗状,再将一个缝合完成并折弯成碗状的芳纶层套入硅胶模形放入成型模具中,并按顺序套装缓冲层6与芳纶层,并在内侧的芳纶层上涂覆涂覆层8,通过成型模具来对其进行高压高温处理,使其可以紧密压缩,从而形成一种细密的高密度纤维壳体,成型模具保温保压一段时间后,将细密的高密度纤维壳体取出,通过合成金钢刀将多余的边修剪,并通过高性能的棉纱和涤纶来对其进行封边处理,再通过缝纫设备来完成软垫片10与缓冲片11的组装,最后将各种设备放置在设备箱4的内部,并通过散热板13来完成对设备箱4的密封,即可完成对整个防弹成型头盔的组装,而使用者在使用该防弹成型头盔的过程中,可以通过散热风扇21的设置,来通过散热风扇21穿过散热孔14来对使用者进行散热处理,同时再通过摄像头5的设置,可以对使用者的前进路径进行实时记录,并通过与定位模块18进行配合,可以使得使用者在对该防弹成型头盔丢弃后,可以快速的重新寻找到该防弹成型头盔,进而解决头盔内部热量堆积同时在头盔丢弃后难以重新找回的问题,同时也可以通过材料为石墨烯的缓冲层6的设置,来通过呈蜂巢状的石墨烯来分散射入子弹的动能,同时再通过材料为硅胶的涂覆层8的设置,可以使得其反复进行使用,从而节省添加离型剂的成本,进而可以在一定程度上缓解使用者所需的使用成本,最后也可以通过多个缓冲片11的设置,来进一步提高整个防弹成型头盔的防弹能力,同时再通过防脱带12上设置的防滑纹来提高头盔与使用者头部之间的相对摩擦,从而大幅度降低头盔脱落现象的产生,最后可以通过软垫片10的设置来防止使用者穿戴头盔时脑后直接与地面接触,进而产生二次振荡的现象,可以在一定程度上提高整个防弹成型头盔的安全性能。

Claims (8)

1.一种防弹成型头盔,包括设备箱(4),其特征在于:所述设备箱(4)的内部设置有隔板(20),所述隔板(20)设置为圆片状,所述隔板(20)与设备箱(4)固定连接,所述隔板(20)的后端设置有散热风扇(21),所述散热风扇(21)与隔板(20)通过螺钉连接,所述散热风扇(21)的一侧设置有吸音片(22),所述吸音片(22)设置有两个,所述吸音片(22)设置为矩形片状,所述吸音片(22)与设备箱(4)固定连接,所述散热风扇(21)的后端设置有散热板(13),所述散热板(13)设置为圆板状,所述散热板(13)与设备箱(4)通过螺钉连接,所述散热板(13)的厚度与设备箱(4)的厚度设置为一致,所述散热板(13)上设置有散热孔(14),所述散热孔(14)设置有多个,所述散热孔(14)设置为圆孔状,所述散热孔(14)的深度与散热板(13)的厚度设置为一致,所述隔板(20)的一侧设置有摄像头(5),所述摄像头(5)与设备箱(4)固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防弹成型头盔,其特征在于:所述隔板(20)的前端设置有控制模块(15),所述控制模块(15)的一侧设置有数据传输模块(16),所述数据传输模块(16)与控制模块(15)电性连接,所述数据传输模块(16)的上端设置有数据存储模块(17),所述数据存储模块(17)与数据传输模块(16)电性连接,所述数据存储模块(17)的一侧设置有定位模块(18),所述定位模块(18)与数据传输模块(16)电性连接,所述定位模块(18)的上端设置有蓄电池组(19),所述蓄电池组(19)与设备箱(4)固定连接,所述数据传输模块(16)与摄像头(5)电性连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防弹成型头盔,其特征在于:所述设备箱(4)上设置有头盔外壳(1),所述头盔外壳(1)上设置有封边片(2),所述封边片(2)与头盔外壳(1)固定连接,所述封边片(2)设置为柔软结构,所述头盔外壳(1)的一侧设置有帽檐(3),所述帽檐(3)与头盔外壳(1)固定连接,所述头盔外壳(1)的内部设置有缓冲片(11),所述缓冲片(11)设置有多个,所述缓冲片(11)设置为圆片状,所述缓冲片(11)与头盔外壳(1)固定连接,所述缓冲片(11)的下端设置有防脱带(12),所述防脱带(12)设置为圆环状,所述防脱带(12)上设置有条纹状防滑纹,所述防脱带(12)与头盔外壳(1)固定连接,所述防脱带(12)的下端设置有软垫片(10),所述软垫片(10)设置为圆片状,所述软垫片(10)设置为弹性结构,所述软垫片(10)与头盔外壳(1)固定连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防弹成型头盔,其特征在于:所述头盔外壳(1)包括缓冲层(6),所述缓冲层(6)的材料设置为石墨烯,所述缓冲层(6)的内侧设置有第一芳纶层(7),所述第一芳纶层(7)的内侧设置有涂覆层(8),所述涂覆层(8)设置为硅胶层,所述涂覆层(8)的内侧设置有第二芳纶层(9)。
5.一种防弹成型头盔的制作方法,基于权利要求1-4任意一项防弹成型头盔,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:通过将一块高密度芳纶材料设置为主体,并在其表面预浸一种耐碱、耐腐蚀与耐腐蚀的改性树脂,再将浸有改性树脂的高密度芳纶材料裁切成不同的形状,再通过芳纶布专用设备将不同形状的芳纶布缝合在一起,同时将其折弯成碗状;
步骤二:再将一个缝合完成并折弯成碗状的芳纶层套入硅胶模形放入成型模具中,并按顺序套装缓冲层(6)与芳纶层,并在内侧的芳纶层上涂覆涂覆层(8),通过成型模具来对其进行高压高温处理,使其可以紧密压缩,从而形成一种细密的高密度纤维壳体;
步骤三:保温保压一段时间后,将细密的高密度纤维壳体取出,通过合成金钢刀将多余的边修剪,并通过高性能的棉纱和涤纶来对其进行封边处理,再通过缝纫设备来完成软垫片(10)与缓冲片(11)的组装,最后将各种设备放置在设备箱(4)的内部,并通过散热板(13)来完成对设备箱(4)的密封,即可完成对整个防弹成型头盔的组装。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种防弹成型头盔的制作方法,其特征在于:所述耐碱、耐腐蚀与耐腐蚀的改性树脂设置为浓度为百分之60的酚醛树脂与乙烯基树脂混合而成。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种防弹成型头盔的制作方法,其特征在于:所述成型模具的加压温度设置为170°至175°,压力设置为10-15mpa。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种防弹成型头盔的制作方法,其特征在于:所述高密度纤维壳体在成型模具内保温保压的时间设置为十五分钟。
