After the plurality of devices are welded to form the device assembly, the second driving member 440 may rotate the adjusting base 410 to adjust the fixing carrier 200 on the base 410 from the horizontal position to the longitudinal position, and then the first driving member 420 adjusts the pressing member 220 to switch from the first position to the second position, so that the transferring mechanism 300 transfers the device assembly to the magazine 11.
Referring to fig. 3, 5 and 8, in an embodiment, considering that when a soldering region is disposed on the base assembly 210, the base assembly 210 needs to be processed, and different soldering positions and shapes of different devices need to correspond to different soldering regions, the base assembly 210 with different shapes needs to be manufactured for different devices, which may increase the manufacturing cost. In order to avoid this, optionally, the adjusting mechanism 400 further includes a third driving element 450, the base assembly 210 includes a pushing element 211 and a fixing base 212 sleeved on the pushing element 211, the fixing base 212 is disposed on the base 410, the fixing base 212 is formed with the receiving groove 214 and a through hole communicated with the receiving groove 214, the pushing element 211 abuts against the third driving element 450, and the third driving element 450 is configured to push the pushing element 211 to move along the through hole, so that the pushing element 211 can eject out a plurality of device portions in the receiving groove 214.
It will be appreciated that the third drive member 450 may be a motor or a cylinder, and only needs to be able to push the pusher member 211. In this embodiment, the third driving element 450 is a cylinder, specifically, a compact cylinder, the compact cylinder is mounted on the base 410 through a cylinder block, a piston rod of the compact cylinder abuts against the pushing element 211, so that the pushing element 211 can move along the through hole and push out parts of the devices in the accommodating groove 214, at this time, the pressing assembly 220 is in the first position, that is, the pressing assembly 220 is also pressed on the devices, and the welding mechanism 500 can weld the parts of the devices, which are pushed out, so as to avoid forming a welding region on the base assembly 210, so that the base assembly 210 can be applied to various devices, and the universality of the fixing carrier 200 is improved.
In an embodiment, the base assembly 210 further includes a pushing elastic member 213, the pushing elastic member 213 is disposed on a side of the base 410 facing away from the fixing base 212 and sleeved on the pushing member 211, and the pushing elastic member 213 is used for providing a resilient force to the pushing member 211. It is understood that the elastic pushing member 213 may be a spring or other elastic member having elasticity, and the elastic pushing member 213 can provide a resilient force for the pushing member 211, and the resilient force can reduce the pushing force applied by the pushing member 211 on the plurality of devices, so as to avoid the situation that the pushing force pushed by the third driving member 450 is too large to damage the devices or completely eject the plurality of devices, thereby improving the reliability of the base assembly 210.
Referring to fig. 3, 5 and 6, in an embodiment, the adjusting mechanism 400 further includes a transmission member and a fourth driving member 460, the base 410 includes a base plate 411 and a mounting base 412, the base assembly 210 is disposed on the mounting base 412, the transmission member is disposed on the base plate 411 and is in transmission connection with the mounting base 412, the fourth driving member 460 is in transmission connection with the transmission member, and the fourth driving member 460 is configured to drive the mounting base 412 on the transmission member to rotate so as to drive the base assembly 210 on the mounting base 412 to rotate.
It is understood that the fourth driving member 460 can be a servo motor or a step motor, one end of the driving member is drivingly connected to the motor shaft, and the other end of the driving member is fixedly connected to the mounting base 412, so that the servo motor or the step motor can drive the mounting base 412 to rotate. Further, a chuck can be further arranged on the mounting seat 412, the chuck can be a three-jaw chuck, the three-jaw chuck is used for clamping and fixing the fixing bases 212 with different thicknesses, the fixing bases 212 can be stably and fixedly installed on the mounting seat 412 through the three-jaw chuck, the clamping and fixing positions can be conveniently adjusted through the three-jaw chuck, and the applicability of the adjusting mechanism 400 is improved.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, in an embodiment, the pressing assembly 220 includes a pressing member 221 and a pressing elastic member 222, the pressing member 221 is slidably mounted on the first driving member 420, the pressing elastic member 222 is sleeved on the pressing member 221, and the pressing elastic member 222 is configured to provide a resilient force to the pressing member 221. It can be understood that, pressing part 221 is used for pressing a plurality of devices in storage tank 214, be equipped with the bearing on first drive piece 420, pressing part 221 is equipped with in the bearing, it can be for spring or other elastic component that have elasticity to press elastic component 222, it can provide the resilience force for pressing part 221 to press elastic component 222, the resilience force can slow down the pressure that pressing part 221 applyed on a plurality of devices, the too big condition emergence of damaging the device of pressure that has avoided pressing part 221, the reliability of compressing assembly 220 has been improved.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, in an embodiment, the transfer mechanism 300 includes a robot arm 310, a gripping assembly 320 and an absorbing assembly 330, the robot arm 310 has an executing end, the gripping assembly 320 and the absorbing assembly 330 are both disposed at the executing end, the gripping assembly 320 is used for gripping a device and/or a device assembly, and the absorbing assembly 330 is used for absorbing a device and/or a device assembly.
It is understood that the robot 310 may rotate around the table 100, and the grasping assembly 320 and the suction assembly 330 provided at the executing end of the robot 310 may be spaced apart. The plurality of devices have different shapes, and by arranging the clamping assembly 320 and the suction assembly 330, the devices with different shapes can be transferred in different manners, for example, when the plurality of devices are arranged in a sheet shape, the transfer mechanism 300 can transfer the plurality of devices to the fixed carrier 200 in a suction manner, and can also suck and transfer the device assembly formed after welding to the magazine 11; or, when the plurality of devices are arranged in a block shape and the surface is uneven, the transfer mechanism 300 may transfer the plurality of devices onto the fixed carrier 200 in a clamping manner, and may also transfer the device assembly formed after the welding onto the magazine 11 in a clamping manner; alternatively, when the plurality of devices include both sheet-like and block-like devices, the plurality of devices may be transferred in a manner common to the gripping and suction. Therefore, by arranging the mechanical arm 310, the clamping assembly 320 and the suction assembly 330, the transfer mechanism 300 can transfer devices with different shapes, the problem of high cost caused by the fact that a device with one shape adopts a special part is avoided, and the universality of the transfer mechanism 300 is improved.
Further, the suction assembly 330 may include a suction nozzle and a vacuum chuck, and the clamping assembly 320 may include a clamping jaw cylinder and a plurality of clamping jaws, and the clamping jaw cylinder may drive the three clamping jaws to approach or move away from each other to clamp the device. In this embodiment, the quantity of clamping jaw has a plurality of three, and three clamping jaw can be stable press from both sides the device and get, and three clamping jaw forms stable triangle-shaped structure, has improved the reliability of getting subassembly 320.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, in an embodiment, the automatic assembly welding device 10 further includes a horizontal displacement mechanism 600, the horizontal displacement mechanism 600 is disposed on the worktable 100, the adjusting mechanism 400 is disposed on the horizontal displacement mechanism 600, and the horizontal displacement mechanism 600 is configured to drive the fixed carrier 200 on the adjusting mechanism 400 to move between the transfer mechanism 300 and the welding mechanism 500.
It is understood that the horizontal displacement mechanism 600 may include an X-axis moving module 610 and a Y-axis moving module 620, and both the X-axis moving module 610 and the Y-axis moving module 620 may be linear modules. In this embodiment, the Y-axis moving module 620 is installed on the worktable 100, the X-axis moving module 610 is installed on the Y-axis moving module 620, a bottom plate of the installation frame 430 of the adjusting mechanism 400 is installed on the X-axis moving module 610, so that the X-axis moving module 610 can drive the adjusting mechanism to move horizontally and laterally, and the Y-axis moving module 620 can drive the adjusting mechanism 400 to move horizontally and vertically, the fixing carrier 200 is installed on the adjusting mechanism 400, so that the position of the fixing carrier 200 can be adjusted by the horizontal moving mechanism 600, and then the positions of a plurality of devices on the fixing carrier 200 can be adjusted, and the welding mechanism 500 can weld a plurality of devices after being adjusted.
Further, in this embodiment, the welding mechanism 500 further includes a Z-axis moving module 520, the Z-axis moving module 520 may also be a linear module, the Z-axis moving module 520 is used to adjust the height of the welding head 510, the horizontal displacement mechanism 600 is disposed between the welding mechanism 500 and the transfer mechanism 300, the fixed carrier 200 may be moved to a position right below the welding head 510 through the X-axis moving module 610 and the Y-axis moving module 620, the Z-axis moving module 520 adjusts the height of the welding head 510 and then welds a plurality of devices on the fixed carrier 200, and the position of the fixed carrier 200 may be moved after the welding is completed at one position, so that the welding mechanism 500 may weld different positions of the plurality of devices. By the arrangement, the requirements of different welding positions of a plurality of devices can be met, and the applicability of the automatic assembling and welding device 10 is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment, the automatic assembly welding apparatus 10 further includes a glove box 120 and a vacuum transition chamber 130, the glove box 120 is covered on the workbench 100, the vacuum transition chamber 130 is disposed on a sidewall of the glove box 120, and the vacuum transition chamber 130 communicates an inner space and an outer space of the glove box 120.
It can be understood that, when a plurality of devices are welded, especially devices in the field of aviation and the like, in order to prevent the devices from being oxidized during the welding process, the glove box body 120 is covered on the workbench 100, and the glove box body 120 is filled with an inert gas, which may be nitrogen, and the inert gas can protect the devices from being oxidized during the welding process, thereby improving the welding quality of the devices.
Further, by providing the vacuum transition chamber 130 on the sidewall of the glove box housing 120, the vacuum transition chamber 130 is provided with an inner door and an outer door, the vacuum transition chamber 130 includes a first vacuum transition chamber 130 and a second vacuum transition chamber 130, the first vacuum transition chamber 130 is used for placing and taking out the supply box 11, and the second vacuum transition chamber 130 is used for placing tools. When the material boxes 11 with a plurality of devices are required to be placed on the material rack 110, the outer cabin door can be opened to place the material boxes 11 into the first vacuum transition cabin 130, the outer cabin door is closed to fill inert gas into the first vacuum transition cabin 130 so as to exhaust oxygen in the first vacuum transition cabin, then the inner cabin door is opened, the material boxes 11 in the first vacuum transition cabin 130 are taken out and placed on the material rack 110 along the glove holes of the glove box body 120, and thus the material loading of the material boxes 11 is completed. When the welded component assembly needs to be taken out, the magazine 11 can be taken out by repeating the above steps in reverse. It can be seen that the quality of soldering of a plurality of devices is ensured by the provision of the glove box body 120 and the vacuum transition chamber 130.
In one embodiment, it is contemplated that the welding head 510 may generate dust during the welding of the device, which may contaminate the work environment. To avoid this, optionally, the automatic assembly welding device 10 further includes an explosion-proof dust collector 800, the explosion-proof dust collector 800 is connected with the vacuum transition chamber 130 through a pipe, and the explosion-proof dust collector 800 is used for recovering dust generated by the welding mechanism 500 during the welding process. With the arrangement, the situation that dust generated in the welding process pollutes the working environment is avoided, and the reliability of the automatic assembling and welding device 10 is further improved.

Claims (10)
1. An automatic assembling and welding device for welding a plurality of devices together to form a device assembly, which is characterized by comprising a workbench, a fixed carrier, a material rack arranged on the workbench, a transfer mechanism, an adjusting mechanism and a welding mechanism, wherein,
the material rack is used for placing a material supply box, and a plurality of devices are placed in the material box;
the fixing carrier is used for clamping and fixing a plurality of devices, the fixing carrier has a separation state and a fixing state, the fixing carrier is arranged on the adjusting mechanism, and the adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the fixing carrier to be switched between the separation state and the fixing state;
the transfer mechanism is used for sequentially transferring a plurality of devices from the magazine to the fixed carrier in the separated state;
the welding mechanism is used for welding a plurality of devices on the fixing carrier in the fixing state, so that the devices are welded together to form the device assembly;
the transfer mechanism is also used for transferring the device assembly from the fixed carrier in the separation state to the magazine.
2. The automatic assembly welding device of claim 1, wherein the fixing carrier comprises a base assembly and a pressing assembly, the base assembly is provided with a receiving slot for receiving a plurality of devices, the adjusting mechanism comprises a base and a first driving member disposed on the base, the base assembly is mounted on the base, an opening of the receiving slot is disposed opposite to one side of the base, the pressing assembly is disposed on the first driving member, and the first driving member is configured to drive the pressing assembly to switch between a first position and a second position, wherein:
when the pressing assembly is located at the first position, the pressing assembly extends into the accommodating groove so as to press and fix the plurality of devices in the accommodating groove;
when the pressing component is located at the second position, the pressing component is arranged obliquely above the accommodating groove of the base component so as to be separated from the base component.
3. The automatic assembly welding device of claim 2, wherein the adjustment mechanism further comprises a mounting bracket mounted to the table, the mounting bracket having a mounting location, the base being rotatably mounted to the mounting location, and a second drive member mounted to the mounting bracket and coupled to the base for driving the base to rotate so that the base assembly on the base can rotate about the mounting bracket.

The automatic assembly welding device of claim 3, wherein the adjusting mechanism further comprises a third driving member, the base assembly comprises a pushing member and a fixing base sleeved on the pushing member, the fixing base is disposed on the base, the fixing base is formed with a receiving groove and a through hole communicated with the receiving groove, the pushing member abuts against the third driving member, and the third driving member is configured to push the pushing member to move along the through hole, so that the pushing member can eject the device portions in the receiving groove.
5. The automatic assembly welding device of claim 4, wherein the base assembly further comprises a pushing elastic member, the pushing elastic member is disposed on a side of the base opposite to the fixing base and sleeved on the pushing member, and the pushing elastic member is used for providing a resilient force to the pushing member.
6. The automatic assembly welding device of claim 4, wherein the adjustment mechanism further comprises a transmission member and a fourth driving member, the base comprises a base plate and a mounting base, the base assembly is disposed on the mounting base, the transmission member is disposed on the base plate and is in transmission connection with the mounting base, the fourth driving member is in transmission connection with the transmission member, and the fourth driving member is configured to drive the mounting base on the transmission member to rotate so as to drive the base assembly on the mounting base to rotate.
7. The automatic assembly welding device of claim 2, wherein the compression assembly comprises a compression member slidably mounted on the first driving member and a compression spring sleeved on the compression member, the compression spring providing a resilient force to the compression member.
8. The automated assembly welding apparatus of claim 1, wherein the transfer mechanism comprises a robotic arm having an actuation end, a gripper assembly and a suction assembly, the gripper assembly and the suction assembly both disposed at the actuation end, the gripper assembly configured to grip a device and/or a device assembly, and the suction assembly configured to suction a device and/or a device assembly.
9. The automatic assembly welding device of claim 1, further comprising a horizontal displacement mechanism disposed on the worktable, wherein the adjusting mechanism is disposed on the horizontal displacement mechanism, and wherein the horizontal displacement mechanism is configured to move the fixing carrier on the adjusting mechanism between the transfer mechanism and the welding mechanism.
10. The automatic assembly welding apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising a glove box body covered on the work table, and a vacuum transition chamber provided on a side wall of the glove box body, the vacuum transition chamber communicating an inner space and an outer space of the glove box body.
