the water outlet pipe (703) is arranged on the inner side of the water tank (702);
the inner sides of the rotatable spray head (704) and the water outlet pipe (703) are provided with the rotatable spray head (704).

a fixing rod (801), wherein one side of the upper part of the first bracket (401) is provided with the fixing rod (801);
the blanking box (802) is arranged on the upper side of the first support (401);
the collecting box (804), one side of the fixed rod (801) is provided with the collecting box (804);
a discharge pipe (803) is connected between the blanking box (802) and the collecting box (804).
