The transformer shell is reversely buckled on the shell supporting frame 6, the transformer shell is driven to lift through the lifting of the shell supporting frame 6, so that the transformer shell enters a cleaning function area, and in the descending process of the transformer shell, the clearance of radiating fins of the transformer shell is cleaned through the sliding of the front cleaning frame 7 and the side cleaning frame 8 and the matching of the annular water distribution pipe 101 and the outer side cleaning roller 9, so that the cleaning effect of the transformer shell is ensured; after the shell supporting frame 6 drives the transformer shell to descend to the bottom in the cleaning box 1, water distribution on the inner wall of the transformer shell is carried out through the two spherical water spraying seats 102, the roller 401 is enabled to move along the inner side track of the annular guide rail 2 all the time through the telescopic action of the telescopic rod 301, the roller 401 drives the driving seat 4 to move along a specific track in the annular guide rail 2, and therefore the inner side cleaning roller 402 is enabled to clean the inner side wall of the transformer shell; the movement of the driving seat 4 drives the cleaning frame 5 to slide, and the rotation of the inner side cleaning roller 402 drives the rotation of the row of cleaning brushes 501, so that the cleaning brushes 501 clean the inner bottom surface of the transformer shell.
The cleaning of the radiating fins on the outer side of the transformer shell is carried out through the outer side cleaning roller 9, the cleaning of the inner wall of the transformer shell is carried out through the inner side cleaning roller 402, the cleaning of the inner bottom surface of the transformer shell is carried out through the cleaning brush 501, and the cleaning efficiency of the transformer shell is guaranteed.
Sliding holes 602 and threaded holes 603 are formed in four corners of the shell supporting frame 6 in a staggered manner; upright rods 104 and screw rods 105 are arranged at four corners inside the cleaning box 1 in a staggered mode, the peripheral side faces of the upright rods 104 are in sliding fit with the inner walls of the sliding holes 602, and external threads of the screw rods 105 are in threaded connection with internal threads of the threaded holes 603; the lifting track of the shell supporting frame 6 is controlled by the matching of the sliding hole 602 and the vertical rod 104, and the stable lifting of the shell supporting frame 6 is controlled by the matching of the threaded hole 603 and the screw 105.
A limiting plate 304 is fixed at the top end of the rotating frame 3, two sliding grooves which are oppositely arranged are formed in the upper surface of the limiting plate 304, and the inner walls of the sliding grooves are in sliding fit with the peripheral side surfaces of the cleaning frame 5; the limiting plate 304 supports the cleaning frame 5 and limits the running track of the cleaning frame 5, so that the cleaning effect of the cleaning frame 5 on the inner bottom surface of the transformer is ensured.
A cleaning motor 12 is fixed at the bottom in the driving seat 4, and the output shaft end of the cleaning motor 12 extends out of the driving seat 4 and is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the inner side cleaning roller 402; the cleaning motor 12 controls the rotation of the inner cleaning roller 402 to realize the cleaning function of the inner cleaning roller 402 on the inner wall of the transformer shell.
The top end of the inner side cleaning roller 402 extends into the cleaning frame 5 and is fixed with a driving piece 4021, a row of driven pieces 502 are rotationally matched in the cleaning frame 5, and an L-shaped linkage bar 503 for connecting the driving piece 4021 and the row of driven pieces 502 is further arranged in the cleaning frame 5; through the rotation of inboard cleaning roller 402 control driving piece 4021, driving piece 4021 drives L shape linkage 503 and follower 502 and realizes synchronous rotation for inboard cleaning roller 402 drives the rotation of cleaning brush 501, guarantees the clearance effect of clearance frame 5 to the transformer housing.
The top of the peripheral side surface of the cleaning box 1 is provided with two groups of positive sliding boxes 107 and side sliding boxes 108 which are arranged oppositely, the inner walls of the positive sliding boxes 107 are in sliding fit with the peripheral side surface of the positive cleaning frame 7, and the inner walls of the side sliding boxes 108 are in sliding fit with the peripheral side surface of the side cleaning frame 8; the end parts of the front sliding box 107 and the side sliding box 108 are both fixed with telescopic cylinders 13, and push rods 1301 of the telescopic cylinders 13 extend into the front sliding box 107 or the side sliding box 108 and are fixedly connected with the front cleaning frame 7 or the side cleaning frame 8; the sliding track of the positive cleaning frame 7 or the side cleaning frame 8 is limited by the positive sliding box 107 and the side sliding box 108, and the pushing of the positive cleaning frame 7 or the side cleaning frame 8 is controlled by the telescopic cylinder 13, so that the cleaning roller 9 can clean the radiating fins of the transformer shell.
A stepping motor 14 is fixed on one inner wall of the front cleaning frame 7 and the side cleaning frame 8, an eccentric wheel 1401 is fixed on the output shaft end of the stepping motor 14, a rotary buckle 901 is fixed on the end part of the outer cleaning roller 9 extending into the other inner wall of the front cleaning frame 7 and the side cleaning frame 8, and a linkage strip is arranged between the rotary buckle 901 and the eccentric wheel 1401; the rotation of the eccentric wheel 1401 is controlled by the stepping motor 14, the eccentric wheel 1401 drives the linkage bar and the rotating buckle 901 to move, so that the outer cleaning roller 9 rotates, and the cleaning function of the outer cleaning roller 9 on the transformer shell is realized.

Claims (10)

an annular water distribution pipe (101) is fixed on the inner top surface of the cleaning box (1), two spherical water spraying seats (102) which are oppositely arranged are fixed on the inner bottom surface of the cleaning box (1), and drain pipes (103) are arranged at the bottom of the peripheral side surface of the cleaning box (1);
an annular guide rail (2) is fixed at the bottom in the cleaning box (1) through a cylinder;
a rotating frame (3) is rotatably matched with the bottom in the cleaning box (1), driving seats (4) are fixed on two opposite side surfaces of the bottom of the rotating frame (3) through telescopic rods (301), rollers (401) matched with the annular guide rails (2) are rotatably matched on opposite outer sides of the two driving seats (4), and inner side cleaning rollers (402) are rotatably matched with the top ends of the driving seats (4);
the top end of the rotating frame (3) is in sliding fit with two cleaning frames (5) which are arranged oppositely, and the top end of each cleaning frame (5) is in rotating fit with a row of cleaning brushes (501) which are linked with the inner side cleaning rollers (402);
a vertically lifting shell supporting frame (6) is arranged in the cleaning box (1), and an annular clamping groove (601) is fixed on the upper surface of the shell supporting frame (6);
the top slides in cleaning box (1) has two just cleaning frame (7) and the side cleaning frame (8) that set up relatively, two just the equal normal running fit in the relative inboard of cleaning frame (7) and the relative inboard of both sides cleaning frame (8) has one row of outside cleaning roller (9).

The special cleaning equipment for the transformer according to claim 1, wherein four corners of the housing supporting frame (6) are provided with sliding holes (602) and threaded holes (603) in a staggered manner; four corners inside the cleaning box (1) are provided with vertical rods (104) and screws (105) in a staggered mode, the peripheral side faces of the vertical rods (104) are in sliding fit with the inner wall of the sliding hole (602), and external threads of the screws (105) are in threaded connection with internal threads of the threaded holes (603).

The cleaning equipment special for the transformer according to claim 2, wherein the driving motors (10) are fixed at two opposite corners of the lower surface of the cleaning box (1), and output shaft ends of the driving motors (10) extend into the cleaning box (1) and are fixedly connected with the bottom ends of the screws (105).
4. The cleaning equipment special for the transformer according to claim 1, wherein a support frame (109) is fixed on the lower surface of the cleaning box (1), and the support frame (109) is positioned at the opposite inner sides of the two driving motors (10).

The cleaning equipment special for the transformer according to claim 1, wherein a supporting sleeve (106) is arranged at the center of the inner bottom surface of the cleaning box (1), a rotating motor (11) is fixed at the inner bottom of the supporting sleeve (106), and the output shaft end of the rotating motor (11) is fixedly connected with the bottom end surface of the rotating frame (3); the bottom end of the rotating frame (3) is further fixed with a balance cap (302), the inner top surface of the balance cap (302) is fixed with a support ring (303), the bottom end of the support ring (303) is provided with a circle of rollers, and the peripheral side surfaces of the rollers are in sliding fit with the upper surface of the support sleeve (106).

The special cleaning equipment for the transformer according to claim 1, wherein a limiting plate (304) is fixed at the top end of the rotating frame (3), two oppositely arranged sliding grooves are formed in the upper surface of the limiting plate (304), and the inner walls of the sliding grooves are in sliding fit with the peripheral side surface of the cleaning frame (5).

The special cleaning device for the transformer according to claim 1, wherein a cleaning motor (12) is fixed at the bottom in the driving seat (4), and the output shaft end of the cleaning motor (12) extends out of the driving seat (4) and is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the inner side cleaning roller (402).

The special cleaning equipment for the transformer according to claim 1, wherein the top end of the inner side cleaning roller (402) extends into the cleaning frame (5) and is fixed with a driving member (4021), a row of driven members (502) are rotationally matched in the cleaning frame (5), and an L-shaped linkage bar (503) for connecting the driving member (4021) and the row of driven members (502) is further arranged in the cleaning frame (5).

The special cleaning equipment for the transformer according to claim 1, wherein the top of the peripheral side surface of the cleaning box (1) is provided with two sets of positive slide boxes (107) and side slide boxes (108) which are oppositely arranged, the inner walls of the positive slide boxes (107) are in sliding fit with the peripheral side surface of the positive cleaning frame (7), and the inner walls of the side slide boxes (108) are in sliding fit with the peripheral side surface of the side cleaning frame (8); and telescopic cylinders (13) are fixed at the end parts of the forward sliding box (107) and the side sliding box (108), and push rods (1301) of the telescopic cylinders (13) extend into the forward sliding box (107) or the side sliding box (108) and are fixedly connected with the forward cleaning frame (7) or the side cleaning frame (8).
10. The special cleaning equipment for the transformer according to claim 1, wherein a stepping motor (14) is fixed on one inner wall of each of the front cleaning frame (7) and the side cleaning frame (8), an eccentric wheel (1401) is fixed on an output shaft end of each stepping motor (14), a rotating buckle (901) is fixed on an end part of the outer cleaning roller (9) extending into the other inner wall of each of the front cleaning frame (7) and the side cleaning frame (8), and a linkage bar is arranged between the rotating buckle (901) and the eccentric wheel (1401).
