Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a long-distance (more than 500 meters) chain clothes conveying and sorting system. The system can accurately realize the correct sorting of the clothes by using less hardware support.
Background
With the development of society, more and more articles need to be washed and protected in hotels, residents, families, group work clothes, performance industries and the like, and meanwhile, some high-grade articles are not suitable for family washing and the pursuit of people on the quality of life, and the outward delivery of dry cleaning service becomes a trend. Traditional street dry cleaners, the scale is relatively less, and lacks effectual quality management and control, and the laundry quality is jaggy, can't satisfy current demand, therefore, the intelligent service of protecting of scale comes up to now.
The large-scale intelligent washing and caring service comprises 3 parts such as the Internet +, an intelligent washing and caring system and an own distribution system, and combines the traditional washing and caring service industry with modern information technology, intelligent washing and caring factories and intelligent logistics. The user carries out the price checking and ordering through terminal app, and website staff gets the clothing from the door, concentrates on sending into the clothing loading and protects the mill, builds the label system to the clothing in the mill, realizes tracking and tracing all the whole flow of washing article, and the user can know the progress of washing service in real time, and the mill washes and protects the back and concentrates the delivery to the user in hand to the clothing. The intelligent washing and protecting service in scale realizes that the client directly connects the factory, reduces intermediate links, quickly responds to the client demand, adopts advanced washing equipment, environment-friendly green detergent, sewage centralized treatment and washing quality centralized control, and ensures the washing and protecting quality.
At present, the Internet of things + technology and a distribution system in the large-scale intelligent washing and caring service are relatively perfect, but a production system of a large-scale intelligent washing and caring factory is not perfect, and particularly, a system with daily treatment capacity reaching 1 ten thousand pieces does not exist in China. The workflow of a typical order for clothes to be shipped to a care facility is as follows, except that a small portion of luxury goods are shipped to a special wash cycle: firstly, unpacking and sorting all orders, carrying out manual clothes initial inspection, and washing and classifying; then, the clothes are washed, and after the washing is finished, the clothes are aired, dried and disinfected; then, manually checking the washing effect, wherein qualified clothes enter an ironing link through a spiral conveying line, and unqualified clothes are subjected to secondary re-washing; after ironing is finished, the clothes are rechecked, qualified people can enter a packaging link, and unqualified clothes are rechecked; after the packaging is finished, entering an order sorting conveying line, and sorting to a user; and the staff collects the completed orders and transfers the orders to the shipment logistics system after confirmation. In a large-scale washing and caring factory, due to the fact that orders are large in quantity and various in types of clothes, even if the same order is divided into different types of clothes, the washing time of the factory is different, and the clothes can be delivered only after all the clothes of the same order are washed.
The clothing is washed in scale and is protected mill from unpacking, inspection, washing to letter sorting station, mainly adopts chain transport suspension system, and ordinary chain transfer chain is short then tens meters, and long then hundreds of meters, and the clothing not only accomplishes the transportation of position on chain transfer system, and more importantly is the completion letter sorting work. After various clothes, different styles and different types of clothes are washed and protected in a factory, the clothes are sorted according to orders (customers), and for tens of thousands of clothes, the clothes are sorted manually, so that the efficiency is low, and the clothes are easily sorted by mistake. The general large-scale washing and protecting factory sorts clothes, and mainly carries out on-line sorting in the moving process of a chain conveying line. At present, most of clothes sorting systems adopt photoelectric coding sensing, a plurality of three-phase asynchronous alternating-current motors (the number is more than 10) + a chain conveying system, each motor is provided with a photoelectric encoder to count the number of revolutions of the motor, the system has a plurality of counting results, meanwhile, the tightness degree of the chain conveying system is different, and further, the system is complicated in software and hardware, high in cost and relatively low in sorting accuracy. The invention provides a clothes sorting system based on subdivision chain pitches, which does not depend on a photoelectric coding system, and has the advantages of low hardware cost, simple algorithm, good anti-interference performance and very high sorting accuracy.

Furthermore, the pitch subdivision and pitch counting positioning sensing system comprises a plurality of optical fiber sensors and 1 photoelectric sensor which is opposite to each other, and the clothes sorting information acquisition system comprises a clothes sorting information identification device.
Preferably, the clothes sorting information identification device adopts a wireless identification device; such as a bar code reader, a two-dimensional code reader, or an RFID wireless reading device, etc.
Referring to fig. 1, in order to save floor space, a long-distance clothes conveying line is arranged in a snake shape, and the conveying line comprises a transmission chain 1, a three-phase asynchronous motor 2 for driving the chain to move is arranged at 6 turning positions respectively, a plurality of sorting stations 3 adopting a cylinder sorting mode and a conveying line inlet, and a set of clothes information reading, chain pitch subdivision and positioning sensing device 4 is arranged at the conveying line inlet.
Referring to fig. 2, a section of the chain conveyor line is taken, the chain has an original pitch of 300mm, there is a "lug" 5 every 300mm, and a clothes hook 6 is provided every 3 original pitches.
Referring to fig. 3, the chain original pitch is 300mm, in order to arrange sorting stations as many as possible in a limited space, considering the width of the clothes, the distance between two adjacent sorting stations is generally set to be 600mm, obviously, the original pitch is used as the distance counting basis, which cannot meet the accurate sorting requirement of the system, and therefore, the pitch needs to be subdivided. The clothes information reading, chain pitch subdividing and positioning sensing device is arranged at the entrance of the conveying chain and comprises 3 vertically arranged RFID wireless reading devices 7, 6 high-precision optical fiber correlation sensors 8 and 1 correlation photoelectric sensor 9. 3 RFID wireless reading devices are vertically arranged, the whole vertical direction can be covered, the RFID chips are hung on clothes mainly for meeting the requirements of clothes with different lengths, and the upper and lower positions of the clothes are possible. 6 optical fiber correlation sensors are evenly arranged at equal intervals, the interval is set to be 50mm, in the process of chain transmission movement, lugs above the chain sequentially pass through the 6 optical fiber sensors, the feedback signals of the sensors are utilized to subdivide the original pitch of the chain by 6, and the subdivided pitch is 50 mm. The subdivided pitch is far smaller than the sorting station pitch and can be used as the counting basis of the chain transmission distance.
The wireless information reading system belongs to inaccurate positioning sensing, and the RFID reading device can randomly identify and read the RFID information of the clothes in a specific range, so an accurate positioning mechanism needs to be established. The specific embodiment is as follows: when the clothes to be sorted with the RFID chips pass through the 3 RFID antennas, the clothes sorting information is read by an upper computer, the upper computer sends the information to the embedded control system in a bus mode, the embedded control system lists the clothes in a sorting queue, the subdivided pitch counting is started by simultaneously triggering the photoelectric sensor and the 1 st optical fiber sensor, and the position is unique, so that the starting zero position of each piece of clothes is guaranteed to be accurate, and the sorting accuracy is further guaranteed. When the pitch count matches the distance of the target station, the controller controls the sorting cylinder to extend out, and the clothes are sorted to the corresponding station.
The invention adopts the optical fiber sensor to subdivide the original pitch of the chain, and the subdivided pitch is far smaller than the spacing of sorting stations and can be used as the counting basis of the transmission distance of a transmission line. The intelligent clothes sorting system provided by the invention has the advantages of low hardware cost, simple algorithm and higher implementation value.
