Description

Temporal region roller device for early detection of eye ischemia and hypoxia lesion and use method
Technical Field
The invention relates to a roller device for a temporal region, which is discovered in early stage of ischemia and anoxia pathological changes of eyes, and a using method of the roller device.
Background
People use mobile phones and computers to obtain relevant information at any time, eyes are in a fatigue ischemia and anoxia state for a long time and are not easy to perceive, and the eyesight is seriously affected when people find the eyes, especially for primary and secondary school students. The pathological changes of ischemia and anoxia of eyes can be discovered as soon as possible and can be diagnosed and treated in time, so that the obvious decline of vision or the aggravation of the pathological changes of the eyes can be avoided.
The common carotid artery is the main blood vessel from the heart to the head and face, and the anatomical structure is divided into the internal carotid artery system and the external carotid artery system.
The ophthalmic arteries from the internal carotid system, branches are often divided into 3 groups, the ocular group (central retinal artery, anterior ciliary artery, posterior ciliary artery, etc.), the orbital group (lacrimal artery and muscular branch), and the extraorbital group (supraorbital artery, superior trochlear artery, dorsal nasalis artery, anterior ethmoid artery, posterior ethmoid artery, anterior meningeal artery, and medial palpebral artery, etc.). The supraorbital and supratrochlear arteries co-nourish the upper eyelid and cranial scalp in the extraorbital group.
The external carotid artery system has multiple branches such as superficial temporal artery, facial artery, and maxillary artery. The branches of the superficial temporal artery include the medial temporal artery, the frontal branch, the parietal branch, etc., wherein the branch zygomatic artery of the medial temporal artery nourishes orbicular ocularis and is anastomotic with the lacrimal branch and the eyelid branch of the ophthalmic artery, the frontal branch sends out 1-4 frontal orbital branches (near the orbit) to be anastomosed with the branches of the ophthalmic artery, and the parietal branch is anastomosed with the artery of the cranial vertex widely, including the left and right sides being anastomosed with each other, and the internal carotid artery system and the external carotid artery system being anastomosed. The deep anterior temporal artery and the deep posterior temporal artery originate from the maxillary artery, wherein the deep anterior temporal artery nourishes the temporal muscle and coincides with the lacrimal artery, and the deep posterior temporal artery nourishes the posterior temporal muscle and coincides with the middle temporal artery.
Normally, the blood supply to the eye is completed by the circulatory route from the internal carotid artery to the ophthalmic artery. However, when the eye is overused or the eye is diseased, the metabolite stimulation causes the perfusion pressure of the ocular artery to be reduced, and the human body can compensate the blood supply of the eye by opening the collateral circulation of the external carotid artery and the ocular artery so that the blood flows reversely into the ocular artery. Effective establishment and patency of the collateral circulation requires changes in the integrity of the collateral vessels and pressure gradients, and compensated blood supply will only be opened if the normal forward blood flow pressure drop from the internal carotid artery to the ophthalmic artery is not sufficient to offset the external carotid and ophthalmic artery collateral blood flow pressures.
The temporal area is located on both sides of the vertex, the upper border is the upper temporal line, and the lower border is the upper edge of the zygomatic arch. The temporalis area soft tissue comprises 5 layers from the superficial to the deep, and sequentially comprises skin, superficial fascia, temporal fascia, temporalis muscle and skull adventitia.
The compound anisodine injection is clinically used for treating various ischemic eye diseases by subcutaneous injection beside the superficial temporal artery of the affected temporal region.
Disclosure of Invention
With/without basic diseases of ophthalmology, the oxygen demand is increased due to overuse of eyes, the blood supply of the ophthalmic artery is relatively/absolutely insufficient, and the human body can compensate the blood supply of the eye by opening the collateral circulation of the external carotid artery and the ophthalmic artery to reversely flow the blood into the ophthalmic artery so as to maintain the normal vision or approach to the normal vision, namely a compensation stage. Beyond the compensation ability of the human body, the blood supply to the eyes is absolutely insufficient, which is manifested as decreased vision or aggravation of other eye symptoms/signs, i.e. decompensation stage. If the insufficient blood supply of the eyes is found in the compensation stage, the diagnosis and treatment can be performed in time, so that the obvious decline of the vision of the eyes or the aggravation of the pathological changes of the eyes can be avoided.
The blood supply of eyes is insufficient, and based on the self compensation mechanism of a human body, superficial temporal arteries, deep temporal arteries and the like of a carotid artery system enable blood to reversely flow into the ophthalmic arteries through collateral circulation of the ophthalmic arteries. The temporal region has no functional tissue organ, the artery blood supply lacks collateral circulation, the superficial temporal artery supplies blood to the eyes in a retrograde manner, and part of the temporal region soft tissues gradually supply blood to cause lactic acid accumulation.
The roller device presses the soft tissue of the temporal region through hair, if local ache symptoms occur in the temporal region, the superficial temporal artery and the like supply blood to the eyes in a retrograde manner, and the ischemia and the anoxia of the eyes need to be treated and intervened.
The roller device includes: the device comprises a roller, a roller supporting shaft and a roller bracket.
The roller should be able to roll outside the temples, and the diameter of the roller should be significantly greater than the height of the roller support.
The diameter of the roller is more than 2cm, the roller obviously protrudes out of the bracket, the thickness of the roller is 0.5-1.0cm, more than 2 rollers are connected in parallel or independent rollers are arranged side by side, the roller has patterns, and the distance between the rollers is less than 0.5 cm.
The thickness of the fixed roller supporting shaft end of the roller bracket is obviously smaller than the diameter of the roller, and the front end and the middle of the bracket are bent outwards in an arc shape so as to be convenient to hold.
The roller supporting shafts support the parallel rollers at the same level.
The use method of the temporal roller device comprises the following steps of 2, respectively arranging the roller devices on the left side and the right side of the skull top and outside the hair, rolling outwards along the skull top with proper force, then rolling downwards along the two sides of the skull top to the upper edge of a zygomatic arch, and sequentially overlapping from front to back in a crossed manner. The temporal region is tenderness, which means that the pathological changes of the eyes with ischemia and anoxia need the specialized diagnosis and treatment of ophthalmology.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and effects.
The invention dynamically reflects whether the eyes are ischemic or anoxic. The blood and oxygen supply of the eyes are less than the oxygen consumption requirement, the superficial temporal artery, the deep temporal artery and the like of the external carotid artery system enable blood to reversely flow into the ophthalmic artery through the collateral circulation of the ophthalmic artery, and partial temporal soft tissue is insufficient in blood and oxygen supply to cause lactic acid accumulation and tenderness. After the eye pathological changes are treated, oxygen supply and oxygen consumption are restored to balance, the retrograde blood supply of the superficial temporal artery to the eye artery is eliminated, and the accumulation of lactic acid in the soft temporal tissues is eliminated and the tenderness is eliminated. The eye pathological changes are aggravated, the blood and oxygen supply of the eyes are smaller than the oxygen consumption, and the lactic acid accumulation and the tenderness of the soft tissue of the temporal region reappear.
Eye lesions are theoretically found earlier than in the eye chart. In the early stage of pathological changes, eyes are ischemic and anoxic, superficial temporal arteries, deep temporal arteries and the like supply blood to the eyes in a retrograde manner through collateral circulation of the ophthalmic arteries to meet the requirement of oxygen supply, and at the moment, lactic acid accumulation and tenderness of soft tissues in the temporal region do not obviously reduce the vision due to compensation of blood supply. Theoretically, the invention can find the eye lesion earlier than the visual chart.
The three operations are simple. The roller device is used simultaneously in the temples on the left and right sides, and if one side of eyes is diseased, the tenderness on the affected side is obvious, and the healthy side is more intuitive in comparison.
