the locking mechanism comprises an inserting block fixedly installed at the bottom of the headrest, a slot matched with the inserting block is formed in the positioning groove, a sliding cavity extending leftwards and rightwards is formed in the bed body, the right end of the sliding cavity is communicated with the slot, a plug pin is slidably installed in the sliding cavity, a jack matched with the plug pin is formed in the inserting block, a fourth spring is connected between the left end of the plug pin and the side wall of the sliding cavity, a shifting handle is fixedly installed at the bottom of the plug pin, a strip-shaped hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the shifting handle, of the bottom of the bed body, and the shifting handle penetrates out of the strip-shaped hole to the outer side of the bed body and can move along the strip-shaped hole.
