An angiographic apparatus, characterized by: the bed comprises a bed body, wherein a headrest is detachably arranged on the bed body, a positioning groove matched with the headrest is formed in the bed body, and a locking mechanism is arranged between the bed body and the headrest; the headrest is characterized in that two groups of fixing mechanisms are oppositely arranged up and down, each fixing mechanism comprises a fixing belt, the left end of each fixing belt is fixedly connected to the left end of the headrest, an installation cavity is formed in the right end of each headrest, an installation shaft extending forwards and backwards is rotatably installed in each installation cavity, a winding wheel is coaxially and fixedly installed on each installation shaft, the right end of each fixing belt is wound on each winding wheel, a through hole for the fixing belt to enter the corresponding installation cavity is formed in each headrest, and a torsion spring for enabling the winding wheel to wind the corresponding fixing belt is connected between each installation shaft and the side wall of each installation cavity; the installation shaft is also coaxially and fixedly provided with a ratchet wheel, a pawl matched with the ratchet wheel is rotatably installed in the installation cavity, and the pawl is lapped on the ratchet wheel to limit the winding wheel to release the fixing belt; the ratchet is characterized in that the pawl is positioned below the ratchet, an auxiliary cavity is arranged in the headrest, a through hole which extends upwards and is communicated with the mounting cavity is formed in one side of the auxiliary cavity, a movable column is movably mounted in the through hole, a first spring is connected between the upper end of the movable column and the pawl, a baffle is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the movable column, a second spring is connected between the baffle and the top wall of the auxiliary cavity, a pressing column is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the baffle, a through hole through which the pressing column penetrates is formed in the headrest, and a linkage mechanism for driving the pressing column to move up and down is arranged in the positioning groove;
the linkage mechanism comprises a sliding cavity positioned in the bed body, and an avoidance hole for the pressing column to enter the sliding cavity is formed in the bottom of the positioning groove; the sliding cavity extends leftwards and rightwards, a sliding block is slidably arranged in the sliding cavity, a third spring is connected between the right end of the sliding block and the side wall of the sliding cavity, and when the sliding block moves to the left end of the sliding cavity, the sliding block seals the lower end of the avoidance hole; the top of the left end of the sliding block is provided with a groove, and the right end of the groove is provided with a first inclined plane which is connected with the bottom of the groove and the top of the sliding block; a pull rod extending rightward is fixedly arranged at the right end of the sliding block, and a guide hole for the pull rod to penetrate out is formed in the bed body;
the locking mechanism comprises an inserting block fixedly installed at the bottom of the headrest, a slot matched with the inserting block is formed in the positioning groove, a sliding cavity extending leftwards and rightwards is formed in the bed body, the right end of the sliding cavity is communicated with the slot, a plug pin is slidably installed in the sliding cavity, a jack matched with the plug pin is formed in the inserting block, a fourth spring is connected between the left end of the plug pin and the side wall of the sliding cavity, a shifting handle is fixedly installed at the bottom of the plug pin, a strip-shaped hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the shifting handle, of the bottom of the bed body, and the shifting handle penetrates out of the strip-shaped hole to the outer side of the bed body and can move along the strip-shaped hole.

5. An angiographic method using an angiographic device according to any one of claims 1-4, characterized in that the method comprises the steps of:
s1, fixing the headrest on the head of a patient;
s2, fixing the headrest on the bed body;
s3, carrying out radiography on a patient through a radiography machine;
s4, separating the headrest from the bed body after radiography is completed;
s5, the headrest is removed from the head of the patient.
