Therefore, the air inlet cavity ejects air flow to the corresponding sleeve through the plurality of vent holes, and the air flow pushes the plurality of blades to rotate, so that further scattering ejection of liquid medicine scattered and ejected in the diversion cavity can be realized.
Specifically, an air flow regulator 33 is provided on one end of each air inlet cavity 32 far from the medicine dispersing device 4, and the air flow regulator 33 can form air flow to the air inlet cavities 32 and can control the flow rate of the air flow; and as the air flow within the intake cavity 32, the plurality of vanes 427 can be driven to rotate. The air flow regulator is mainly used as an air delivery device, and can deliver an air flow into the intake cavity, for example, a micro air pump.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the opening mechanism 2 includes: 2 upright posts 21, a rotating shaft 22, a motor 23, a toggle piece 24, a movable rack 25, a limiting part 26 and 2 gears 27.
The 2 upright posts 21 are vertically and fixedly arranged on the machine body 1; and is positioned at one end of the machine body far away from the liquid storage tank 7. The function of the upright is mainly to facilitate the installation of the rotating shaft 22 and the toggle member 24.
The rotating shaft 22 is rotatably arranged at the top ends of the 2 upright posts 21; and holes penetrating through the tops of the two upright posts.
The motor 23 is arranged on one of the upright posts 21 and is positioned on one end of the rotating shaft 22; the motor 23 can drive the rotation shaft 22 to rotate. For example, an output shaft of the motor is connected to one end of the rotating shaft through a coupling for driving the rotating shaft to rotate.
The stirring piece 24 is arranged between the 2 upright posts 21, one end of the stirring piece 24 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft 22, and the other end of the stirring piece 24 is provided with a limiting sliding groove 241; the limiting chute is in a longitudinal strip shape.
The movable rack 25 is slidably arranged on the machine body 1 and is positioned between the 2 adjusting arms 3, and a through groove 251 is formed in one end of the movable rack 25; a limiting component 26 is rotatably arranged in the through groove 251; the limiting member 26 is slidably disposed in the limiting chute 241. Therefore, the movable rack can be driven to horizontally move along the top surface of the machine body by rotating the stirring piece.
The 2 gears 27 are arranged on the rotating parts of the corresponding adjusting arms 3 and are positioned on two sides of the movable rack 25; the 2 gears 27 are all meshed with the movable rack 25 in a tooth form.
When the rotary shaft is used, the motor 23 is started, the motor drives the rotary shaft to rotate, and one end of the stirring piece is fixed with the rotary shaft, so that the stirring piece can realize reciprocating swing along with the reciprocating rotation of the rotary shaft. Because spacing part and spacing spout sliding connection in the logical inslot, that is, movable rack can realize reciprocating motion along with stirring the swing of piece, and then drive 2 gears and take place to rotate to can realize adjusting 2 regulating arms to opening angle and swing state, in order to adapt to the pest control of different plants, in the time of improving the control effect, can effectively avoid the extravagant problem of pesticide transition.

Claims (8)

1. Automatic intelligent medicine dispersing equipment for preventing and controlling agricultural diseases and insect pests is characterized by comprising the following components:
a walkable body (1);
an opening mechanism (2) arranged on the machine body (1);
the 2 adjusting arms (3) are rotatably arranged on the machine body (1), and the opening mechanism (2) can drive the 2 adjusting arms (3) to synchronously rotate;
2 medicine dispersing devices (4) which are arranged at one end of the corresponding adjusting arm (3);
each medicine dispersing device (4) comprises an infusion air bag (41) and a plurality of spray heads (42), one end of each adjusting arm (3) is provided with an arc-shaped part (31), the spray heads (42) are uniformly distributed on the corresponding arc-shaped parts (31), and one end of each spray head extends to the lower side of the corresponding arc-shaped part (31); the other ends of the spray heads (42) are communicated with the corresponding transfusion air bags (41);
each of the spray heads (42) includes:
elbow conduit (421) set inside the corresponding regulating arm (3); one end of the elbow conduit (421) is communicated with the transfusion air bag (41), and the other end of the elbow conduit extends towards the outside of the regulating arm (3) and is provided with a jet hole (421-I) with gradually reduced size;
a deflector (422) integrally provided on the ejection hole (421-I); one end of the guide disc (422) close to the ejection hole (421-I) is provided with a guide hole (422-I) with gradually increased size;
a guide post (423) with one end arranged in the elbow conduit (421) and the other end extending out of the guide disk (422);
the adjusting stud (424) is arranged on the flow guiding column (423) and is in threaded connection with the flow guiding column (423);
an adjustment flap (425) rotatably disposed on the adjustment stud (424);
a flow guiding cavity is arranged between the flow guiding disc (422) and the adjusting baffle (425), and the gap between the flow guiding disc (422) and the adjusting baffle (425) is gradually reduced along with the movement of the adjusting stud (424) towards the flow guiding disc (422);
the size of each adjusting baffle (425) is matched with the size of the corresponding guide disc (422); a plurality of blades (427) are uniformly distributed on the periphery of each adjusting baffle (425);
each adjusting arm (3) is internally provided with an air inlet cavity (32), the outer side of each spray head (42) is sleeved with a sleeve (45), the periphery of each elbow conduit (421) is uniformly provided with a plurality of vent holes (321), and each air inlet cavity (32) is communicated with the corresponding sleeve (45) through the plurality of vent holes (321); the plurality of vent holes (321) are corresponding to the positions of the corresponding blades (427).

The automatic intelligent pesticide dispersing device for agricultural pest control according to claim 1, further comprising a power supply and a microprocessor (5), wherein the power supply is electrically connected with the microprocessor (5), the microprocessor (5) is in signal connection with the opening mechanism (2), and the microprocessor (5) can control the opening mechanism (2) to start and drive 2 regulating arms (3) to synchronously move.

The automatic intelligent medicine dispersing device for controlling agricultural diseases and insect pests according to claim 2, wherein an electromagnetic valve (43) is arranged on the end part of each spray head (42) connected with the corresponding transfusion air bag (41); the microprocessor (5) is in signal connection with a plurality of electromagnetic valves (43), and the microprocessor (5) can control the opening of the electromagnetic valves (43) and perform medicine scattering and killing.

An automatic intelligent pesticide dispersing device for agricultural pest control according to claim 3, characterized in that a pressure sensor (44) is provided on the opposite side of each of the transfusion air bags (41); the microprocessor (5) is in signal connection with the pressure sensor (44);
when 2 arc-shaped parts (31) on the adjusting arms (3) are close to each other, and the infusion air bags (41) are extruded, the pressure sensor (44) can send detected pressure values to the microprocessor (5), the microprocessor (5) compares the received pressure values with set pressure values, and when the detected pressure values are matched with the set pressure values, the microprocessor (5) controls a plurality of electromagnetic valves (43) to be opened for medicine scattering and killing.

An automatic intelligent pesticide dispersing device for agricultural pest control according to claim 3, characterized in that a distance measuring sensor (6) is arranged on the machine body (1), the distance measuring sensor (6) is arranged between 2 regulating arms (3), and the distance measuring sensor (6) can measure the displacement of the regulating arms (3) deviating from the machine body (1); the microprocessor (5) is in signal connection with the ranging sensor (6);
when the microprocessor (5) controls the opening mechanism (2) to start and drives 2 regulating arms (3) to synchronously move, the distance measuring sensor (6) can send detected displacement values to the microprocessor (5), the microprocessor (5) compares the received displacement values with a set displacement threshold range, and when the detected displacement values are in the set displacement threshold range, the microprocessor (5) controls a plurality of electromagnetic valves (43) to open for medicine scattering and killing.

The automatic intelligent pesticide dispersing device for agricultural pest control according to claim 1, wherein a stop head (426) is arranged on one end of each adjusting stud (424) close to the corresponding flow guiding disk (422), and the size of each stop head (426) is matched with the size of the corresponding flow guiding hole (422-I).

The automatic intelligent pesticide dispersing device for agricultural pest control according to claim 1, wherein an air flow regulator (33) is arranged on one end of each air inlet cavity (32) far away from the pesticide dispersing device (4), and the air flow regulator (33) can form air flow for the air inlet cavities (32) and can control the flow rate of the air flow; and a plurality of blades (427) can be driven to rotate along with the flow of air flow in the air inlet cavity (32).

2 gears (27) which are arranged on the rotating parts of the corresponding adjusting arms (3) and are positioned on two sides of the movable racks (25); and 2 gears (27) are meshed with the movable racks (25) in a tooth shape.
