Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for controlling and executing intranet operations according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method is applicable to a case where intranet operations are performed in an extranet environment, and the method may be executed by a control and execution apparatus operating in an intranet, where the apparatus may be implemented by software and/or hardware, and the apparatus may be integrated in an electronic device such as a computer or a server, as shown in fig. 1, and the method specifically includes:
and step 110, judging whether the target mail is a control mail operated by the intranet or not when the target mail sent by the extranet equipment is received by the intranet mailbox.
The computer or server in the intranet can monitor the mail server to determine whether the intranet mailbox receives the mail. The intranet mailbox may be a designated mailbox in an intranet environment. When the target mail sent by the external network equipment is received by the internal network mailbox, the target mail can be judged. The extranet apparatus may be a terminal having a mail transmission function such as a computer or a mobile phone in an extranet environment.
The control mail of intranet operation may be a mail containing intranet operation requirements. The user can instruct what intranet operation is specifically performed in the control mail of the intranet operation. The intranet operations may be operations performed in an intranet environment to perform services in the intranet. For example, intranet operations may include approval of documents, advancement of business process nodes, and submission of specified documents, among others.
In the embodiment of the present invention, there may be a plurality of ways to determine whether the target email is a control email operated by the intranet. For example, at least one of the mail header, the mail body, and the mail attachment of the target mail may be determined to determine whether the target mail is a control mail for intranet operation.
Specifically, in an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the determining whether the target email is a control email operated by an intranet includes: judging whether the mail title of the target mail meets a preset mail title format or not; and if so, determining that the target mail is a control mail operated by the intranet.
The preset mail title format can have various forms, for example, the setting of a certain special character; or setting some key information; alternatively, the setting of a certain specific format; or any combination of the above.
For example, a preset mail header format may be "[ specified execution command identification ] - [ file name of required operation ] - [ specified execution action ]. The specified execution command identifier may be preset identification information of the execution command. For example, the execution command identifier may be a name of the execution command, or the execution command identifier may be data obtained by serializing the execution command. The execution action may be to execute a critical operation step corresponding to the command, such as approval, submission, or transmission.
Further, in an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the determining whether the mail header of the target mail satisfies a preset mail header format includes at least one of the following: judging whether the mail header of the target mail comprises a preset execution command identifier or not; judging whether the mail header of the target mail comprises a preset execution action identifier or not; judging whether the mail header of the target mail comprises a preset execution result identifier or not; and judging whether the mail title of the target mail is set according to the requirement of the preset title layout.
Wherein, the execution action identification may be identification information of the execution action. For example, the execution action identification may be a name of the execution action, or the execution action identification may be information that performs action serialization. The serialization of the execution action may be determined by a preset algorithm, such as a message digest algorithm, or may be determined by a mapping relationship.
The execution result identification may be identification information of the execution result. The execution result may be a desired result, such as an approval pass, a submission or rejection of a business request, and so forth. For example, the execution result identification may be a name of the execution result, or the execution result identification may be information of the execution result serialization.
The preset title layout may specify how the mail title is named. For example, the preset title layout may specify an arrangement order of contents included in the mail title, or a special character used or carried, such as "[ or ] or the like.
Specifically, in an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the determining whether the target email is a control email operated by an intranet includes: judging whether the mail attachment included in the target mail meets a preset attachment format or not; and if so, determining that the target mail is a control mail operated by the intranet.
The preset attachment format may be a specified format for the mail attachment. For example, the preset attachment format may include a specification of one or more of a naming format, a document format, or an attachment content format for the email attachment.
Illustratively, the naming format may be in a form similar to the mail title described above. The document format may specify that the mail attachment is in a specified document form, such as the suffix name of the file ". rar". The attachment content format may be a specification that specifies lines or paragraphs in the attachment to follow. For example, the first line of content is centered, bolded, with the execute command being specified in a font of four.
Further, in an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the determining whether the mail attachment included in the target mail satisfies the preset attachment format includes at least one of the following: judging whether the mail attachment of the target mail is a preset attachment or not; judging whether the name of the mail attachment of the target mail is matched with the corresponding preset attachment name or not; judging whether the document form of the mail attachment of the target mail is a preset attachment document form or not; and judging whether the mail attachment of the target mail is set according to the requirement of the preset attachment layout.
The preset attachment can be a preset designated mail. The preset accessories may indicate that the current user may perform intranet operations. Preset accessories may vary from department to department of the enterprise. The permission of intranet operation which can be performed by a user can be determined according to different preset accessories. The intranet operation can be performed with the limitation of users, and the security of intranet access is improved.
The preset attachment name can be a name which is preset and needs to be matched with the mail attachment. The preset attachment name needs to satisfy the specified form. For example, the preset attachment name may be a name having the same form as the mail title. Judging whether the name of the mail attachment of the target mail is matched with the corresponding preset attachment name may refer to judging whether the name of the mail attachment meets a form specified by the preset attachment name.
The preset attachment document form may refer to a document form that the mail attachment needs to satisfy, e.g., the mail attachment needs to be in ". rar" form. The preset attachment layout may refer to a content layout format of the mail attachment. Such as specific content requirements for the layout of rows or segments of a mail attachment.
Specifically, in an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the determining whether the target email is a control email operated by an intranet includes: judging whether the mail text included in the target mail meets a preset text format or not; and if so, determining that the target mail is a control mail operated by the intranet.
The preset text format can specify the content and the content layout included in the mail text. For example, the preset body format may specify: the first line of the mail body can embody the content such as a plurality of sub-contents and the arrangement requirement of each sub-content; the second line of the mail body can embody the specific service execution content and the like.
Further, in an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the determining whether the mail text included in the target mail meets the preset text format includes at least one of the following: judging whether the mail text of the target mail contains preset text content or not; and judging whether the mail text of the target mail is set according to the requirement of the preset text layout.
The preset text content can be fixed content needing to be attached to the mail text. For example, the preset body content may be the same as or similar to the mail title. The preset text layout may refer to an arrangement manner of each content included in the mail text.
And step 120, when the target mail is judged to be the control mail operated by the intranet, analyzing the content of the target mail to acquire the intranet control content.
The content analysis may be to extract and identify the content of the target email. Content extraction may be performed in a designated area; or may be for the entire content area. Content identification may take a variety of methods. For example, the content Recognition may employ an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) method, an image Recognition method, or a similarity ratio with preset content. The intranet control content can be determined through content analysis. The intranet control content may be content related to performing intranet operations. For example, the intranet control content may include an execution name, an execution action, an executed object, an execution time, and the like.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the analyzing content of the target email to obtain the intranet control content includes: and extracting content in a preset text area in the mail body of the target mail to analyze the content, and acquiring intranet control content.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the mail text of the target mail may be set according to a preset text format. The preset text area may be an area in which the intranet control content exists. For example, it may be specified that the requirement related to the intranet control content is written in a preset text area of the mail text. For example, the mail body may be set as the mail header of the first behavior target mail, and the intranet control content is set from the second line to the last line. The preset body area may be set to the second line to the last line of the body of the mail. The recognition accuracy of the intranet control content can be realized by performing content extraction and content analysis in the preset text area of the mail text, so that the extraction of key information in a large amount of information can be avoided, the recognition workload is reduced, and the recognition accuracy is improved.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the analyzing content of the target email to obtain the intranet control content includes: and decrypting the mail attachment of the target mail by the preset secret key, and extracting the content in the preset attachment area of the mail attachment to perform content analysis to obtain the intranet control content.
The target mail may be encrypted by a pre-agreed key. The encryption may be performed in a variety of ways, such as a specified document encryption password. The key may be different for different workers, or different departments to which the workers belong. The key may be stored in advance in a storage device of the computer or the server.
When the target mail is received, the computer or server may determine the sender of the target mail, e.g., from the mailbox, and determine a key corresponding to the sender. The computer or the server can decrypt the mail attachment of the target mail through the secret key.
The preset accessory region can be a writing region corresponding to the intranet control content in the accessory. Through the setting of the secret key and the content extraction and analysis of the preset attachment area, the safety of the target mail can be improved, the safety of intranet access is further improved, and the accuracy of intranet control content determination is improved.
And step 130, acquiring a target execution module matched with the intranet control content from a plurality of preset execution modules.
The execution module may be a module for encapsulating execution steps corresponding to the intranet operation. The encapsulation may be by way of a programming language to code the execution steps and generate the execution module. When the execution module is called, the computer or the server can run the codes in the execution module to realize the running of the execution step.
Different execution modules can be matched for different intranet control contents. The manner of matching may be varied. For example, an exemplary matching manner may be that the execution module has a preset name, for example, the preset name may be related to the execution action; the intranet control content can comprise execution actions; if the execution action in the intranet control content is consistent with the name of the target execution module, the matching can be considered to be successful.
And step 140, executing intranet operation matched with the target mail by executing the target execution module.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, optionally, before executing the intranet operation matched with the target email by executing the target execution module, the method further includes: acquiring user operation screen recording results corresponding to each intranet operation, wherein different intranet operations correspond to different intranet control contents; analyzing images of the screen recording results of the user operations to obtain at least one operation step corresponding to each intranet operation; and forming an execution module corresponding to each intranet operation according to at least one operation step corresponding to each intranet operation.
In the embodiment of the invention, the steps operated by the user can be recorded in advance in a screen recording mode. The image analysis may be a motion recognition of an operation in the image by an image recognition method. For example, when the execution action is to examine a document, the operation in the image may include an operation step of opening certain software, performing a login operation, opening a specified document, performing a document approval operation, closing the specified document, logging out, and closing the software. The execution module can be generated by coding the operation steps determined by the image analysis.
Specifically, in an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, after performing image analysis on a screen recording result of a user operation and acquiring at least one operation step corresponding to an intranet operation, the method further includes: judging whether the execution of each operation step corresponding to the same intranet operation needs to be combined with a judgment condition or not according to the image analysis result; if the fact that the execution of the target operation step needs to be combined with a judgment condition is determined, a plurality of image frames matched with the target operation step are obtained in a screen recording result of user operation, and all the image frames are sent to a condition judgment platform; and adding the judgment condition fed back by the condition judgment platform into the target operation step.
The manner of determining whether the determination condition needs to be combined may be various. For example, it may be determined whether or not the determination of the combination judgment condition is required for whether or not the execution results of the same intranet operation are the same. For example, for an approved document, the execution result may be approved or not approved; the reason for the different execution results is that the inner operation needs to be combined with the judgment condition. For another example, whether the determination condition needs to be combined may be determined according to the interval duration of each execution step in the intranet operation. For example, if the time duration between certain two steps is much longer than the time duration between other steps, it can be determined that the combination determination condition is needed. For another example, a combination determination condition instruction corresponding to the intranet operation may be acquired, and a required combination determination condition may be determined according to the combination determination condition instruction.
The image frames sent to the condition determining platform may have a variety of conditions. For example, image frames of the entire operation may be sent to the condition determination platform; or, the image frames related to the execution actions in the execution step, such as the image frames corresponding to the execution document approval operation and the operations before and after the execution document approval operation in the approval document, may be sent to the condition judgment platform; or, an image frame corresponding to the execution action, such as an execution file approval operation in an approval file, may be sent to the condition determination platform.
The condition judgment platform can be a platform for providing judgment conditions by workers. For example, the worker may determine the judgment steps required to perform the operation steps from the operation steps in the image frames. Illustratively, time judgment conditions need to be incorporated for performing the document approval operation. Specifically, the time judgment condition may be to judge whether the submission time and the end time of the file are within the specification. The staff can take the judgment condition as feedback, and add the step of judging the condition in the current execution step.
By supplementing the judgment condition, the steps of the intranet operation can be more comprehensive, more reasonable and more accurate, the operation steps needing artificial judgment can also be realized by the control execution method of the intranet operation provided by the embodiment of the invention, and the applicability of the method can be improved.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, when the fact that an intranet mailbox receives a target mail sent by an extranet device is monitored, whether the target mail is a control mail operated by an intranet is judged; if so, analyzing the content of the target mail to obtain the intranet control content; acquiring a target execution module matched with the intranet control content from a plurality of preset execution modules; by executing the target execution module and executing the intranet operation matched with the target mail, the problem of intranet operation through an extranet is solved, and the effects of improving data confidentiality and service processing timeliness are achieved.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, optionally, after the intranet operation matched with the target email is executed by executing the target execution module, the method further includes: and obtaining a feedback result of executing the intranet operation, and sending the feedback result to a sender of the target mail in a mail mode and/or a short message mode.
The feedback result may be the result of successful execution, failed execution or cancellation of the intranet operation. The determination of the sender can be to determine the mailbox of the sender according to the mailbox corresponding to the target mail; or determining the mobile phone number of the sender according to the determined mailbox of the sender and the mapping relation between the pre-stored mailbox and the mobile phone number. The feedback result is sent in a mail mode, so that the sender can know the execution condition of intranet operation. The sending of the feedback result in a short message mode can enable the sender to know the execution condition of the intranet operation more timely. Meanwhile, the sending of the feedback result in a short message mode can enable the sender to know whether the current target mail is sent by the sender through the mailbox, and can timely determine whether the mailbox is used by other people, so that the processing is carried out, and the safety of intranet operation can be improved.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of another method for controlling and executing intranet operation according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, monitoring of an intranet mailbox may be started in a way of mail intercommunication. And when the target mail received by the intranet mailbox is monitored, judging whether the target mail is a control mail operated by the intranet according to a defined format. If not, continuing monitoring the internal network mailbox; and if so, analyzing the content of the target mail, and calling different execution modules to execute corresponding intranet operation according to the analyzed content. And finally, sending the feedback result of the intranet operation to a sender of the target mail in a mail mode.
