The first cable 17 to be connected is preferably an armoured load cable which can bear large longitudinal tensile force besides transmitting power and signals, and the tensile force is transmitted to the first plug assembly through the cone clamp 16 during the lifting process; the armored load-bearing cable passes through the cable packer 15 after being fastened by the taper clamp 16, and is electrically connected with the contact 2-1 on the plug post through the first plug end seat 2.
The third main body 14 is provided with a taper clamp 16, and the taper clamp 16 is arranged between the first cable 17 to be connected and the third main body 14 and is used for fastening cable steel armor, bearing the weight of the first plug assembly in the wet butt joint process and transmitting ground tension to the first plug assembly in the well lifting process.
The third main body 14 is provided with a cable packer 15; a cable packer 15 is arranged between the cable one 17 to be connected and the third body 14 to seal off the cable.
As a preference of the above embodiment, the lower end of the second body 5 is provided with a device connecting member 13 for hooking the device to be docked so as to maintain the distance of the second body 5 from the device to be docked, preventing pulling from occurring. The plug-in post is provided with a self-locking contact to lock the contact pin 8-1, so that the reliability of connection is improved. The self-locking contact is preferably a U-shaped self-locking contact for electrical connection of a cable and a plug. The device connecting member 13 is preferably a hook-like structure or a loop-like structure.
Preferably, the second plug assembly further includes: an outer sheath 10; the second plug terminal 8 and/or the second body 5 are fixedly disposed on the inner wall of the outer sheath 10. Can be fixed by welding or by a locking piece. Preferably, the upper end of the outer protective tube 10 is provided with an outer protective tube 10 connector to facilitate the butt joint with other outer protective tubes 10.
The shield 9 may be located at the end of the inner chamber 18, and the second centralizer 6 may be located in the inner chamber 18, so that when the first plug assembly passes through the shield 9, the first centralizer 4 may cooperate with the second centralizer 6 to ensure that the first body is coaxial within the inner chamber while sealing the shield 9, and when the pin 8-1 of the second body 5 contacts the self-locking contact of the first body 1, the spring 4-3 of the first centralizer 4 may act as a buffer.
The underground cable wet butt joint device provided by the embodiment of the invention solves the problems that cables are easy to damage and the cable lifting and lowering operations are complicated in the processes of oil extraction, oil testing and well logging. And electric energy, signals and the like are transmitted to underground electromechanical equipment through the wet-process docking plug, so that normal operation and signal transmission of all the electromechanical equipment are realized.
According to the underground cable wet butt joint device provided by one embodiment of the invention, the mode that the conventional cable equipment is put into the well together with the cable is changed, the electromechanical equipment is put down first, after the electromechanical equipment reaches a preset position to be fixed, the cable with the plug-in assembly is put into the well in compliance with the outer protection pipe 10, and the wet butt joint device is adopted underground to link the cable. On the one hand, the difficulty of well entry construction is reduced, the construction amount of field personnel is reduced, and well entry auxiliary materials are saved. On the other hand, the electromechanical equipment is well-plugged, so that the well-plugging speed is greatly improved, the time cost is saved, the damage caused by cable wiping and squeezing and collision is avoided, and the problems that the expensive cable is easy to damage, the whole cable is scrapped after damage, and the cable cannot be reused are solved. Because the cable is put into the pipe in a plugging mode, the cable can be reused.
In one embodiment of the invention, a downhole cable wet docking device is provided, wherein a first plug assembly is arranged on a well, and a second plug assembly is arranged in a downhole docking process: firstly, connecting the electromechanical device of the pre-logging into the device connecting member 13 at the lower end of the second plug assembly, and electrically connecting the cable; the inner chamber 18 of the second plug assembly is filled with insulating oil, and the upper end of the inner chamber 18 is covered with a protective cover 9 after the insulating oil is filled. And then the second plug assembly is connected with the outer protective tube 10; the second plug assembly, the electromechanical device, is run into the well with the outer sheath 10 and the device lowered into place. The first plug assembly which is filled with insulating oil and sealed by the sealing plug 2-3 and the cable connected to the first plug assembly are slowly put into the well from the outer protection tube 10 through ground equipment, when the first plug assembly reaches the position of the second plug assembly, the plug post of the first plug assembly firstly enters the inner cavity 18 through the protection cover 9, under the mutual matching of the first guide member 3 and the second guide member 7, the sorting and centering of the first plug assembly and the second plug assembly is realized, when the first plug assembly passes through the second centralizer 6 of the second plug assembly, the second centralizer 6 ensures that the plug post of the first plug assembly is extruded with the plug pin 8-1 of the second plug assembly, and the plug pin 8-1 of the second plug assembly passes through the sealing plug 2-3 to be in butt joint with the contact 2-1 of the plug post, so that the electrical connection is realized, and finally the underground 'blind plug' is realized, and in the process, as the inner cavity 18 of the second plug assembly and the plug channel 2-2 of the first plug assembly are filled with insulating oil, the plug assembly is still fully isolated from the outer cavity 18 after the plug assembly passes through the second plug assembly and the plug pin 8-1 is still fully connected with the insulating oil. The connection between the wellhead cable and the uphole matched electromechanical equipment is realized.
According to the underground cable wet butt joint device provided by the embodiment of the invention, auxiliary materials for entering a well are saved, manual operation is reduced, the underground cable wet butt joint is convenient to enter the well, and the operation efficiency is improved.
