The shield 9 can be arranged at the end part of the inner cavity 18, the second centralizer 6 is arranged in the inner cavity 18, when the first plug assembly passes through the shield 9 and the first centralizer 4 reaches the shield 9, the first body can be ensured to be coaxial in the inner cavity by cooperating with the second centralizer 6 while the shield 9 is sealed, and when the pin 8-1 of the second body 5 is contacted with the self-locking contact of the first body 1, the spring 4-3 of the first centralizer 4 plays a buffering role.
The invention provides a wet butt joint device for underground cables, which solves the problems that the cables are easy to damage when being lifted and lowered and the lifting and lowering operations of the cables are complicated in the oil extraction, oil testing and well logging processes. The electric energy, signals and the like are transmitted to the underground electromechanical equipment through the wet butt joint plug, so that the normal operation and signal transmission of the electromechanical equipment are realized.
One embodiment of the present invention provides a downhole cable wet docking apparatus that changes the way a cable is run into a well with previous equipment, by first running electromechanical equipment, running the cable with a plugging assembly into the well following the outer casing 10 after the electromechanical equipment reaches a predetermined position and is fixed, and using the wet docking apparatus to link the cable downhole. On one hand, the construction difficulty of entering the well is reduced, the construction amount of field personnel is reduced, and well entering auxiliary materials are saved. On the other hand, the electromechanical equipment enters the well without a cable, so that the well entering speed is greatly improved, the time cost is saved, the damage caused by the scraping and colliding of the cable does not exist, and the problems that the expensive cable is hung outside and is easy to damage, the whole cable is scrapped after being damaged and cannot be reused are solved. Because the cable is put in the pipe and the plugging mode is used, the cable can be reused.
One embodiment of the invention provides a downhole cable wet docking device, wherein in the process that a first plug assembly is on a well and a second plug assembly is docked underground: firstly, pre-entering well electromechanical equipment is connected with an equipment connecting component 13 at the lower end of the second plug component, and the cable is electrically connected; and injecting insulating oil into the inner cavity 18 of the second plug assembly, and covering the upper end of the inner cavity 18 with a protective cover 9 after the insulating oil is injected. Then, connecting the second plug assembly with the outer protective pipe 10; the second plug assembly, electromechanical device and outer jacket 10 are run into the well and the device is lowered to a predetermined location. The first plug assembly which is filled with insulating oil and sealed by the sealing plug 2-3 and a cable connected on the first plug assembly are slowly thrown into a well from an outer protective pipe 10 through ground equipment, when the first plug assembly reaches the position of the second plug assembly, the plugging column of the first plug assembly firstly enters an inner chamber 18 through a protective cover 9, the first plug assembly and the second plug assembly in the well are sequenced and centered under the mutual matching of a first guide member 3 and a second guide member 7, when the first plug assembly passes through a second centralizer 6 of the second plug assembly, the second centralizer 6 ensures that the plugging column of the first plug assembly is extruded with a pin 8-1 of the second plug assembly in the well, the pin 8-1 of the second plug assembly passes through a sealing plug 2-3 to be butted with a contact 2-1 of the plugging column, and the electrical connection is realized, finally, underground 'blind plugging' is realized, and in the process, the inner chamber 18 of the second plug assembly and the plugging channel 2-2 of the first plug assembly are filled with insulating oil, so that after the first plug assembly is butted with the second plug assembly, the inner chamber 18 of the second plug assembly is still filled with the insulating oil, and the inner chamber 18 is ensured to be isolated and insulated from the outside and the contact pins 8-1 and 8-1. The well head cable is connected with the above-ground matched electromechanical equipment.
According to the underground cable wet butt joint device provided by one embodiment of the invention, auxiliary materials entering a well are saved, manual operation is reduced, underground butt joint is facilitated, and the operation efficiency is improved.

the first plug assembly is capable of mating with the second plug assembly;
the first plug assembly includes: the plug comprises a first main body, a first plug end seat, a first guide member and a first centralizer;
the first plug end seat is arranged on the first main body; the first main body is provided with an inserting column; a contact is arranged in the plug column; one end of the first main body is provided with an inserting channel; one end of the inserting channel is provided with a sealing plug; the sealing plug can be pierced; the inserting channel is filled with a first insulating liquid;
the first plug end seat can be connected with a first cable to be connected;
the first guide member is disposed on the first body;
the first centralizer is disposed on the first body;
the second plug assembly includes: a second body, a second guide member, a second centralizer, and a second plug end socket;
the second body has a docking channel therein; the docking channel is capable of receiving the first body therethrough;
one end of the second main body is provided with a protective cover; the protective cover can seal one end of the butt joint channel; the shield being pierceable; insulating liquid II is filled in the butt joint channel;
the second guide member is arranged on the second main body and can be matched with the first guide member to guide the first main body to move along a preset direction;
the second centralizer is disposed on the second body;
the second plug end socket is arranged on the second main body, and a contact pin is arranged on the second plug end socket: the contact pin can be inserted on the insertion column; and the second plug end seat can be connected with a second cable to be connected.
2. A downhole wireline wet-docking device according to claim 1,
the contact is arranged corresponding to the inserting channel;
the plug end of the contact extends to the plug channel;
the first insulating liquid is insulating oil.
3. A downhole wireline wet-docking device according to claim 1,
the first guide member is a guide projection; the guide protrusion is disposed at an outer side of the first body.
4. A downhole wireline wet-docking device according to claim 3,
the second guide member includes: a guide channel; the guide channel is capable of receiving the first body therethrough; a guide groove is formed in the guide channel; the guide groove is matched with the guide protrusion and can guide the guide protrusion to move along a preset direction.
5. A downhole wireline wet-docking device according to claim 1,
the second plug end seat is arranged at one end of the second main body and is positioned at the outer side of the butt joint channel; the contact pins extend into the mating channels.
6. A downhole wireline wet-docking device according to claim 1,
a supporting flange is arranged on the second plug end seat; the supporting flange is provided with an oil passage through hole.
7. A downhole wireline wet-docking device according to claim 1,
the first centralizer is an elastic centralizer.
8. A downhole wireline wet-mate device according to claim 7,
the first centralizer includes: the centering device comprises a centering body, a limiting component and an elastic component;
the righting body is fixedly disposed on the first body;
the limiting component is sleeved on the centering main body and can slide relative to the centering main body;
the resilient member is disposed between the stop member and the righting body; the stop member is capable of being blocked by the second plug assembly to prevent passage of the stop member through the mating channel.
9. A downhole wireline wet-mate device according to claim 1, further comprising: a third body;
the third main body is of a straight pipe structure; the third body is coaxially arranged with the first body;
the first cable to be connected sequentially penetrates through the third main body and the first main body to be connected to the first plug end seat;
the third main body is provided with a cone clamp, and the cone clamp is arranged between the first cable to be connected and the third main body;
a cable packer is arranged on the third main body; the cable packer is arranged between the first cable to be connected and the third main body.
10. A downhole wireline wet-docking device according to claim 1,
the lower end of the second main body is provided with an equipment connecting component for hanging equipment to be butted;
and the inserting column is provided with a self-locking contact.
