a first determination unit 14, configured to determine a first medical treatment node and a second medical treatment node according to the first remote recording period and the second remote recording period, where the first medical treatment node and the second medical treatment node are adjacent medical treatment nodes;
a fourth obtaining unit 15, configured to obtain a first remote management scenario according to the first visit node and the visit information of the first patient, where the first remote management scenario corresponds to the first remote recording period;
a fifth obtaining unit 16, wherein the fifth obtaining unit 16 is configured to obtain first disease management data information according to the first remote management scheme;
a sixth obtaining unit 17, where the sixth obtaining unit 17 is configured to obtain a second remote management plan according to the first condition management data information, the second visit node, and the visit information of the first patient, where the second remote management plan corresponds to the second remote recording period.
Further, the system further comprises:
a seventh obtaining unit, configured to obtain a first remote record item of the first patient according to the visit information of the first patient;
a second determination unit for determining a recording time and a recording frequency of the first remote entry according to the first visit node and the first remote entry;
an eighth obtaining unit configured to obtain a first remote management scenario according to the first remote entry, the recording time, and the recording frequency.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
a ninth obtaining unit, configured to obtain a first remote supervision item of the first patient according to the visit information of the first patient;
a tenth obtaining unit configured to obtain a first supervision rule according to the first remote supervision item and the first remote record item;
the first monitoring unit is used for monitoring the first remote monitoring item of the first patient according to the first monitoring rule to obtain a first monitoring result;
a first execution unit to add the first supervision result to the first remote management scenario.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
an eleventh obtaining unit, configured to obtain a first remote reminder item for the first patient according to the visit information of the first patient;
a twelfth obtaining unit, configured to obtain a first real-time signal of a first patient according to the first remote reminder item;
a thirteenth obtaining unit, configured to obtain a predetermined signal criterion according to the first real-time signal;
a second execution unit for alerting the first patient according to the predetermined signal criteria and the first real-time signal.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
the first judging unit is used for analyzing the first disease management data and judging whether the first disease management data is abnormal or not;
a fourteenth obtaining unit configured to obtain a first abnormal item if the first disease management data is abnormal;
a first adjustment unit configured to adjust the second remote management scenario according to the first abnormality item.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
a second judging unit for judging whether the first patient has a first predetermined disease or not, based on the visit information of the first patient;
a fifteenth obtaining unit for obtaining a first predetermined management item when the first patient has a first predetermined disease;
a third execution unit to add the first predetermined management item to the first remote management scenario.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
a first input unit for inputting the first remote recording item, the recording time, and the recording frequency as input data into a remote management scenario formulation model; the remote management scheme making model is obtained by training a plurality of groups of training data to convergence, and each group of data in the plurality of groups of training data comprises the first remote record item, the recording time, the recording frequency and identification information for identifying a first remote management scheme;
a sixteenth obtaining unit, configured to obtain output information of the remote management scenario formulation model, where the output information includes the first remote management scenario.
The above-mentioned method and specific example for the remote disease management of the gynecological patient in the first embodiment of fig. 1 are also applicable to the system for the remote disease management of the gynecological patient in the present embodiment, and those skilled in the art can clearly understand the system for the remote disease management of the gynecological patient in the present embodiment through the foregoing detailed description of the method for the remote disease management of the gynecological patient, so for the brevity of the description, detailed description is omitted here.

The electronic device of the embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to fig. 3.
Fig. 3 illustrates a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application.
Based on the inventive concept of a method for the remote management of the illness state of the gynecological patient in the aforesaid embodiment, the present invention further provides a system for the remote management of the illness state of the gynecological patient, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of any one of the aforementioned methods for improving the quality of care of the newborn baby.
Where in fig. 3 a bus architecture (represented by bus 300), bus 300 may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges, bus 300 linking together various circuits including one or more processors, represented by processor 302, and memory, represented by memory 304. The bus 300 may also link together various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. A bus interface 305 provides an interface between the bus 300 and the receiver 301 and transmitter 303. The receiver 301 and the transmitter 303 may be the same element, i.e., a transceiver, providing a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium.
The processor 302 is responsible for managing the bus 300 and general processing, and the memory 304 may be used for storing data used by the processor 302 in performing operations.
The application provides a method for remotely managing the illness state of a patient in obstetrics and gynecology department, wherein the method is applied to a system for remotely managing the illness state of the patient in obstetrics and gynecology department, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining visit information for a first patient; obtaining a first patient visit period; obtaining a first remote recording period and a second remote recording period according to the first patient illness state treatment period, wherein the first remote recording period and the second remote recording period are adjacent remote recording periods; determining a first treatment node and a second treatment node according to the first remote recording period and the second remote recording period, wherein the first treatment node and the second treatment node are adjacent treatment nodes; obtaining a first remote management scenario from the first visit node and the visit information of the first patient, wherein the first remote management scenario corresponds to the first remote recording period; obtaining first disease management data information according to the first remote management scheme; and obtaining a second remote management scheme according to the first disease management data information, the second clinic node and the clinic information of the first patient, wherein the second remote management scheme corresponds to the second remote recording period.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, apparatus, or computer program product. Claims (9)

1. A method for remote management of a condition of a patient in obstetrics and gynecology department, wherein the method comprises:
obtaining visit information for a first patient;
obtaining a first patient visit period;
obtaining a first remote recording period and a second remote recording period according to the first patient illness state treatment period, wherein the first remote recording period and the second remote recording period are adjacent remote recording periods;
determining a first treatment node and a second treatment node according to the first remote recording period and the second remote recording period, wherein the first treatment node and the second treatment node are adjacent treatment nodes;
obtaining a first remote management scenario from the first visit node and the visit information of the first patient, wherein the first remote management scenario corresponds to the first remote recording period;
obtaining first disease management data information according to the first remote management scheme;
and obtaining a second remote management scheme according to the first disease management data information, the second clinic node and the clinic information of the first patient, wherein the second remote management scheme corresponds to the second remote recording period.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said obtaining a first remote management protocol based on the visit information of the first visit node and the first patient comprises:
obtaining a first remote record item of the first patient according to the visit information of the first patient;
determining the recording time and the recording frequency of the first remote record item according to the first visit node and the first remote record item;
and obtaining a first remote management scheme according to the first remote recording item, the recording time and the recording frequency.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after obtaining a first remote management protocol based on the visit information of the first visit node and the first patient, further comprising:
obtaining a first remote supervision item of the first patient according to the visit information of the first patient;
obtaining a first supervision rule according to the first remote supervision item and the first remote record item;
monitoring the first remote monitoring item of the first patient according to the first monitoring rule to obtain a first monitoring result;
and adding the first supervision result into the first remote management scheme.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein after obtaining a first remote management protocol based on the visit information of the first visit node and the first patient, further comprising:
obtaining a first remote reminding item of the first patient according to the visit information of the first patient;
obtaining a first real-time signal of a first patient according to the first remote reminding item;
obtaining a predetermined signal standard according to the first real-time signal;
reminding the first patient according to the preset signal standard and the first real-time signal.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the method comprises:
analyzing the first disease management data, and judging whether the first disease management data is abnormal or not;
if the first disease management data is abnormal, obtaining a first abnormal item;
adjusting the second remote management scheme based on the first anomaly item.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the method comprises:
judging whether the first patient has a first preset disease or not according to the visit information of the first patient;
obtaining a first predetermined management if the first patient has a first predetermined ailment;
adding the first predetermined management item to the first remote management scenario.
7. The method of claim 2, wherein said obtaining a first remote management scenario from the first remote entry, the recording time, and the recording frequency comprises:
inputting the first remote recording item, the recording time and the recording frequency as input data into a remote management scenario formulation model;
the remote management scheme making model is obtained by training a plurality of groups of training data to convergence, and each group of data in the plurality of groups of training data comprises the first remote record item, the recording time, the recording frequency and identification information for identifying a first remote management scheme;
obtaining output information of the remote management scenario formulation model, the output information including the first remote management scenario.
8. A system for remote management of a condition of a patient in obstetrics and gynecology department for use in the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein said system comprises:
a first obtaining unit for obtaining visit information of a first patient;
a second obtaining unit for obtaining the first patient's condition visit cycle;
a third obtaining unit, configured to obtain a first remote recording period and a second remote recording period according to the first patient illness condition visit period, where the first remote recording period and the second remote recording period are adjacent remote recording periods;
a first determination unit, configured to determine a first medical treatment node and a second medical treatment node according to the first remote recording period and the second remote recording period, where the first medical treatment node and the second medical treatment node are adjacent medical treatment nodes;
a fourth obtaining unit, configured to obtain a first remote management scenario according to the first visit node and the visit information of the first patient, where the first remote management scenario corresponds to the first remote recording period;
a fifth obtaining unit, configured to obtain first disease management data information according to the first remote management scheme;
a sixth obtaining unit, configured to obtain a second remote management scenario according to the first medical condition management data information, the second visit node, and the visit information of the first patient, where the second remote management scenario corresponds to the second remote recording period.
9. A system for remote management of a condition of a patient in obstetrics and gynecology department, comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7 are carried out when the program is executed by the processor.
