Example one
As shown in fig. 1, the present application provides a urological patient mental health assessment method, wherein the method is applied to a urological patient mental health assessment system, wherein the method further includes:
step S100: obtaining a first disease characteristic of a first user, the first disease characteristic being a urological disease characteristic;
in particular, urology, the hospital department who primarily diagnoses and treats diseases in the "surgical" segment of the urinary system, primarily treats various urological diseases. As the urinary surgery examination and operation in the cavity is performed through the urethra by the instrument, most patients have fear and fear, so that the emotion is high in tension in the operation, the cooperation treatment cannot be well performed, and the smooth proceeding of the examination and operation is seriously influenced, therefore, the psychological health assessment of the patients in the urinary surgery is particularly important. Further, the first user is a patient with a urological condition and the first condition is characterized by a urological condition.
Step S200: according to the first disease characteristic, obtaining a first disease period and a first diagnosis effect of the first user;
step S300: obtaining a first evaluation parameter according to the first disease period and the first diagnosis effect;
specifically, the first disease period may be understood as how long the first user has the urological disease, the first treatment effect may be understood as how effective the first treatment is in the first disease period, whether the disease is going better or is likely to be worsened, and the like, and a first evaluation parameter may be obtained based on the first disease period and the first treatment effect, where the first evaluation parameter is a parameter for evaluating the mental health of the first user, for example, if the first disease period is longer and the first treatment effect is not ideal, the mental health evaluation result of the first user is not ideal.
Step S400: obtaining second diagnosis information of a second user, wherein the second user receives diagnosis and treatment of a first disease before the first user;
step S500: obtaining a second medical experience of the second user according to the second medical information;
specifically, the second user also suffers from the urological diseases and is treated earlier than the first user, namely the second user is admitted earlier than the first user, the second visit information is the whole process of the second user receiving the treatment, the second visit experience is the present explanation of the second user in the process of receiving the treatment, including the feeling before and after the operation and the symptoms which may appear in the body, and how to deal with certain sudden factors, and the like, and the anxiety and worry psychology of the first user can be rapidly relieved through effective communication among patients.
Step S600: sending the second visit experience to a patient visit information interaction platform to obtain first influence information, wherein the patient visit information interaction platform is included in the urological patient mental health assessment system, and the first influence information is influence on the first visit effect;
step S700: obtaining a second evaluation parameter according to the first influence information;
specifically, in order to ensure that the second clinical experience of the second user has a positive effect on the mental health of the first user, the second clinical experience may be further sent to a patient clinical interactive platform, which provides positive and effective clinical interactive sharing among patients, so as to improve the treatment confidence of the patients and help the patients to establish a positive and healthy clinical mind, where the first influence information is an example of influence of the second clinical experience of the second user on the first clinical effect of the first user, and then a second evaluation parameter is obtained based on the first influence information, and the second evaluation parameter is a second parameter for evaluating the mental health of the first user.
Step S800: inputting the first evaluation parameter and the second evaluation parameter into a patient mental health evaluation model to obtain a first mental health evaluation result of the first user;
specifically, knowing the first evaluation parameter and the second evaluation parameter, the first evaluation parameter and the second evaluation parameter may be input into a patient mental health assessment model for training and assessment, and the actual mental health assessment result of the first user is used for training, where the patient mental health assessment model is a data training model, and the input data is continuously trained until the most accurate training result is obtained, and the first mental health assessment result is the actual result of the mental assessment performed on the first user based on the two evaluation parameters.
Step S900: judging whether the first mental health assessment result reaches a preset preoperative mental health assessment standard or not;
step S1000: and if the first mental health assessment result does not reach the preset preoperative mental health assessment standard, performing mental care on the first user.
Specifically, the pre-set preoperative mental health assessment criterion is that the pre-set mental health assessment result of the first user does not affect the normal operation treatment or clinical treatment of the first user, for example, there are fear of patients to the operation, fear of anesthesia, fear of possible accidental risks to anesthetists of doctors and nurses, fear of rescue to critical patients in a ward, fear of postoperative pain, and the like, which all have great influence on the treatment effect of the patients, by determining whether the first mental health assessment result meets the pre-set preoperative mental health assessment criterion, that is, whether the mental health assessment result of the first user has great influence on the treatment effect, if not, it is determined that the psychological health assessment result of the first user has great influence on the clinical treatment, and then carrying out timely psychological nursing on the first user to ensure that the psychological state returns to normal. The first mental health assessment parameter of the user is obtained through the illness period and the diagnosis effect of the urological surgery disease user, meanwhile, the second mental health assessment parameter of the user is obtained through the influence of the diagnosis experience of another user in the same diagnosis room on the first user, then the first and second assessment parameters are trained on the basis of a patient mental health assessment model, finally the mental health assessment result of the first user is obtained, mental health nursing is carried out on the user with the assessment result not reaching the standard, scientific and accurate mental assessment on the urological surgery patient is achieved, the patient is guaranteed to be clinically treated through healthy psychology, and the technical effect of expected treatment effect is achieved.
Further, the embodiment of the application further comprises:
step S1110: obtaining first surgical site information according to the first disease characteristic;
step S1120: obtaining personal medical record information of the first user;
step S1130: judging whether a second disease characteristic exists in the first user according to the personal medical record information, wherein the second disease characteristic is a hearing or vision deficiency characteristic;
step S1140: if the first user has the second disease characteristic, judging whether the second disease characteristic is the natural disease of the first user;
step S1150: if the second disease characteristic is not the first user's natural disease, obtaining second influence information according to the first surgical site information, wherein the second influence information is the influence of the second disease characteristic on the first surgical procedure;
step S1160: and correcting the first mental health assessment result according to the second influence information to obtain a second mental health assessment result.
Specifically, in order to perform relatively comprehensive and deep psychological health assessment on the first user, further, the first surgical site information is a surgical site of the urological disease, since the surgical site is relatively private, most urological patients are male patients, most nurses are female patients, medical staff may have disputes due to the fact that some personal private matters of the patients are accidentally revealed, the medical staff may be complained, and a series of factors that many patients often encounter and the nurses do not guide urine are frequently asked, the psychological health of the first user is greatly affected, the personal medical history information is medical history information on a personal electronic health file of the first user, the second disease characteristics are whether the first user has hearing or vision deficiency, and the auditory health assessment cannot be performed like a human Visual activities, if the first user has hearing or vision deficiency characteristics, it can be determined whether the second disease characteristics are the first user's natural disease, i.e. hearing or vision deficiency exists once born, in other words, if natural, the first user has adapted to his hearing or vision deficiency due to the acquired needs of life, so that the mind does not fluctuate greatly, otherwise if not natural, the first user has defects due to external injuries in the later period, and the more private surgery makes the originally sensitive user fear and worry more, thereby increasing the adverse factors of the surgery, the second influence information is the influence of the second disease characteristics on the first surgical procedure, and the first mental health assessment result is corrected based on the second influence information to obtain a second mental health assessment result, the technical effects of comprehensively and deeply evaluating the psychological health of the first user and ensuring smooth operation are achieved.
Further, if the first mental health assessment result does not meet the preset preoperative mental health assessment standard, performing mental care on the first user, where step S1000 further includes:
step S1010: obtaining personal academic calendar information of the first user;
step S1020: obtaining a first mental health education mode of the first user according to the personal academic record information;
step S1030: determining a first knowledge popularity for the first user according to the first mental health education manner, wherein the first knowledge popularity has a direct correlation with the first disease characteristic;
step S1040: constructing a first image-text data packet of the first disease characteristic according to the first knowledge popularity;
step S1050: and sending the first image-text data packet to the first user to perform psychological nursing on the first user.
Specifically, it is required to ensure that the first user is psychologically cared in a matching manner, further, the personal academic information is the personal academic of the first user, the personal academic information is directly linked to the knowledge acceptance extent, if the first user has a higher academic degree, a first mental health education manner, i.e. a more direct psychology care, can be adopted for the first user to understand that the urinary system can remove the in vivo waste and maintain the physical health, and the first knowledge popularity can be understood as the popularity of the knowledge matched according to the academic height of the first user, in other words, if the first user has a higher academic degree, a more deep urological related knowledge popularity can be matched, so that the first user can know own diseases and later treatments more deeply, otherwise, if the academic degree is lower, the first user can be informed of the popularization of urological related knowledge by using a relatively simple and easy knowledge popularity For example, can adopt one-to-one education mode, formulate into the booklet with the characters picture with the health education data of privacy disease and read to patient in remote and quiet department, make patient master the health knowledge of privacy disease as early as possible, the nurse should understand patient simultaneously, encourages patient to express oneself and sees the law, give clear and definite, effective and positive answer to the problem that patient proposed, first picture and text data package carries out the picture and text editing promptly to uropoiesis surgery relevant knowledge for complicated human structure is shallow to show easily understand, and the user of being convenient for masters knowledge, and then based on first picture and text data package, it is right first user carries out psychological care, has reached and has ensured right first user carries out assorted psychological care's technological effect.
Further, before sending the second medical procedure to the patient careless interaction platform, step S600 further comprises:
step S610: constructing a patient visit filtering database according to the patient visit filtering interaction platform, wherein the patient visit filtering database can screen out hearts with first keywords, and the first keywords have first negative factors;
step S620: uploading the second medical experience to the clinical screening database, and judging whether the second medical experience contains the first keyword;
step S630: if the second medical experience contains the first keyword, screening the second medical experience, and simultaneously obtaining a first nursing instruction;
step S640: and performing psychological nursing on the second user according to the first nursing instruction.
Specifically, in order to ensure that positive upward psychology is propagated among patients, before the second visit experience is sent to the patient visit careless interaction platform, further, the visit screening database can screen out the careless with a first keyword, and the first keyword has a first negative factor, for example, the first keyword can contain negative words such as "suffering", "days and years", "treatment unavailable", etc., by uploading the second visit experience to the visit screening database, whether the second visit experience contains the first keyword, that is, whether there is propagation negative psychology, affecting the mental health of other patients can be judged, if so, the second visit experience can be screened out, that is, the uploading of negative psychology to platform sharing is prohibited, and according to the first nursing instruction, and performing psychological nursing on the second user to enable the psychology of the second user to return to normal, so that the technical effects of avoiding the propagation of negative psychology and ensuring that positive and upward psychology is propagated among patients are achieved.
Further, the embodiment of the application further comprises:
step 1210: acquiring first video information, wherein the first video information is image information communicated by a first user and a second user, and the first user and the second user belong to the same ward;
step S1220: screening out first voice content information according to the first video information, wherein the first voice information is associated with the first disease characteristic;
step S1230: determining whether an error care guide is involved in the first voice content information;
step S1240: if the first voice content information relates to wrong nursing guidance, judging whether a first nursing staff exists in the first video information;
step S1250: if the first nursing staff exists in the first video information, a first reminding instruction is obtained;
step S1260: and reminding the first nursing staff to correct the wrong nursing guidance according to the first reminding instruction.
Specifically, when the patients are mentally interacted with each other, in order to ensure the true scientificity of the interactive information, the first user and the second user in the same ward may be further subjected to video shooting, and the exchanged voice information is extracted on the premise that the users agree, the first voice content information is only the voice related to the first disease feature, other chat content can be intelligently screened out, and further, based on the first voice content information, it is determined whether an erroneous nursing guidance is involved, for example, whether a nursing guidance of folk circulation such as "earth method" is involved, so that a great damage is generated to the human body, if an erroneous nursing guidance exists, it is further determined whether a first nursing person is present in the first video information, the first nursing person refers to a person with a certain nursing experience, including a nurse and the like, if the first nursing staff is present, the first nursing staff is reminded to correct the wrong nursing guidance according to the first reminding instruction, and the technical effect of ensuring the real scientificity of interactive information when patients are mentally interacted is achieved.
Further, determining whether the first caregiver exists in the first video information, step S1240 further includes:
step S1241: if the first nursing staff does not exist in the first video information, uploading the wrong nursing guidance to a background ward monitoring platform to obtain a first correction instruction, wherein the background ward monitoring platform is included in the psychological health assessment system of the urological patient;
step S1242: correcting the wrong care guidance to a correct care guidance according to the first correction instruction;
step S1243: feeding back the proper care guide to the first user and the second user.
Specifically, if the first caregiver is not on site, the wrong care guidance can be uploaded to a back-end ward monitoring platform, the back-end ward monitoring platform can monitor the physical state and the disease communication content of patients in a ward to ensure that the patients are in a controllable normal state, then according to the first correction instruction, the back-end automatically corrects the wrong care guidance into the correct care guidance, and then the correct care guidance is fed back to the first user and the second user, so that the technical effect of further ensuring the real scientificity of the interactive information is achieved.
Further, the step S800 of inputting the first evaluation parameter and the second evaluation parameter into a patient mental health evaluation model to obtain a first mental health evaluation result of the first user further includes:
step S810: inputting the first evaluation parameter and the second evaluation parameter into a patient mental health evaluation model, wherein the patient mental health evaluation model is obtained by training multiple sets of training data, and each set of training data in the multiple sets of training data comprises: the first evaluation parameter, the second evaluation parameter, and identification information identifying a first mental health evaluation result;
step S820: obtaining a first assessment result of the patient mental health assessment result, wherein the first assessment result is a first mental health assessment result.
Specifically, in order to obtain a more accurate first mental health assessment result, the first assessment parameter and the second assessment parameter may be input into a patient mental health assessment model for training. The patient mental health assessment model is a neural network model, namely a neural network model in machine learning, which is described on the basis of a mathematical model of neurons. Briefly, it is a mathematical model. In the embodiment of the application, the first evaluation parameter and the second evaluation parameter are input into a patient mental health evaluation model for training, and the neural network model is trained by using the identified first mental health evaluation result.
Further, the process of the patient mental health assessment model is essentially a process of supervised learning. The plurality of groups of training data are specifically: the first evaluation parameter, the second evaluation parameter, and identification information to identify a first mental health evaluation result. By inputting the first assessment parameter and the second assessment parameter, the patient mental health assessment model outputs a first assessment result. Verifying the output information and the first mental health assessment result playing a role in identification, and if the output information is consistent with the requirement of the first mental health assessment result playing a role in identification, finishing the supervised learning of the data, and then performing the supervised learning of the next group of data; and if the output information is inconsistent with the requirement of the first mental health assessment result playing the role of identification, the neural network learning model adjusts itself until the output result of the neural network learning model is consistent with the requirement of the first mental health assessment result playing the role of identification, and then the supervised learning of the next group of data is carried out. The neural network learning model is continuously corrected and optimized through training data, the accuracy of the neural network learning model in processing the information is improved through the process of supervised learning, and therefore the technical effect that the first mental health assessment result of the first user is more accurate is achieved.
In summary, the urological patient mental health assessment method and system provided by the embodiment of the present application have the following technical effects:
1. the first mental health assessment parameter of the user is obtained through the illness period and the diagnosis effect of the urological surgery disease user, meanwhile, the second mental health assessment parameter of the user is obtained through the influence of the diagnosis experience of another user in the same diagnosis room on the first user, then the first and second assessment parameters are trained on the basis of a patient mental health assessment model, finally the mental health assessment result of the first user is obtained, mental health nursing is carried out on the user with the assessment result not reaching the standard, scientific and accurate mental assessment on the urological surgery patient is achieved, the patient is guaranteed to be clinically treated through healthy psychology, and the technical effect of expected treatment effect is achieved.
