For ease of understanding, a detailed flow of an embodiment of the present invention is described below, with reference to fig. 1, an embodiment of a method of medical waste treatment in an embodiment of the present invention includes:
101. medical waste information corresponding to each of the plurality of medical institutions is read, and the corresponding medical waste information includes medical waste weight corresponding to each medical institution.
Further, the server can acquire medical waste information corresponding to a plurality of medical institutions respectively from the electronic standing book data or the two-dimensional code filling data at regular time, wherein the electronic standing book data (electronic balance standing book data) comprise the medical institutions with electronic scale equipment, the electronic standing book data or the two-dimensional code filling data can be pushed to a preset database of the server through the platform of the internet of things for rheumatism, for example, the terminal pushes the electronic standing book data or the two-dimensional code filling data to the preset database every day, and the server reads the medical waste information corresponding to the plurality of medical institutions respectively from the preset database. The data in the preset database also includes medical institution information (e.g., department information), medical waste weighing time, medical waste type, medical waste weight, medical waste bin number, and monitoring device information. The medical waste types may include a type of traumatic medical waste and a type of pharmaceutical medical waste, and are not particularly limited herein.
It is understood that the executing subject of the present invention may be a medical waste treatment device, a terminal or a server, and is not limited herein. The embodiment of the present invention is described by taking a server as an execution subject.
102. And acquiring the information of the transport vehicles, and determining the number of the transport vehicles corresponding to each medical institution according to the weight of the medical waste corresponding to each medical institution and the information of the transport vehicles.
The quantity of the transport vehicles corresponding to each medical institution is used for indicating the quantity information of the vehicles needing to transport the medical wastes by each medical institution, the medical wastes in a city are transported by more than 2 transport institutions at least, each transport institution corresponds to the divided medical institution, and each divided medical institution only needs to calculate the quantity of the medical waste barrels corresponding to each medical institution where each transport vehicle is responsible for transporting.
At present, the number of transport vehicles in the same transport mechanism is the same, the starting place is also the same, each vehicle is transported once a day, the total weight of the medical waste which can be transported by one transport vehicle is set to be x kilograms, the total weight is y barrels, the weight of each barrel is x/y kilograms, and in consideration of the actual transport condition, the medical waste information can only be placed on the transport vehicle according to each barrel. Therefore, the server determines the number of medical waste barrels corresponding to each medical institution according to the medical waste weight corresponding to each medical institution, and calculates the number of transport vehicles corresponding to each medical institution according to the number of medical waste barrels corresponding to each medical institution.
103. Acquiring target configuration information corresponding to each medical institution, and configuring transportation vehicles corresponding to each medical institution and corresponding transfer coupon information according to the corresponding medical waste information, the corresponding target configuration information and the corresponding number of the transportation vehicles, wherein the corresponding target configuration information comprises disposal institution information, corresponding transportation institution information and corresponding receiving institution information corresponding to each medical institution.
The corresponding target configuration information mainly comprises disposal mechanism information, corresponding transportation mechanism information and corresponding receiving mechanism information corresponding to each medical institution, and further the server performs correlation binding on the corresponding medical waste information, the medical institution, the disposal mechanism information, the transportation mechanism information and the receiving mechanism information, and outputs the information according to preset template information to obtain transfer coupon information so as to supervise a medical waste information disposal process. Meanwhile, due to the particularity of medical waste treatment, only the treatment institutions with the professional qualification certificates can treat the medical waste, and the areas are divided according to the unified planning of the supervision department, wherein each medical institution is provided with a corresponding treatment institution, a transportation institution and a receiving institution. The transfer coupon information includes a coupon number, a coupon creation time, a coupon state, medical waste information, medical institution information, disposal institution information, transportation institution information, and receiving institution information, and is not limited herein.
104. When the transport vehicles corresponding to the medical institutions transport the medical wastes according to the corresponding transfer coupon information, acquiring the running track route information corresponding to each transport vehicle, and judging whether the running track route information corresponding to each transport vehicle deviates from the preset track route information corresponding to each transport vehicle.
The running track route information corresponding to the transportation vehicle corresponding to each medical institution belongs to Global Positioning System (GPS) track information, the transportation vehicle corresponding to each medical institution is provided with a GPS device, and for example, the GPS device is preset to push the running track route information corresponding to each transportation vehicle to a server every 5 minutes. Specifically, when the transportation vehicles corresponding to the medical institutions transport the medical waste according to the corresponding transfer coupon information, the server receives the running track route information corresponding to each transportation vehicle, and the server judges whether the running track route information corresponding to each transportation vehicle is consistent with the preset track route information corresponding to each transportation vehicle; if the running track route information corresponding to each transport vehicle is consistent with the preset track route information corresponding to each transport vehicle, the server determines that the running track route information corresponding to each transport vehicle does not deviate from the preset track route information corresponding to each transport vehicle; if the traveling track route information corresponding to each transport vehicle is not consistent with the preset track route information corresponding to each transport vehicle, the server determines that the traveling track route information corresponding to each transport vehicle deviates from the preset track route information corresponding to each transport vehicle, and further, the server performs step 105.
105. And when the running track route information corresponding to each transport vehicle deviates from the preset track route information corresponding to each transport vehicle, generating warning information and sending the warning information to the target terminal.
It should be noted that the preset trajectory route information is a trajectory route which is planned and set in advance, and each trajectory point location information in the corresponding travel trajectory route information has corresponding longitude and latitude information, position information, speed information, and state information (a start state, a travel state, or a stop state). Specifically, the server judges the state of the transport vehicle corresponding to each medical institution through the corresponding running track route information, the stop position and the stop time of each logistics vehicle, carries out early warning reminding on the transport vehicle with abnormality by adopting warning information, and can also know the transport condition in real time by adopting a video call mode.
Further, the server can also send the running track route information and the transfer coupon information corresponding to each transport vehicle to the terminal, so that the terminal can display the running track route information corresponding to each transport vehicle. The corresponding handling mechanism can monitor the running condition of the vehicle in real time through the running track route information and know the daily traffic through the vehicle account so as to optimize the transportation mode and purchase the services such as the vehicle and the like. The corresponding receiving mechanism can more intuitively know the receiving amount every day, reasonably arrange time for receiving and treating medical waste. The stay time length refers to the sum of the time that the state information is in a stop state, the speed is 0, and the stay time length is continuously kept at the same position.
In the embodiment of the invention, the medical waste information corresponding to each medical institution is used, the application transfer coupon is generated by combining the data of the medical institution, the transportation institution and the disposal institution, and the real-time track travel monitoring and alarming are carried out on the transportation vehicle, so that the visual medical waste supervision is realized, the accuracy and the supervision efficiency of the medical waste supervision are improved, and the environmental pollution is reduced.
Referring to fig. 2, another embodiment of the medical waste treatment method according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
201. medical waste information corresponding to each of the plurality of medical institutions is read, and the corresponding medical waste information includes medical waste weight corresponding to each medical institution.
The step 201 is similar to the step 101, and details thereof are not repeated here.
202. And inquiring the transport vehicle information from a preset database, wherein the transport vehicle information comprises the total quantity of the medical waste transport barrels and the total medical waste transport weight corresponding to each transport vehicle.
Specifically, the server acquires connection information according to a preset database to connect with the preset database to obtain a connection result; when the connection result is that the connection is successful, the server executes a preset query statement to obtain a query result, wherein the preset query statement comprises the name of the data table to be queried and the field information to be queried; and when the query result is not a null value, the server reads the transportation vehicle information from the query result, wherein the transportation vehicle information comprises the total quantity of the medical waste transportation barrels and the total medical waste transportation weight corresponding to each transportation vehicle. It should be noted that the total number of the corresponding medical waste transportation barrels is determined according to the actual vehicle model and the actual size of the transportation barrel.
203. And (4) carrying out division operation on the total medical waste transportation weight and the total medical waste transportation barrel number corresponding to each transportation vehicle to obtain the weight of each barrel of medical waste.
It will be appreciated that the server calculates the weight of medical waste per barrel in terms of the total weight of medical waste transport and the total number of medical waste transport barrels corresponding to each transport vehicle. For example, if the total weight of medical waste transportation is 1000 kg and the total number of medical waste transportation barrels per transportation vehicle is 8 barrels, the weight of medical waste per barrel is 1000 divided by 10, i.e., 100 kg.
204. Dividing the weight of the medical waste corresponding to each medical institution by the weight of the medical waste in each barrel to obtain the number of medical waste barrels corresponding to each medical institution.
It is understood that the server calculates the number of medical waste barrels for each medical institution based on the weight of medical waste corresponding to each medical institution and the weight of medical waste per barrel. For example, medical institution a may have a medical waste weight of 200 kg and a medical waste weight of 100 kg per barrel, and medical institution a may have a medical waste barrel number of 200 divided by 100, i.e., 2.
205. And distributing the number of the transport vehicles corresponding to each medical institution according to the number of the medical waste barrels corresponding to each medical institution and the total number of the medical waste transport barrels corresponding to each transport vehicle.
The number of the transport vehicles corresponding to each medical institution is a positive integer, optionally, the server divides the number of the medical waste barrels corresponding to each medical institution by the total number of the medical waste transport barrels corresponding to each transport vehicle respectively to obtain a plurality of operation results; and the server performs upward rounding operation on the plurality of operation results to acquire the number of the transport vehicles corresponding to each medical institution. For example, there are A, B and C for 3 medical structures, the number of medical waste barrels is 30, 20 and 10, the total number of medical waste barrels per transport vehicle is 10, and the number of transport vehicles for each medical organization is 3, 2 and 1.
It should be noted that, since the division operation is performed on the number of medical waste barrels corresponding to each medical institution and the total number of medical waste transportation barrels corresponding to each transportation vehicle, the remainder in each operation result is not 0.
Further, the server arranges the quantity of the medical waste barrels corresponding to the medical institutions from large to small to obtain a sequencing array, and sets the total quantity of the medical waste transport barrels corresponding to each transport vehicle as a dividend; the server reads the first element values from the sorting array according to the sequence, and divides the first element values by the dividend to obtain a first quotient and a first remainder; when the first quotient is not 0 and the first remainder is 0, the server determines that the number of the transportation vehicles corresponding to the first medical institution is the first quotient, and the first medical institution is the medical institution corresponding to the first element value; when the first remainder is not 0, the server adds 1 to the first quotient to obtain a summation result, the summation result is set as the number of the transport vehicles corresponding to the first medical institution, and the first remainder is set as a subtracted number; when the first quotient is 0, the server sets the number of the transport vehicles corresponding to the first medical institution to be 1, and sets the first element value to be the subtracted number; the server subtracts the subtracted number from the total number of the medical waste transport barrels corresponding to each transport vehicle to obtain an operation difference value; the server screens a second element value from the ranking group according to the operation difference value, and identifies the transport vehicles corresponding to the second element value and the first element value, the second medical institution is the medical institution corresponding to the second element value, the number of the corresponding transport vehicles is 1, and the second element value is smaller than or equal to the operation difference value; and when all the element values in the sequencing array are processed, the server acquires the number of the transport vehicles corresponding to each medical institution.
For example, there are A, B and C, which correspond to 3 medical structures, the number of medical waste barrels is 20, 15 and 5, the total number of medical waste transportation barrels per transportation vehicle is 10, the multiple operation results are 2, 1.5 and 0.5, and the number of transportation vehicles corresponding to each medical structure is 2, 1.5 and 0.5. Further, the server identifies that medical institutions B and C are transported using the same transport vehicle.

Further, the server performs data deviation correction analysis and judgment on the corresponding position fixed point track data based on a geometric vector track deviation correction algorithm; judging whether the number of the variation points in the corresponding position fixed point trajectory data is smaller than a preset value or not to obtain a deviation correction data analysis result, wherein the preset value is 0.2, or 0.1, and the specific point is not limited herein; and the server analyzes and judges the deviation correction data analysis result to obtain corresponding target track route information.
208. And when the running track route information corresponding to each transport vehicle deviates from the preset track route information corresponding to each transport vehicle, generating warning information and sending the warning information to the target terminal.
Step 208 is similar to step 105, and is not limited herein.
Further, when the transportation vehicles corresponding to the medical institutions finish transportation tasks, updating the form state of the transfer form information corresponding to the medical institutions into a finished state; when the fact that the parking time of the transport vehicle corresponding to each medical institution in the transportation process is greater than the preset time is detected, parking abnormity prompt information is set, and the parking abnormity prompt information is sent to a target terminal, for example, warning information is sent to the transport vehicle which stays in a non-working area for 30 minutes in the process that the transport vehicle corresponding to each medical institution transports the corresponding medical waste information; when detecting that the corresponding transfer coupon information of the transport vehicle corresponding to each medical institution is not confirmed within the preset time range, acquiring coupon state confirmation prompt information, and sending the coupon state confirmation prompt information to a target terminal, for example, when the transfer coupon information of the transport vehicle corresponding to each medical institution is not confirmed for more than 48 hours, sending warning information to the target terminal; when detecting that the transport vehicles corresponding to the medical institutions do not deliver the medical wastes on time, generating prompt information of non-delivery on time, and sending the prompt information of non-delivery on time to the target terminal, determining that the link list does not deliver the corresponding medical waste information on time out by detecting the link list state of the transfer link list information corresponding to the transport vehicles corresponding to the medical institutions through the server, and sending warning information to the target terminal through the server.
