Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an attendance evaluation method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method is applicable to the case of evaluating attendance of online education, and the method may be executed by an attendance evaluation device, which may be composed of hardware and/or software and may be generally integrated in a server. As shown in fig. 1, the method specifically includes the following steps:
and step 110, responding to the triggered attendance evaluation event, and acquiring the class attendance result, the class in-class evaluation result and the class out-of-class attendance result of the target student.
In the embodiment of the invention, an attendance evaluation request input by a user is acquired in response to the attendance evaluation event being triggered, wherein the attendance evaluation request can contain the identification of a target student. And reading the class attendance result, the class in-class examination result and the class out-of-class attendance result of the target student from the attendance database according to the identification of the target student. It should be noted that the check-in database may include check-in results of a plurality of students, and therefore, the check-in result of the target student corresponding to the identification may be read based on the identification carried in the attendance evaluation request. The class attendance result can be understood as the attendance result of the class, wherein the class attendance result can comprise the class attendance success and the class attendance failure. The in-class assessment result can be understood as an assessment result during the course of the lesson, wherein the in-class assessment result can comprise a check-in result and/or an in-class answer assessment result, the check-in result can comprise a check-in success and a check-in failure, and the in-class answer assessment result can comprise a correct in-class answer and an incorrect in-class answer. The sign-out result can understand the sign-in result in class, and the sign-out result can include successful sign-out and failure sign-out.
The evaluation method provided by the embodiment of the invention is applicable to any activities performed in a network remote manner and requiring attendance evaluation, such as a series of remote activities like remote education, remote training and remote video.
And 120, determining the attendance evaluation result of the target student according to the attendance check-in result, the in-class examination result and the out-of-class check-out result.
In the embodiment of the invention, based on a preset attendance evaluation strategy, the evaluation result of the target student is determined according to the attendance result, the in-class evaluation result and the out-of-class check-out result. For example, when the attendance check-in result, the in-class assessment result and the out-class check-out result are successful, the attendance assessment result can be determined as excellent attendance; when two of the in-class sign-in result, the in-class assessment result and the out-of-class sign-out result are successful, the attendance assessment result can be determined as good attendance; when one of the in-class check-in result, the in-class examination result and the out-class check-out result is successful, the attendance evaluation result can be determined as attendance and qualification; when the in-class sign-in result, the in-class assessment result and the out-class sign-out result all fail, the attendance assessment result can be determined as poor attendance.
Optionally, determining the attendance evaluation result of the target student according to the attendance result, the at least one in-class examination result and the out-of-class examination result, including: respectively determining corresponding weights of sign-in class, examination and evaluation in class and sign-out in class; determining the attendance score, the at least one in-class examination score and the out-of-class examination score according to the attendance result, the at least one in-class examination result and the out-of-class examination result respectively; and determining the attendance evaluation result of the target student according to the attendance score, the at least one in-class examination score, the out-of-class examination score and each weight. The advantage of this arrangement is that the accurate evaluation of attendance can be quantitatively determined in the form of evaluation score.
For example, the check-in weight, the evaluation weight and the check-out weight are determined, wherein the check-in weight, the evaluation weight and the check-out weight may be preset. Optionally, the in-class examination evaluation weight, the in-class sign-in weight and the out-of-class sign-out weight are sequentially reduced. In addition, when the evaluation in the class is performed for a plurality of times, the evaluation weights in the respective evaluations may be the same or different. The corresponding class attendance scores are different according to different class attendance results, if the class attendance is successful, the corresponding class attendance score is A, and if the class attendance fails, the corresponding class attendance score is 0; the in-class examination results are different, the corresponding in-class examination scores are different, if the in-class examination scores are successful, the corresponding in-class examination score is B, and if the in-class examination scores are unsuccessful, the corresponding in-class examination score is 0; the result of the sign-out in the next class is different, the corresponding score of the sign-out in the next class is different, if the sign-out in the next class is successful, the corresponding score of the sign-out in the next class is C, and if the sign-out in the next class is failed, the corresponding score of the sign-out in the next class is 0. A, B and C may be the same or different. And then, determining the attendance evaluation result of the target student according to the attendance score, the at least one in-class examination score, the out-of-class examination score, the in-class attendance weight, the in-class examination evaluation weight and the out-of-class examination weight. For example, the evaluation result is check-in score, check-in weight + check-in score, check-in evaluation weight + check-out score, check-out weight.
Optionally, the in-class assessment results include in-class sign-on results and in-class answer assessment results, and the in-class assessment scores include in-class sign-on scores and in-class answer assessment scores; correspondingly, according to the attendance score and attendanceThe method comprises the following steps of evaluating scores in lessons, signing out scores in lessons and weights, and determining attendance evaluation results of the target students, wherein the steps comprise: determining the attendance evaluation result of the target student according to the following formula:
Figure BDA0003053449150000061
wherein E represents the attendance evaluation result, m represents the attendance score, and alphaiIndicates the i-th session check-in score, betaiExpressing the score of question answering and evaluation in the ith class, n expressing the score of sign out in the next class, Q1Represents the weight of attendance, Q2Represents the evaluation weight in class, Q3Indicating the sign-out weight in class and N indicating the evaluation times in class. For example, when the attendance is successful, the value of m may be 100, and when the attendance fails, the value of m may be 0; when the sign-on is successful in the ith class, alphaiCan be 100, when the ith class sign-in fails, alphaiThe value of (d) can be 0; when the answer evaluation in the ith class is correct, betaiCan be 100, when the answer evaluation is wrong in the ith lesson, beta isiThe value of (d) can be 0; when the sign-out is successful, the value of n may be 100, and when the sign-out is failed, the value of n may be 0. In addition, Q may be1Is set at [0.01, 0.2 ]]Within the range; will Q2Is set at [0.01, 0.8 ]]Within the range; will Q3Is set at [0.01, 0.2 ]]Within the range of Q1+Q2+Q31. In the embodiment of the invention, the score calculated according to the formula is used as the attendance evaluation result of the target student, wherein the higher the score is, the better the attendance is.
According to the attendance evaluation scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the attendance check-in result, the in-class evaluation result and the out-of-class check-out result of the target student are obtained in response to the attendance evaluation event being triggered; and determining the attendance evaluation result of the target student according to the attendance check-in result, the in-class examination evaluation result and the out-of-class check-out result. By the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, accurate evaluation on-line attendance of distance education can be realized.
In some embodiments, before acquiring the in-class check-in result, the at least one in-class check-out result and the out-of-class check-out result of the target student in response to the attendance evaluation event being triggered, the method further comprises: the attendance two-dimensional code is sent to a teacher mobile terminal, so that the teacher mobile terminal issues the attendance two-dimensional code for scanning by students; the attendance two-dimensional code comprises a class attendance two-dimensional code, a class in-class examination and review two-dimensional code and a class attendance two-dimensional code; and acquiring a check-in result determined by the student mobile terminal through scanning the check-in two-dimensional code. The on-line attendance checking system has the advantages that the on-line attendance checking system can realize on-line attendance checking of remote education, and can timely master the on-line class listening effect of students.
Illustratively, when receiving a sign-in two-dimensional code acquisition instruction, the teacher mobile terminal sends the two-dimensional code to the mobile teacher terminal, and the mobile teacher terminal receives the two-dimensional code and issues the two-dimensional code for scanning by students. For example, if the two-dimensional sign-in code is a two-dimensional sign-in code for class, the mobile terminal of the teacher can issue the two-dimensional sign-in code for class in the teaching WeChat group when the class is close to; when the two-dimensional code of registering is the two-dimensional code of appraising in class or the two-dimensional code of signing out in class, teacher's mobile terminal can send this two-dimensional code of registering to the little letter crowd of teaching or carry out the screen projection. Each student can scan the two-dimensional code of registering through the student mobile terminal, and make the student carry out the operation of registering at the student mobile terminal. Therefore, the check-in result sent by the student mobile terminal is obtained, wherein the check-in result is determined by the student mobile terminal through scanning the check-in two-dimensional code.
Optionally, the check-in two-dimensional code includes a check-in time interval; obtaining the check-in result determined by the student mobile terminal through scanning the check-in two-dimensional code, comprising: acquiring scanning time for scanning the check-in two-dimensional code by the student mobile terminal; when the scanning time is outside the check-in time interval, determining that the check-in fails; and when the scanning time is within the check-in time interval, if the check-in operation triggered by the student mobile terminal is detected, determining that the check-in is successful. Specifically, the check-in time interval may be preset, or may be added to the check-in two-dimensional code according to a teacher instruction after the teacher mobile terminal acquires the check-in two-dimensional code. It should be noted that the check-in time intervals included in the two-dimensional code for attendance, the two-dimensional code for in-class examination and the two-dimensional code for out-of-class check-in are different, but the time intervals may be the same or different. When the student mobile terminal is detected to successfully scan the two-dimensional code, determining scanning time, and judging whether the scanning time is in the check-in time interval, if so, determining that the check-in is successful when the student mobile terminal is detected to be triggered to perform check-in operation, otherwise, determining that the check-in is failed. It can be understood that when it is determined that the scanning time is within the check-in time interval, if the student mobile terminal receives a check-in operation triggered by the student, a check-in success instruction sent by the student mobile terminal is received, and it is determined that the check-in is successful.
In some embodiments, when the scanning time is within the check-in time interval, if a check-in operation triggered at the student mobile terminal is detected, determining that the check-in is successful includes: when the scanning time is within the check-in time interval, controlling course information to be displayed on the student mobile terminal, so that a student determines whether to trigger check-in operation according to the course information; and if the check-in operation triggered by the student mobile terminal is detected, determining that the check-in is successful. The advantage of this arrangement is that the wrong sign-in of the online course can be effectively avoided. Specifically, when it is determined that the scanning time is within the check-in time interval, the course information may be transmitted to the student mobile terminal, and the course information may be displayed on the student mobile terminal, so that the student determines whether to participate in online education or training corresponding to the course information, or whether online education or training being participated corresponds to the course information, thereby determining whether to trigger a check-in operation. The course information may include a teaching teacher, course contents, and course duration. It is understood that when the student confirms that it is the on-line education or training that the student wants to participate in himself or herself based on the course information, the check-in button is clicked at the student mobile terminal, thereby completing the check-in operation at the student mobile terminal.
In some embodiments, after determining that the check-in is successful, further comprising: acquiring student sign-in information, and associating the student sign-in information with the sign-in result to generate sign-in associated information; and storing the check-in associated information in a database. Illustratively, when the check-in is successful, obtaining student check-in information, wherein the student check-in information may include identity information, course information and current check-in time of the student, and associating the check-in result, that is, establishing a corresponding relationship between the student check-in information and the check-in result, and generating the check-in associated information, wherein the check-in associated information may include not only the identity information, the course information, the current check-in time and the check-in result of the student, but also a check-in score and a corresponding check-in weight. And then storing the attendance associated information in a database so that subsequent attendance management personnel or teachers can acquire the attendance associated information of students from the database, thereby realizing attendance evaluation.
In some embodiments, when the check-in two-dimensional code is a review in class two-dimensional code, if a check-in operation triggered by the student mobile terminal is detected when the scanning time is within the check-in time interval, after determining that the check-in is successful, the method further includes: controlling the in-class examination questions to be displayed on the student mobile terminal so that students can answer the in-class examination questions; and acquiring the answer content of the in-class examination and evaluation questions through the student mobile terminal, and determining in-class answer and evaluation results according to the answer content. The advantage of setting up like this is, can effectively master student's state of attending to class and the mastery degree to the course.
Specifically, when the two-dimensional code is signed in as the in-class examination question two-dimensional code, after the student class is confirmed to be successfully signed in, the in-class examination question is sent to the student mobile terminal, and the in-class examination question is displayed on the student mobile terminal, so that the student answers the in-class examination question. The student mobile terminal obtains the answer content of the student to the in-class examination questions, obtains the answer content of the student mobile terminal to the in-class examination questions and judges whether the answer content is correct. When the answer content is determined to be correct, the question answering and evaluation in the lesson are successful; when the fault tolerance in the answer is determined, the question answering and examination in the lesson fail.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a check-in class according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the attendance check-in mainly comprises the following steps:
step 210, the teacher sends the two-dimensional code of signing in class to the student WeChat team participating in culture through the teacher mobile terminal, wherein the two-dimensional code of signing in class comprises a time interval of signing in class, and the two-dimensional code of signing in class is associated with course information.
Specifically, near the time of class, the teacher acquires the class attendance two-dimensional code from the server, and issues the class attendance two-dimensional code in the student WeChat group of the participating students to inform the participating students to prepare for class. The teacher can specify a sign-in time interval in the class sign-in two-dimensional code to complete the association of the class sign-in two-dimensional code with class information such as a teacher giving lessons, class contents, class time and the like.
And step 220, the students scan and identify the two-dimensional codes signed in to class through the mobile terminals of the students, and determine scanning time.
Step 230, determining whether the scanning time is within the attendance check-in time interval, if so, executing step 240, otherwise, executing step 270.
Step 240, displaying the course information in the mobile terminal of the student.
And step 250, when the check-in operation triggered by the student mobile terminal is detected, determining that the attendance check-in is successful.
And step 260, recording the attendance information, and storing the attendance information in a database.
Step 270, determining that the attendance check-in fails.
Illustratively, when the scanning time is determined to be in the class check-in time interval, the WeChat public number link can be pushed at the mobile terminal of the student, when the student opens the link, the check-in button is displayed, and when the student clicks the check-in button, the identity information, the course information, the check-in time, the class check-in score and the class check-in weight Q of the student are acquired1And the part of information can be uploaded to a server for storage. When the information is successfully stored, the student signs in successfullyAt this time, the student can enter a network classroom designated by the teacher to learn.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of in-class evaluation according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the in-class review mainly includes the following steps:
and 310, the in-class teacher displays the in-class examination evaluation two-dimensional code on a screen through the teacher mobile terminal, wherein the in-class examination evaluation two-dimensional code comprises a in-class sign-on time interval, and the in-class examination evaluation two-dimensional code is associated with an in-class examination evaluation question.
And step 320, the student scans the in-class examination and review two-dimensional code through the student mobile terminal and determines scanning time.
Step 330, judging whether the scanning time is in the in-class examination check-in time interval, if so, executing step 340, otherwise, executing step 3100.
Step 340, when the in-class sign-on operation triggered by the student mobile terminal is detected, determining that the in-class sign-on is successful, and executing step 350.
And step 350, displaying the in-class examination questions in the student mobile terminal so that the students can answer the in-class examination questions.
Step 360, determining whether the answer content for the in-class examination questions is correct, if yes, executing step 370, otherwise, executing step 390.
And step 370, determining that the in-class assessment is successful, and displaying a in-class assessment success picture on the mobile terminal of the student.
And 380, recording the evaluation information in the class, and storing the evaluation information in the class in a database.
Step 390, determining the evaluation failure in class.
Step 3100, determining that the in-class check-in failed.
Specifically, the teacher acquires the in-class examination and evaluation two-dimensional code through the teacher mobile terminal and issues the in-class examination and evaluation two-dimensional code to the network classroom projector, so that the students scan and answer through the student mobile terminal to complete the links of check-in and answer. The check-in and answer links appear in pairs, if the check-in is not successful, the answer cannot be participated in, and the points of the two items are both 0.
When the current class successfully signs, a WeChat public account chain with the class examination questions can be displayed on the mobile terminal of the student, and when the student opens the link, the class examination questions are displayed for the student to answer. When the answering is finished, the identity information, the course information, the answering time and the answering score value of the student can be obtained and used as the in-course examination and evaluation information, and then the in-course examination and evaluation information is stored in the database.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a sign-out in class according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the process of signing out mainly includes the following steps:
and step 410, the teacher sends the two-dimensional code signed out in class to the student WeChat group participating in culture through the teacher mobile terminal, wherein the two-dimensional code signed out in class comprises a time interval signed out in class, and the two-dimensional code signed out in class is associated with the course information.
And step 420, the student scans and identifies the two-dimensional code signed out in the course through the mobile terminal of the student, and determines the scanning time.
Step 430, determine whether the scanning time is in the attendance time interval, if yes, execute step 440, otherwise, execute step 470.
Step 440, displaying the course information in the mobile terminal of the student.
And step 450, when the sign-out operation triggered by the student mobile terminal is detected, determining that the sign-out is successful.
Step 460, recording the sign-out information of the next class, and storing the sign-out information of the next class in the database.
Step 470, determining that the sign-out fails.
Specifically, after a class is given, the teacher mobile terminal acquires the two-dimensional code signed out from the class, specifies the time interval for signing out from the class, completes the association between the two-dimensional code signed out from the class and the course information such as the teacher giving the class, the course information and the course time, and updates the information to the server side. And then, the teacher issues a two-dimensional code for signing out in the next class in a network classroom projector through the teacher mobile terminal, each online student can identify the two-dimensional code information through scanning by the student mobile terminal and compare whether the scanning time is in the signing-out time interval in the next class, if so, the successful signing-out in the next class is determined, and otherwise, the failure of signing-out in the next class is determined.
Illustratively, when the scanning time is determined to be within the attendance sign-out time interval, the WeChat public number link can be pushed at the mobile terminal of the student, after the student opens the link, the sign-out button is displayed, when the student clicks the sign-out button, the identity information, the course information, the sign-in time, the attendance sign-out score and the attendance sign-out weight of the student are acquired, and the partial information can be uploaded to a server for storage. When the information is successfully stored, the student signs out successfully, and at the moment, the student can finish the learning of the online course.
