Example 1
In order to improve the effects of accident handling and handling by emergency plans, as shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the invention provides an accident emergency plan generation method, which comprises the following steps:
s11, establishing a three-dimensional visual scene of a preset scene;
in the embodiment of the invention, the preset scene is used as a typical accident handling and accident exercise site and can be a power grid comprising a main network position, a transformer station position, distribution and a power transmission line; through three-dimensional modeling, a three-dimensional visual scene of the electric field (preset scene) can be established; in practical application, the method for establishing the three-dimensional visual scene of the preset scene can comprise the following steps:
firstly, acquiring geographic position data of a preset scene according to a GIS; then, establishing a three-dimensional simulation virtual scene of the preset scene; in order to be able to present the real position data of the respective objects in the three-dimensional visual scene, it is also necessary to convert the local coordinate system of the three-dimensional simulated virtual scene into the geodetic coordinate system according to the geographical position data.
S12, generating structural data of a database according to the three-dimensional visual scene and a preset emergency plan script; the field names of the structured data comprise preset objects in the three-dimensional visual scene, and emergency phases, execution roles and task contents in the emergency plan script;
the emergency plan script in the embodiment of the invention can be a text-form emergency plan commonly used in the prior art; in the emergency plan script, the specific scene of accident occurrence (or accident exercise) is specified in a word description mode, and the tasks which are required to be executed and completed by each execution role in different emergency phases are all specified; table 1 shows an example of an emergency plan script, the emergency phase of which may include: disaster occurrence, emergency response, emergency power supply, emergency rescue, emergency recovery, emergency end and the like; its execution roles may include: director, emergency command center, dispatch operation group, power supply group, fault inspection and repair group, news propaganda group, material guarantee group, etc.

it should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the specific contents of the emergency stage, the execution role, the task content, and other items in the emergency plan script may be set by those skilled in the art according to actual needs, and are not limited herein specifically.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the emergency plan script is required to be stored into the preset database in a database record mode by carrying out structural processing on the emergency plan script; in the embodiment of the invention, the field names of the structured data (namely the database records) not only comprise emergency phases, execution roles and task contents in the emergency plan script, but also can comprise preset objects in the three-dimensional visual scene, so that the three-dimensional visual scene and the emergency plan script can be organically related together.
The preset objects in the three-dimensional visual scene can comprise processing objects or protection objects of power supply stations, power transmission and distribution network racks, main substations, important users and the like in emergency events. In the embodiment of the invention, after the three-dimensional scene of the content in the preset scene such as the main network position and trend, the transformer station position and distribution, the three-dimensional facility model of the transmission line, the three-dimensional facility of the transformer station and the like is constructed by fusing the high-precision satellite image and the digital elevation model, the preset object is associated with the projects such as the emergency stage, the execution role, the task content and the like in the emergency plan script.

The emergency plan visualization emergency plan of the embodiment of the invention comprises a series of action steps corresponding to the emergency plan script and is realized according to the corresponding time sequence. The visual production of the emergency plan can comprise setting a series of information such as disaster conditions, personnel behavior actions, personnel evacuation conditions, equipment response conditions, rescue conditions and the like in the emergency event. And according to the emergency plan script, the emergency plan is quantized, visualized and operable, so that the three-dimensional visualization and digitalization of the emergency plan are realized.
In practical application, emergency plans (such as power grid emergency plans) combined on the basis of a time axis graph and a three-dimensional visual scene can be deduced, and tasks in the whole emergency plan or the emergency plan are deduced and presented through a visual plan deduction editing tool; the visual plan deduction editing tool displays the occurrence, development and change processes of emergency events, the working conditions of emergency personnel (namely executing roles) at all levels, the progress conditions of rescue and field treatment and the like based on two diagrams and one scene (a time axis diagram, a space diagram and an emergency field three-dimensional scene). On a time axis diagram, the occurrence and development processes of emergency events and the working progress of emergency personnel at all levels are reflected, and the space diagram reflects the current influence range and possible coverage range, the personnel evacuation range and evacuation condition, the rescue route, the rescue materials, the rescue team position and the like of the emergency events; the change condition of the emergency event, the proceeding condition of the site treatment and the like are reflected in the three-dimensional visual scene.
