Claims (6)

1. A single-phase electric meter box comprises a metal box body and a box cover connected to an opening in the front of the metal box body; the method is characterized in that: the box cover is provided with a transparent observation plate, the observation plate protrudes outwards, a connecting plate between the lower edge of the observation plate and the box cover is transparent, and the connecting plate inclines towards the reading area of the ammeter, so that the connecting plate faces towards the front lower part of the metal box body;
the box cover is provided with a first dustproof assembly used for shielding the observation plate and a second dustproof assembly used for shielding the connecting plate; the first dustproof assembly and the second dustproof assembly respectively comprise a dust shielding curtain, a first rotating rod, a second rotating rod and a motor;
the first rotating stick and the second rotating stick are respectively connected to the left side and the right side of the inner side face of the box cover in a rotating mode, and the first rotating stick and the second rotating stick are respectively connected with one motor in a transmission mode; two ends of the dust shielding curtain respectively penetrate through the box cover and are wound on the first rotating roller and the second rotating roller, and the middle part of the dust shielding curtain shields the corresponding observation plate or the corresponding connecting plate; the dust shielding curtain is provided with a transparent film, and the first rotating roller and the second rotating roller are driven to rotate synchronously by two motors respectively, so that the transparent film moves to a corresponding observation plate or a corresponding connecting plate;
one half of the dust-shielding curtains close to the first rotating roller are opaque, the other half of the dust-shielding curtains close to the second rotating roller are transparent films, or all the dust-shielding curtains are transparent films; the inner surface of the dust-shielding curtain of the first dust-preventing component is tightly attached to the outer surface of the observation plate, and the inner surface of the dust-shielding curtain of the second dust-preventing component is tightly attached to the outer surface of the connecting plate;
a window is arranged in the middle of the connecting plate, a convex lens is arranged on the inner surface of the box cover, one surface of the convex lens is opposite to the window, and the other surface of the convex lens is opposite to a reading area of the electric meter;
the convex lens is embedded and fixed in the frame, pin shafts are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the frame and are rotatably connected with the inner surface of the connecting plate through the base, and therefore the convex lens can swing in a vertical plane;
part of the box cover connected with the lower edge of the connecting plate is inwards sunken, and the inner surface of the sunken part is provided with a telescopic electric cylinder hinged with the frame; the cylinder base of the telescopic electric cylinder is fixedly connected with the box cover, and the telescopic shaft of the telescopic electric cylinder is hinged with the frame.

The single-phase electric meter box of claim 1, wherein: the two ends of the first rotating rod and the two ends of the second rotating rod are respectively connected with the inner surface of the box cover through the base in a rotating mode, and each motor is connected with the corresponding first rotating rod or the corresponding second rotating rod through a reduction gear set in a transmission mode.
3. The single-phase electric meter box of claim 1, wherein: two long-strip-shaped holes for the dust shielding curtains of the first dust-proof assembly and the dust shielding curtains of the second dust-proof assembly to penetrate are formed in two sides of the observation plate respectively.
4. A single phase electricity meter box according to claim 3, wherein: and bristles which are used for being in contact with the dust shielding curtain are arranged in each elongated hole.

The single-phase electric meter box of claim 1, wherein: the protrusion is provided with a sinking groove matched with the dust shielding curtain of the first dust-proof component, and the sinking groove penetrates through the left side and the right side of the boss; the outward surface of the convex lens is exposed out of the window, and an opening of the window is provided with an annular inclined plane matched with the curved surface of the convex lens; the dust shielding curtain of the second dust prevention assembly is provided with an arch part matched with the curved surface of the convex lens.

A data acquisition method of a single-phase electric meter is characterized by comprising the following steps: the single-phase electric meter box applied to the claim 5, comprising an electric control board, an audio input assembly and a distance sensor; the audio input assembly and the distance sensor are both arranged on the box cover, and the distance sensor faces to the front lower part of the box cover; the input end of the electric control board is respectively and electrically connected with the audio input assembly and the distance sensor, and the output end of the electric control board is respectively and electrically connected with the telescopic electric cylinder and all the motors; the method comprises the following steps:
s1: the electric control board sets a sensing distance value, a first voice activation instruction and a second voice activation instruction;
s2: the distance signal detected by the distance sensor and the voice signal detected by the audio input assembly are both sent to the electric control board, the electric control board compares the distance signal with a set induction distance value, and the voice signal is compared with a first voice activation instruction and a second voice activation instruction;
s3: in S2, if the distance signal is smaller than the set induction distance value or the voice signal is the same as the first voice activation instruction, the electric control board enables all the motors to synchronously rotate so as to enable the transparent film of the dust shielding curtain of the first dust prevention assembly to move to the observation board and enable the transparent film of the dust shielding curtain of the second dust prevention assembly to move to the connecting board, and therefore data of the ammeter are checked or collected; after ten seconds, the electric control board enables all the motors to synchronously rotate reversely so as to reset the dust shielding curtains of the first dust preventing component and the second dust preventing component;
s4: in S2, if the voice signal is the same as the second voice activation instruction, the electric control board enables the telescopic shaft of the telescopic electric cylinder to repeatedly perform telescopic action for three times, and the time of each telescopic action is not less than five seconds;
s5: in S2, if the distance signal is not smaller than the set induction distance value, the voice signal is different from the first voice activation instruction, or the voice signal is different from the second voice activation instruction, the electric control board enables all the motors and the telescopic motors not to act.
