The number of photons generated by the luminescent agent is different due to different batches of the luminescent agent, different manufacturers, different use environments and different operators, and the difference of the number of generated photons directly influences the calibration and judgment of the luminescence analyzer; the storage condition of the luminescent agent is very harsh, so that the luminescent agent is inconvenient to use at a client; the cost of the luminescent agent is generally higher, and the luminescent agent is a disposable product, which is not beneficial to saving the cost.

In the technical scheme, the constant number of photons (namely the photon amount) provided by the constant light source 2 is ensured, the constant number of photons is attenuated by the attenuation sheet 3 to form different photon numbers for detection, photons within the linear range of the luminescence immunoassay analyzer are obtained, and the problems of different photon numbers generated by the luminescent agent, harsh storage conditions of the luminescent agent, inconvenience in use at a client, high cost of the luminescent agent and the like caused by different batches of the luminescent agent, different manufacturers, different use environments and different operators are solved.
As a specific implementation manner of the constant light source 2, it is preferable that the constant light source 2 includes an LED lamp 21 and a PCB 22 electrically connected to the LED lamp 21, and a constant current driving circuit is configured on the PCB 22 to stabilize the illumination intensity of the LED lamp 21.
