Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a block flow diagram illustrating a defrosting frequency adjusting method according to the present embodiment. The defrosting frequency adjusting method is applied to the air conditioner, achieves self-adaptive adjustment of the defrosting frequency of the air conditioner, ensures that defrosting is finished in a short time, and simultaneously avoids the problem of low abnormal voltage. The defrosting frequency adjusting method comprises the following steps:
and step S101, controlling the air conditioner to perform first defrosting after single startup at an initial frequency.
The first defrosting after each restart of the air conditioner is performed at an initial frequency. The initial frequency ranges from 50HZ to 150HZ, and 90HZ is preferred in this embodiment.
Further, the defrost frequency adjustment method may further include:
and step S102, acquiring a low-pressure value of the air conditioner in the current defrosting process.
In fact, step S102 may start from any defrosting process of the air conditioner throughout the operation. In this embodiment, step S102 starts with the first defrosting of the air conditioner, that is, when the air conditioner performs defrosting with the initial frequency as the defrosting frequency, the low-pressure value of the air conditioner in the process is obtained in real time.
Further, the defrost frequency adjustment method may further include:
and step S103, acquiring the defrosting time of the current defrosting process.
Similarly, step S103 may be started from any defrosting process of the air conditioner during the entire operation process, and corresponds to step S102. In this embodiment, step S103 starts with the first defrosting of the air conditioner, that is, when the air conditioner performs defrosting with the initial frequency as the defrosting frequency, the time duration used in the defrosting process is counted to obtain the defrosting time.
Further, the defrost frequency adjustment method may further include:
step S104, comparing the low-pressure value with a preset pressure value to obtain a first comparison result.
The low pressure value obtained in step S102 is compared with a preset pressure value, in this embodiment, the preset pressure value includes a first preset pressure value and a second preset pressure value, and the first preset pressure value is smaller than the second preset pressure value. The first predetermined pressure value is in the range of 0bar to 2bar, preferably 1bar in this embodiment. The second predetermined pressure value ranges from 3bar to 10bar, preferably 3bar in this embodiment.
Because the preset pressure value comprises a plurality of values, a plurality of comparison results can be obtained by comparing the low-pressure value with the plurality of values, namely, the first comparison result can represent various conditions.
Further, the defrost frequency adjustment method may further include:
step S105, comparing the defrosting time with the preset time to obtain a second comparison result.
The value range of the preset time is 8min to 12min, and 12min is preferred in this embodiment. And comparing the defrosting time with the preset time to obtain a second comparison result, wherein the second comparison result comprises three conditions: the defrosting time is less than 12min, the defrosting time is equal to 12min, and the defrosting time is greater than 12 min.
Further, the defrost frequency adjustment method may further include:
and S106, adjusting the defrosting frequency of the next defrosting of the air conditioner according to the first comparison result and the second comparison result.
And according to the low-pressure value condition and the defrosting time condition of the air conditioner in the current defrosting process represented by the first comparison result and the second comparison result, the low-pressure value condition and the defrosting time condition are used as defrosting frequency adjusting bases for next defrosting of the air conditioner, so that the defrosting frequency in the next defrosting process can be more accurate.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a block diagram illustrating a sub-step flow of step S106, wherein step S106 includes:
and a substep S1061, adjusting the defrosting frequency in the current defrosting process to be smaller as the defrosting frequency for the next defrosting when the low-pressure value is less than or equal to the first preset pressure value and the defrosting time is less than or equal to the preset time.
When the first comparison result represents that the low-pressure value is smaller than 1bar of the first preset pressure value, or represents that the low-pressure value is equal to 1bar of the first preset pressure value, and the second comparison result represents that the defrosting time is smaller than 12min of the preset time, or represents that the defrosting time is equal to 12min of the preset time, the low pressure in the current defrosting process is extremely low, and the defrosting time is short enough, so that the current defrosting frequency is too high, and the defrosting frequency in the current defrosting process is reduced and then is used as the defrosting frequency of the next defrosting. Step S102 is to reduce the defrosting frequency 90HZ of the first defrosting process from the first defrosting of the air conditioner to be the second defrosting frequency of the air conditioner.
In this embodiment, the substep S1061 further includes: and reducing the defrosting frequency in the current defrosting process by a first regulating frequency to be used as the defrosting frequency of the next defrosting. Namely, under the condition that the low-pressure value is less than or equal to the first preset pressure value and the defrosting time is less than or equal to the preset time, the defrosting frequency in the current defrosting process is reduced by the first adjusting frequency to be used as the defrosting frequency of the next defrosting. In this embodiment, the first adjustment frequency is 5 HZ.
And a substep S1062 of increasing the defrosting frequency in the current defrosting process as the defrosting frequency for the next defrosting when the low-pressure value is greater than or equal to the second preset pressure value and the defrosting time is greater than the preset time.
When the first comparison result represents that the low-pressure value is greater than the second preset pressure value by 3bar, or represents that the low-pressure value is equal to the second preset pressure value by 3bar, and the second comparison result represents that the defrosting time is greater than the preset time by 12min, the current low-pressure value is higher, and the defrosting time is longer, so that the current defrosting frequency is too low, and the defrosting frequency in the current defrosting process is adjusted to be higher and then is used as the defrosting frequency of the next defrosting. Step S102 is to increase the defrosting frequency 90HZ of the first defrosting process from the first defrosting of the air conditioner to be the defrosting frequency of the second defrosting of the air conditioner.
In this embodiment, the substep S1062 further includes: and increasing the defrosting frequency in the current defrosting process by a second adjusting frequency to be used as the defrosting frequency of the next defrosting. Namely, under the condition that the low-pressure value is greater than or equal to the second preset pressure value and the defrosting time is greater than the preset time, the defrosting frequency in the current defrosting process is increased by the second adjusting frequency to be used as the defrosting frequency of the next defrosting. In this embodiment, the second adjustment frequency is also 5 HZ.
The defrost frequency adjustment method provided by the present invention is further illustrated by the following example:
heating and operating a certain multi-outdoor unit at the temperature of-10 ℃, defrosting the unit for the first time after starting the unit and operating for 50min, wherein the defrosting frequency is 90Hz, the defrosting time is 5min (less than the preset time of 15min), and when a low-pressure value of 1bar (equal to the first preset pressure value of 1bar) is detected in the defrosting process, defrosting is performed after heating for the second time for 50min, and the defrosting frequency is reduced to 85 Hz.
It can be seen that, in the defrosting frequency adjusting method provided by this embodiment, if the low pressure is extremely low during the defrosting process and the defrosting time is also short enough, the next defrosting frequency is properly decreased. If after the frequency is reduced, the defrosting low pressure is not low, then the next defrosting maintains the last frequency; if a higher low pressure condition occurs during defrost and the defrost time is longer, the next defrost frequency is increased appropriately. If after the up-conversion, the defrost time is not that long, the next defrost maintains the last frequency. Therefore, the air conditioner can be ensured to defrost at a more accurate defrosting frequency in addition to the first defrosting after starting.
Therefore, when the defrosting frequency adjusting method provided by the embodiment is applied to an air conditioner, the self-adaptive adjustment of the defrosting frequency of the air conditioner can be realized, the defrosting can be ensured to be completed in a short time, and meanwhile, the problem that the low voltage is abnormally low is avoided.

The second obtaining module 120 is used for obtaining the defrosting time of the current defrosting process.
The second obtaining module 120 is configured to execute step S103 of the foregoing defrosting frequency adjusting method, and when the current defrosting process starts, the second obtaining module 120 starts timing until the current defrosting process is finished.
The first comparison module 130 is configured to compare the low pressure value with a preset pressure value to obtain a first comparison result.
The first comparing module 130 is configured to execute the step S104 of the defrosting frequency adjusting method, and the first comparing module 130 compares the low-pressure value obtained by the first obtaining module 110 with a preset pressure value to obtain a first comparing result. In this embodiment, the preset pressure values include a first preset pressure value and a second preset pressure value, and the first preset pressure value is smaller than the second preset pressure value.
The second comparison module 140 is configured to compare the defrosting time with a preset time to obtain a second comparison result.
The second comparing module 140 is configured to execute the step S105 of the defrosting frequency adjusting method, wherein a value range of the preset time is 8min to 12min, and 12min is preferred in this embodiment. And comparing the defrosting time with the preset time to obtain a second comparison result, wherein the second comparison result comprises three conditions: the defrosting time is less than 12min, the defrosting time is equal to 12min, and the defrosting time is greater than 12 min.
The control module 150 is configured to adjust a defrosting frequency of the air conditioner for the next defrosting according to the first comparison result and the second comparison result.
The control module 150 is configured to execute step S106 of the foregoing defrosting frequency adjusting method, and the control module 150 uses the condition of the low-pressure value and the condition of the defrosting time of the air conditioner in the current defrosting process, which are represented by the first comparison result and the second comparison result, as a defrosting frequency adjusting basis for the next defrosting of the air conditioner, so that the defrosting frequency in the next defrosting process can be more accurate.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a block diagram illustrating a structure of the control module 150. In this embodiment, the control module 150 includes a first control sub-module 151 and a second control sub-module 152.
The first control submodule 151 is configured to reduce a defrosting frequency in a current defrosting process to be used as a defrosting frequency for a next defrosting when the low-pressure value is less than or equal to a first preset pressure value and the defrosting time is less than or equal to a preset time.
The first control sub-module 151 is configured to execute the sub-step S1061 of the foregoing defrosting frequency adjusting method, and when the first comparison result indicates that the low-pressure value is less than the first preset pressure value 1bar, or indicates that the low-pressure value is equal to the first preset pressure value 1bar, and the second comparison result indicates that the defrosting time is less than the preset time 12min, or indicates that the defrosting time is equal to the preset time 12min, it indicates that the low pressure in the current defrosting process is extremely low, and the defrosting time is also short enough, so that the current defrosting frequency is too high, and the first control sub-module 151 adjusts the defrosting frequency in the current defrosting process to be small and then serves as the defrosting frequency of the next defrosting.
In this embodiment, when the low-pressure value is less than or equal to the first preset pressure value and the defrosting time is less than or equal to the preset time, the first control submodule 151 sets the defrosting frequency in the current defrosting process to be lower than the first adjusting frequency 5HZ and then sets the lower defrosting frequency as the defrosting frequency for the next defrosting.
The second control submodule 152 is configured to, when the low-pressure value is greater than or equal to a second preset pressure value and the defrosting time is greater than a preset time, increase the defrosting frequency in the current defrosting process to be used as the defrosting frequency for the next defrosting.
The second control submodule 152 is configured to execute the substep S1062 of the foregoing defrosting frequency adjustment method, and when the first comparison result indicates that the low-pressure value is greater than the second preset pressure value by 3bar, or indicates that the low-pressure value is equal to the second preset pressure value by 3bar, and the second comparison result indicates that the defrosting time is greater than the preset time by 12min, it indicates that the current low-pressure value is higher and the defrosting time is longer, so that the current defrosting frequency is too low, and the second control submodule 152 adjusts the defrosting frequency in the current defrosting process to be the defrosting frequency of the next defrosting. Step S102 is to increase the defrosting frequency 90HZ of the first defrosting process from the first defrosting of the air conditioner to be the defrosting frequency of the second defrosting of the air conditioner.
In this embodiment, when the low pressure value is greater than or equal to the second preset pressure value and the defrosting time is greater than the preset time, the second control submodule 152 increases the defrosting frequency in the current defrosting process by the second adjustment frequency 5HZ and then uses the increased defrosting frequency as the defrosting frequency for the next defrosting.
Therefore, when the defrosting frequency adjusting device 100 provided by the embodiment is applied to an air conditioner, the adaptive adjustment of the defrosting frequency of the air conditioner can be realized, the defrosting can be ensured to be completed in a short time, and meanwhile, the problem that the low voltage is abnormally low is avoided.
The present embodiment further provides an air conditioner, which includes a controller for executing the defrosting frequency adjusting method of the foregoing steps S101 to S106.
The defrosting frequency adjusting method can realize the self-adaptive adjustment of the defrosting frequency of the air conditioner, ensure that the defrosting is finished in a short time, and simultaneously avoid the problem of low abnormal pressure. Therefore, the air conditioner provided by the embodiment can adaptively adjust the defrosting frequency, the defrosting time is short, and the low-pressure is normal in the defrosting process.
