secondly, programming and setting the controller (2) according to actual conditions, monitoring dust data in a mine tunnel at the position of the inner wall of the fixed frame (1) through a dust concentration sensor (6) on the surface of the sealing plate (5), automatically feeding the dust data back to the controller (2), and automatically controlling the suction fan (703), the discharge fan, the air curtain machine (8) and the spray header (9) to work after the controller (2) receives information;
and step three, sucking the dust in the mine tunnel into a dust suction box and a filter box (704) through a suction fan (703) and an exhaust fan (705), filtering through a first filter layer (707) and a second filter layer (708) in the filter box (704), discharging to the other side of the fixed frame (1) through the exhaust fan (705), and when a dust concentration sensor (6) detects that the concentration of the dust in the induction mine tunnel is high, automatically controlling a spray head (9) to spray the dust, and controlling an air curtain (8) to start to carry out air wall sealing on the other side of the fixed frame (1), so that the dust is prevented from flowing into the mine tunnel on the other side of the fixed frame (1) through the fixed frame (1), and finishing the isolation treatment of the dust in the mine tunnel.
