After the raw materials are scientifically matched, the full combustion of the alcohol-based liquid fuel can be promoted, the utilization rate is improved, the combustion heat value of the alcohol-based liquid fuel is increased, and the thermal stability is good; the raw materials used are wide in source, low in cost, low in toxicity, environment-friendly and harmless to the environment and human health.

Background

1) the weight ratio is 0.3: (1.0-1.2) taking calcium carbonate and a dried lignocellulose raw material, fully stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture, and carrying out pyrolysis on the mixture under the nitrogen atmosphere condition to generate biomass charcoal;
2) grinding and mixing biomass carbon and a metal oxide catalyst to obtain dry mixed powder, loading the mixed powder into a reaction tube with openings at two ends, introducing hydrogen for heating reduction reaction under an anaerobic condition, heating at a heating rate of 50-60 ℃/min at the beginning, introducing acetone from one end of the reaction tube when the temperature is increased to 110 ℃, collecting reaction effluent from the other end of the reaction tube, continuously heating to 250 ℃, keeping the temperature for 3-5min, and stopping collecting the reaction effluent;
3) and cooling the reaction effluent, and purifying and separating the reaction effluent to obtain the biomass methanol.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the lignocellulose raw material is one or two of stem leaves of elephant grass and lemongrass.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the metal oxide catalyst is any one or a mixture of more than one of copper oxide, zinc oxide, and aluminum oxide.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the heating value reinforcing agent is one or a mixture of more than one of naphtha, turpentine and 120# solvent oil.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the composite catalyst is a mixture of copper oxide, manganese oxide and silicon dioxide, and the composite catalyst is prepared by grinding and mixing the copper oxide and the manganese oxide to obtain mixed metal oxide powder, and adsorbing the mixed metal oxide powder in pores of a silicon dioxide carrier.

2) grinding and mixing biomass carbon and a metal oxide catalyst to obtain dry mixed powder, loading the mixed powder into a reaction tube with openings at two ends, introducing hydrogen for heating reduction reaction under an anaerobic condition, heating at a heating rate of 50-60 ℃/min at the beginning, introducing acetone from one end of the reaction tube when the temperature is increased to 110 ℃, collecting reaction effluent from the other end of the reaction tube, continuously heating to 250 ℃, keeping the temperature for 3-5min, and stopping collecting the reaction effluent;
3) and cooling the reaction effluent, and purifying and separating the reaction effluent to obtain the biomass methanol.
