Claims (9)
2. the high-performance odorless balcony paint according to claim 1, wherein the modified bentonite is an organically modified refined hectorite clay; the dispersant is one or more of environment-friendly sodium polycarboxylate dispersants with good dispersibility and anti-settling property, and is mixed in any proportion; the wetting agent is one or two of nonionic surfactant or anionic surfactant which are mixed in any proportion; the defoaming agent is one or a combination of two of a mineral oil defoaming agent and an organic silicon defoaming agent in any proportion.
3. The paint for high-performance odorless balcony according to claim 1, wherein the diatomite is marine algae diatomite.
4. The high-performance odorless balcony paint according to claim 1, wherein said talc is of a lamellar structure.
5. A high performance odor free balcony paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein said opaque polymer is a voided latex material having a particle size of 0.45 um.
6. The high-performance odorless balcony paint as recited in claim 1 wherein said emulsion is a highly weatherable styrene-acrylic emulsion.
7. The high performance odor-free balcony paint according to claim 1, wherein said film-forming aid is a high boiling point film-forming aid having a relatively high film-forming property.
8. The high performance odor-free balcony paint according to claim 1, wherein said thickener is an alkali swelling associative thickener and a polyurethane, hydrophobic group modified nonionic thickener which associative thickens and levels.
9. A method of preparing a high performance odorless balcony paint according to any one of claims 1-8, comprising the steps of:
step S1: adding 12-15 parts of pure water and 0.15-0.25 part of modified bentonite into a dispersion cylinder, stirring by a high-speed stirrer, continuously dispersing for 3-6min at the speed of 300-900 r/min, and then continuously dispersing for 3-6min at the speed of 800-900r/min to fully disperse the modified bentonite;
step S2: slowly adding 1.1-1.3 parts of dispersing agent, 0.2-0.3 part of wetting agent, 1.5-2.0 parts of antifreezing agent, 0.9-1.0 part of thickening agent, 0.1-0.3 part of preservative and 0.2-0.4 part of PH regulator, adjusting the rotating speed of the high-speed stirrer to 800 and 950r/min, and continuously dispersing for 5-10 min;
step S3: after the dispersion system is completely dispersed, adding 23-24 parts of rutile titanium dioxide, 3.5-4.5 parts of wollastonite, 1.5-2.5 parts of diatomite, 6-7 parts of quartz powder, 3-5 parts of talcum powder and 1-2 parts of pure water, adjusting the rotating speed of a high-speed stirrer to 1100-1300r/min, and continuously dispersing for 10-15 min;
step S4: adjusting the rotating speed of the high-speed stirrer to be 800-950r/min, slowly adding 1.2-1.8 parts of film-forming auxiliary agent, 3.5-5.0 parts of opaque polymer, 28-32 parts of emulsion, 0.25-0.45 part of preservative, 0.25-0.45 part of mildew preventive, 1.0-1.8 parts of thickening agent, 0.7-1.0 part of defoaming agent and 1-2 parts of pure water in the continuous dispersion process, and continuously dispersing for 5-10min to obtain a uniform and particle-free mixed system to obtain the high-performance odorless balcony paint.
