The defoaming agent in the component B is a mixture composed of special polyether, an emulsifying agent, hydrophobic white carbon black and liquid hydrocarbon, so that the foam breaking effect of the component B in the mixing process is better, and the final performance of mortar is prevented from being influenced by air bubbles. The water reducer in the component B is a melamine water reducer or a polycarboxylic acid water reducer, and the water reducer is added to reduce the water consumption in hydration reaction, and the polycarboxylic acid water reducer is preferably adopted. The retarder in the component B comprises one or more of organic acid and soluble salt retarder, alkaline phosphate retarder and protein retarder, and the setting retarder is used for reducing the curing speed of mortar, preventing the mortar from being cured too fast and not reaching the construction, and effectively adjusting the construction time of the mortar, preferably the protein retarder. The cellulose in this example is preferably low viscosity hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
The round sand in the embodiment is water-washed round sand, and the water-washed round sand comprises the following components in percentage by weight: the water-washed round sand with 80-120 meshes and the water-washed round sand with 120-180 meshes are 20 percent and 29.37 percent, and the void ratio of the system can be prevented from being too high by arranging the water-washed round sand with two different particle sizes, so that the mortar is more compact, and the fluidity is improved.

The results of the tests performed on the water-resistant gypsum-based self-leveling mortars prepared in examples one to three of the present invention are shown in the following table:
the test results show that:
the water-resistant gypsum-based self-leveling mortar meets the requirements of JC/T1023-2007 gypsum-based self-leveling standard and GBT22374-2018 terrace coating paint, has tensile setting strength reaching 2.0MPa and compressive strength reaching more than 45MPa, and meets the water resistance index of 168 hours, so that the water-resistant gypsum-based self-leveling mortar has the effects of water resistance, environmental protection and crack resistance.
Embodiment four:
a preparation method of water-resistant gypsum-based self-leveling mortar comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding water-soluble amine, water and a defoaming agent into a container, and stirring at a speed of 15r/min for 15 minutes to obtain a mixture;
(2) According to the kind of the water-soluble amine, adding the epoxy emulsion into a container according to the reaction equivalent ratio of 1:1 of the active hydrogen equivalent ratio and mixing the epoxy emulsion with the mixture in the step (1) to obtain a component A, and enabling the water-soluble amine and the epoxy emulsion to fully react by adopting the ratio of 1:1 of the active hydrogen equivalent ratio;
(3) Sequentially adding semi-hydrated desulfurized gypsum, cement, round sand, cellulose, a water reducer, a retarder and a defoaming agent into a stirring kettle, and stirring for 10 minutes to obtain a component B;
(4) And (3) mixing and uniformly stirring the component A in the step (2) and the component B in the step (4) according to the weight ratio A: B=1:3 to obtain the water-resistant gypsum-based self-leveling mortar.
Of course, it is understood that a proper amount of water can be added into the mixed water-resistant gypsum-based self-leveling mortar to improve the fluidity of the water-resistant gypsum-based self-leveling mortar for easy construction.

40% -60% of semi-hydrated desulfurized gypsum;
1% -10% of cement;
30% -65% of round sand;
cellulose 0.1% -0.2%;
0.2% -0.3% of water reducer;
0.1% -0.2% of retarder;
0.1% -0.2% of defoaming agent;
the component A and the component B are mixed according to the weight ratio A of B=1:3 during construction;
the water-soluble amine is low-viscosity water-soluble amine and comprises one or more of natural cardanol modified water-soluble amine, polyamide and fatty amine; the round sand is water-washed round sand, and the water-washed round sand comprises the following components in percentage by weight: the 80-120 mesh water-washed round sand is 20 percent, and the 120-180 mesh water-washed round sand is 29.37 percent.
2. The water-resistant gypsum-based self-leveling mortar of claim 1, wherein the a component comprises, by weight:
25% of water-soluble amine;
34.68% of water;
0.32% of defoaming agent;
40% of epoxy emulsion;
the component B comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
semi-hydrated desulfurized gypsum 46%;
4% of cement;
49.37% of round sand;
cellulose 0.12%;
0.25% of water reducer;
retarder 0.1%;
0.16% of defoaming agent.
3. A water-resistant gypsum-based self-leveling mortar in accordance with claim 1 or 2, wherein: the epoxy emulsion comprises one or more of E51 type epoxy emulsion, E44 type epoxy emulsion and acrylic modified epoxy emulsion.
4. A water-resistant gypsum-based self-leveling mortar in accordance with claim 1 or 2, wherein: the defoamer in the component A comprises one or more of mineral oil defoamer, organic silicon defoamer and acrylic defoamer.
5. A water-resistant gypsum-based self-leveling mortar in accordance with claim 1 or 2, wherein: the defoaming agent in the component B is a mixture composed of special polyether, an emulsifying agent, hydrophobic white carbon black and liquid hydrocarbon.
6. A water-resistant gypsum-based self-leveling mortar in accordance with claim 1 or 2, wherein: the water reducer in the component B is a melamine water reducer or a polycarboxylic acid water reducer.
7. A water-resistant gypsum-based self-leveling mortar in accordance with claim 1 or 2, wherein: the retarder in the component B comprises one or more of organic acid and a soluble salt retarder, an alkaline phosphate retarder and a protein retarder thereof.
8. A method for preparing the water-resistant gypsum-based self-leveling mortar according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
(1) Adding water-soluble amine, water and a defoaming agent into a container, and stirring at a speed of 15r/min for 15 minutes to obtain a mixture;
(2) According to the kind of water-soluble amine, adding the epoxy emulsion into a container according to the reaction equivalent ratio of 1:1 of active hydrogen equivalent and mixing with the mixture in the step (1) to obtain a component A;
(3) Sequentially adding semi-hydrated desulfurized gypsum, cement, round sand, cellulose, a water reducer, a retarder and a defoaming agent into a stirring kettle, and stirring for 10 minutes to obtain a component B;
(4) And (3) mixing and uniformly stirring the component A in the step (2) and the component B in the step (4) according to the weight ratio A: B=1:3 to obtain the water-resistant gypsum-based self-leveling mortar.
