firstly, when the floating objects are cleaned, please refer to fig. 12, the rotating shaft 151 and the baffle 150 are rotated to the end part of the auxiliary frame 152 close to the filter plate 142 by holding the force application frame 1511 to block the sewage and form a vortex, so that the sewage in the communicating cylinder 110 is fully mixed with the purifying particles, and meanwhile, the sewage around the filter plate 142 forms a circulation and is continuously filtered, thereby greatly improving the purifying quality of the communicating cylinder 110;
secondly, the rotating shaft 151 and the baffle 150 are rotated to the end part of the auxiliary frame 152 close to the sewage discharge pipe 130 by holding the force application frame 1511, so that the filter plate 142 is inclined towards the sewage discharge pipe 130, thereby enabling water flow to rapidly enter the sewage discharge pipe 130, avoiding the vortex at the top of the sewage discharge pipe 130 and further improving the speed of sewage discharge.
