When a driver does not need to heat, the rotating door plate 6 rotates in the closing direction by pulling the pedal plate 4 backwards, and as the door plate is of an oval structure, the long axis length of the oval door plate is 46mm, the short axis length is 40mm, the lower half part of the shell is a cylinder with the diameter of 40mm, the upper half part of the shell is a SR23mm hemisphere, the distance between the rotating shaft and the bottom plate is not less than 23mm of the half long axis length, and the height of the cylinder is not less than 23mm; when the door plate rotates to 70 degrees with the vertical plane, the door plate 6 is clamped on the side wall of the cylinder, the door plate 6 stops rotating, the pedal plate 4 is inclined backwards at the moment, and the switch is kept in the closed state under the combined action of the gravity center of the backward inclination of the pedal plate, the friction locking force between the elastic washer 3 and the pedal plate 4.
