Abstract
The invention provides a vehicle trunk cover plate assembly, which is characterized by comprising: a trunk lid; and a plurality of electric hinges, each of which is fixed between the rear partition of the hatrack and the trunk lid and opens or closes the trunk lid according to a control signal from a user. According to the luggage case cover plate assembly, the integration of the gooseneck bracket and the gas spring is realized through the electric hinge, the automation of the luggage case cover plate is realized, and meanwhile, the space occupied by components is saved through a simple design structure.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of vehicle parts, in particular to a trunk cover plate assembly and a vehicle comprising the same.
Background
With the development of vehicle automation, the number of electric control devices in vehicles is increasing, the practicability and design of the electric control devices are approaching to the preference of people, and the trunk of the vehicle is also a part of the electric control devices.
The suitcase of vehicle is used for loading or depositing luggage, in order to provide more convenient service for the vehicle user, current suitcase apron most can realize automatic opening and closing, and wherein, the automatic suitcase apron assembly that most current uses the combination of gooseneck pipe support and gas spring to realize that the automation of vehicle suitcase apron is opened and is opened. Optionally, the execution unit includes: a housing fixed to a lower end of the bracket and including a first portion in which a moving path of the first rotating shaft is formed and a second portion in which an accommodating space of the motor unit is formed; a first rotating shaft disposed inside the first portion, and having a tip end protruding from an inside of the housing and moving upward or downward along a moving path; the supporting part is vertically arranged at the tail end of the first rotating shaft, is fixed on the trunk cover plate and pushes or pulls down the trunk cover according to the movement of the first rotating shaft; and a motor unit disposed inside the second part and controlling the first rotation shaft to move up or down according to a user's signal to open or close the trunk lid.
Optionally, the actuator unit further comprises a gasket disposed at an end of the first portion.
Optionally, the first portion has an arc shape and the first shaft has a corresponding arc shape.
Optionally, the motor unit comprises: a motor providing a rotational output according to a signal of a user; the second rotating shaft is connected with the motor and the gear and transmits the rotation output of the motor to the gear; and a gear connected with the first rotating shaft and rotated according to rotation of the second rotating shaft to drive the first rotating shaft to move up or down.
Alternatively, the second portion is disposed outside the first portion, and an inside of the first portion and an inside of the second portion communicate with each other to achieve the connection of the gear with the first rotating shaft.
Optionally, the connection between the gear and the first shaft is a worm and gear connection.
The invention also provides a vehicle comprising a trunk lid assembly according to an embodiment of the invention.

The vehicle trunk lid panel 10 assembly according to the embodiment of the present invention realizes the automatic opening and closing of the trunk lid panel 10 by the power hinge 20. A plurality of electric hinges 20 are respectively fixed between the hatrack rear partition 11 and the trunk lid panel 10 of the vehicle to open or close the trunk lid panel 10 by a user's control signal, wherein preferably, the plurality of electric hinges 20 may be respectively provided at both sides of the hatrack rear partition 11 and the trunk lid panel 10 to facilitate storage of luggage.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, each of the plurality of electric hinges 20 may further include a fixing portion 21, a bracket 22, and an execution unit 23, wherein the fixing portion 21 is provided on the hatrack rear partition 11 of the vehicle; the bracket 22 is formed to extend downward from the lower surface of the fixing portion 21, and includes a first leg 221 extending forward from the lower surface of the fixing portion 21, and a second leg 222 extending rearward from the lower surface of the fixing portion 21; the actuating unit 23 is fixed to the lower end of the bracket 22 and the trunk lid 10, and can open or close the trunk lid 10 according to a user's control signal.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the execution unit 23 according to the embodiment of the present invention is composed of a plurality of components including: a housing 231, a first rotation shaft 232, a support 233, and a motor unit 234.
Specifically, the housing 231 is fixed to the lower end of the bracket 22, and includes a first portion having an arc shape and an inside thereof forming a moving path of the first rotating shaft 232, and a second portion and an inside thereof forming an accommodating space of the motor unit 234. In addition, the second portion is disposed outside the first portion, and the interiors of the first portion and the second portion communicate with each other.
Further, the first rotating shaft 232 is disposed inside the first portion, which has an arc shape corresponding to the first portion, and an end of the first rotating shaft 232 protrudes from the inside of the housing 231, moving upward or downward along a moving path inside the housing 231.
Further, a support portion 233 is vertically provided at an end of the first rotating shaft 232 and fixed to the trunk lid panel 10 of the vehicle, and the support portion 233 may push or pull down the trunk lid panel 10 according to the movement of the first rotating shaft 232 to achieve the opening or closing of the trunk lid panel 10 of the vehicle.
Further, a motor unit 234 is provided inside the second part and controls the first rotation shaft 232 to move up or down according to a user's signal, wherein the motor unit 234 may include a motor 2341, a second rotation shaft 2342, and a gear 2343.
Specifically, motor 2341 may provide a rotational output based on a signal from a user; the second rotation shaft 2342 is connected to the motor 2341 and the gear 2343, and receives a rotation output from the motor 2341 and transmits it to the gear 2343; the gear 2343 is also connected to the first rotation shaft 232 in the interior of the first part and the interior of the second part communicating with each other, and rotates according to the rotation of the second rotation shaft 2342 and drives the connected first rotation shaft 232 to move the first rotation shaft 232 upward or downward, wherein a worm gear connection may be employed between the gear 2343 and the first rotation shaft 232 in order to achieve the above-described upward or downward movement of the first rotation shaft 232.
In addition, the actuator unit 23 according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include a gasket 24, which is provided at an end of the first portion, i.e., a portion where the support 233 and the distal end of the housing 231 contact each other, and may be used to prevent dust and the like from entering the interior of the housing 231, so as to ensure the electric hinge 20 to operate normally.
Fig. 3 and 4 respectively show schematic views of the trunk lid panel 10 assembly according to the embodiment of the present invention when the trunk lid panel 10 is opened or closed. When a user wants to open the trunk lid panel 10, a control signal is transmitted to the vehicle, the motor 2341 provides a rotation output after receiving the control signal and provides the rotation output to the gear 2343 through the second rotation shaft 2342, the gear 2343 drives the first rotation shaft 232 to move upward, and finally, the support part 233 coupled to the first rotation shaft 232 pushes the trunk lid panel 10 to place the trunk lid panel 10 in an open state (a hatched portion is a final state of the first rotation shaft 232); when a user wants to close the trunk lid panel 10, a control signal is transmitted to the vehicle, the motor 2341 provides a rotation output (e.g., a rotation output in the opposite direction to that when the trunk lid panel 10 is opened) upon receiving the control signal, and the rotation output is provided to the gear 2343 through the second rotation shaft 2342, the gear 2343 drives the first rotation shaft 232 to move downward, and finally, the support part 233 connected to the first rotation shaft 232 pulls down the trunk lid panel 10, so that the trunk lid panel 10 is in a closed state (a white part is a final state of the first rotation shaft 232).
In another aspect, the present invention also provides a vehicle including a trunk lid assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In summary, the present invention provides a vehicle trunk lid assembly, comprising: a trunk lid; and a plurality of electric hinges, each of which is fixed between the rear partition of the hatrack and the trunk lid and opens or closes the trunk lid according to a control signal from a user. According to the luggage case cover plate assembly, the integration of the gooseneck bracket and the gas spring is realized through the electric hinge, the automation of the luggage case cover plate is realized, and meanwhile, the space occupied by components is saved through a simple design structure.

1. A vehicle trunk lid assembly, comprising:
a trunk lid; and
a plurality of electric hinges, each of which is fixed between the hatrack rear partition and the trunk lid panel and opens or closes the trunk lid panel according to a control signal from a user.
2. The luggage cover panel assembly of claim 1,
each of the plurality of motorized hinges comprises:
the fixing part is arranged on the rear clapboard of the hat and coat stand;
a bracket extending downward from a lower surface of the fixing part;
and an execution unit fixed to the lower end of the bracket and the trunk lid panel and executing opening or closing of the trunk lid panel according to a control signal from a user.
3. The trunk lid assembly of claim 2,
the bracket comprises a first supporting leg and a second supporting leg, and the first supporting leg extends forwards from the lower surface of the fixing part; the second leg extends rearward from a lower surface of the fixing portion.
4. The trunk lid assembly of claim 2,
the execution unit includes:
a housing fixed to a lower end of the bracket and including a first portion in which a moving path of the first rotating shaft is formed and a second portion in which an accommodating space of the motor unit is formed;
a first rotating shaft which is provided inside the first portion, and a tip end of which protrudes from the inside of the housing and moves upward or downward along the moving path;
the supporting part is vertically arranged at the tail end of the first rotating shaft, is fixed on the trunk cover plate, and pushes or pulls down the trunk cover according to the movement of the first rotating shaft; and
and the motor unit is arranged in the second part and controls the first rotating shaft to move upwards or downwards according to a signal of a user so as to open or close the trunk cover plate.
5. The luggage cover panel assembly of claim 4,
the execution unit further comprises a sealing gasket arranged at the end part of the first part.
6. The luggage cover panel assembly of claim 4,
the first portion has an arcuate shape and the first shaft has a corresponding arcuate shape.
7. The luggage cover panel assembly of claim 4,
the motor unit includes:
a motor providing a rotational output according to a signal of a user;
the second rotating shaft is connected with the motor and the gear and transmits the rotation output of the motor to the gear; and
a gear connected with the first rotating shaft and rotated according to rotation of the second rotating shaft to drive the first rotating shaft to move up or down.
8. The trunk lid assembly of claim 7,
the second part is arranged outside the first part, and the inside of the first part and the inside of the second part are communicated with each other to realize the connection of the gear and the first rotating shaft.
9. The luggage cover panel assembly of claim 8,
the connection mode between the gear and the first rotating shaft is worm and gear connection.
10. A vehicle, characterized in that it comprises a trunk lid assembly according to any one of claims 1-9.
