The stud 5 is connected with a mounting hole at the right end of the main beam 1 through threads and is mainly used for fixedly sealing the small end of the hydraulic cylinder 2. When screwed in, the inner end surface of the stud 5 extends into the inner hole of the hydraulic cylinder 2 and needs to be in contact with the end surface of the small end of the hydraulic piston 3.
The cut-off valve 11 is installed on the excircle of the large end of the hydraulic cylinder 2 through a pipe joint 10, is communicated with the inner hole of the hydraulic cylinder 2, and is used for inputting hydraulic oil into the thrust device.
The discharge screw 12 is installed on the large-end excircle of the hydraulic cylinder 2, is communicated with the inner hole of the hydraulic cylinder 2, and is mainly used for discharging hydraulic oil.
The connecting rod 6 is a step shaft and is fixedly connected to the outer side of the left end of the main beam 1 through a long bolt 19, the outer circle of the small end of the connecting rod 6 is inserted into the mounting hole of the left end of the main beam 1 and is in clearance fit with the mounting hole, an adjusting gasket 7 is clamped between the end face of the large end of the connecting rod 6 and the outer side face of the left end of the main beam 1, and the thickness of the adjusting gasket 7 is determined according to the clearance of the thrust device mounted on the upper portion of the main bearing cover.
The connecting rod 6 and the hydraulic piston 3 are located on the same axis.
In order to avoid damaging the surfaces of the parts when hydraulic pressure is applied to the main bearing caps, the outer sides of the connecting rods 6 and the outer sides of the hydraulic pistons 3 are provided with rounded ends.
The lifting plate 8 is fixedly connected to the upper part of the main beam 1 through a bolt 18 and is mainly used for lifting the thrust device.
On the side of the main beam 1, a nameplate 9 is mounted through a rivet 17, and the content of the nameplate mainly comprises parameters such as working pressure, maximum pressure value and the like.
The hydraulic cylinder 2, the hydraulic piston 3, the external thread block 4, the stud 5, the connecting rod 6 and the discharge screw 12 all need to have enough strength and toughness, the manufacturing material is 42CrMoA alloy structural steel, and quenching and tempering are needed.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the installation process of the thrust device is as follows:
1) the excircle of the hydraulic cylinder 2 is respectively provided with a pipe joint 10, a cut-off valve 11 and a discharge screw 12; the inner bore of the hydraulic cylinder 2 is sequentially provided with gaskets 13 and 14, sealing rings 15 and 16, a hydraulic piston 3 and an external thread block 4.
2) After the installation is finished, the hydraulic cylinder 2 and the main beam 1 are connected into a whole through the long bolt 19.
3) The stud 5 is screwed into the main beam 1, and the inner end surface of the stud is contacted with the small end surface of the hydraulic cylinder 2.
4) And installing the adjusting gasket 7, and installing the connecting rod 6 through the long bolt 19 to enable the adjusting gasket 7 and the connecting rod 6 to be integrated with the main beam 1.

Practice proves that the hydraulic oil pressure is utilized for plastic deformation installation of the main bearing cap, the hydraulic oil pressure-based bearing cap mounting structure has the characteristics of convenience in installation, firm structure, strong stability and the like, in the installation process of the main bearing cap with plane positioning, the installation and disassembly efficiency of the main bearing cap is greatly improved, and the processing and manufacturing cost is effectively reduced.
