After the spinning is finished, the oil cylinder enables the ejection connecting rod 6 to slide upwards, and the ejection block 2 is driven by the ejection connecting block 4 to eject upwards and is far away from the body mould 3. Because the ejection blocks 2 are uniformly distributed at the circumferential edge position of the body die 3, stress is uniformly distributed on the spokes 10, and stress is prevented from being concentrated at the central position of the spinning casting, so that the spinning casting is easier to demould, and the production efficiency is improved. The ejector block 2 of the present invention can be adjusted according to the curvature of the spokes 10. When spinning castings of different models need to be matched, only one small part, namely the ejection block 2, needs to be replaced, and the whole die change is not needed, so that the development cost of the die is greatly reduced, and the die change efficiency is improved.
The outer side of the lower edge of the body mould 3 is provided with a movable block ring 5. The movable block ring 5 is fixed on the body module 3 through bolts or bolts and the like.
When in use, the outer wall of the body mould 3 and the inner wall of the rim 12 of the spinning casting are mutually butted. In the same horizontal position, the diameter of the outer wall of the body mould 3 is slightly smaller than or equal to that of the inner wall of the rim 12, so that the two can just keep a mutual contact state.
The loose piece ring 5 includes a connecting portion and an installation portion provided below the connecting portion.
The outer wall of the connection portion and the inner wall of the rim 12 are adapted to fit. When spinning castings with different heights need to be spun, only a proper loose piece ring needs to be selected according to the length of the rim 12, the back-and-forth transfer field is reduced, the production of products with different models can be realized by directly replacing the loose piece ring, and the production cost of the die is reduced.
The installation part of the movable block ring 5 is provided with a key groove 11, so that the mould can be conveniently hoisted.

A spinning die with an extended loose piece ring, which is different from embodiment 1 in that: the ejection connecting block 4 is not provided, and the ejection block 2 is directly connected with the ejection connecting rod 6.
The upper surface of the ejection block 2 is matched with the curvature of the spoke 10, and the lower surface of the ejection block 2 is connected with the top of the ejection connecting rod 6, wherein the ejection block and the top of the ejection connecting rod are fixedly connected, and the ejection block and the top of the ejection connecting rod can be bolts or any structural mode capable of fixedly connecting the ejection block and the top of the ejection connecting rod.
