And the direct forging die is formed through backward extrusion, and the obtained hub forging 300 is compact in structure and fine in grain size.
Compared with a hub production line adopting a two-forging one-rotation process, the hub forging production line adopting the forging process of the straight forging die of the hub has low investment cost which is mainly expressed in the following aspects:
1) the hub production line of the forging process of the direct forging die only needs one press, one press is less than that of the forging production line of the two-forging one-spinning process, the punching, trimming, reaming and pressing machines and spinning equipment do not need to be invested, and meanwhile, the production line also reduces the investment of a hub transfer manipulator.
2) The production line of the forging process of the straight forging die only puts in one set of straight forging die, and does not need to put in a punching, trimming and reaming die and a spinning die.
3) The hub forging 300 produced by the forging process of the direct forging die has less machining allowance, and the same number of hubs are machined in one year, so that the investment amount of machining equipment can be reduced.
