When the surface leveling of the workpiece to be tested is subjected to a hardness test, in order to ensure the stability of the workpiece in the testing process, referring to fig. 4, in the embodiment of the invention, two sides of a vertical groove 12 and the bottom of a horizontal groove on the side wall surface of a workbench 4 are respectively extended to process a gasket groove, wherein one gasket groove is used for placing an elastic rubber sheet group 5, the other gasket groove is used for placing a positioning gasket group 6, the elastic rubber sheet group 5 is formed by overlapping a plurality of elastic rubber sheets, and the positioning gasket group 6 is formed by a plurality of positioning gaskets.
The shapes of the elastic rubber sheet and the positioning gaskets are the same, as shown in fig. 5, the gaskets are provided with a poking end 15, when the elastic rubber sheet group 5 and the positioning gasket group 6 are placed in the gasket groove, the poking end 15 is placed at the outer end, as shown in fig. 1, when the spring box cover plate 10 is lifted to a certain height of the gasket groove, the positioning gasket group 6 and the elastic rubber sheet group 5 can be respectively poked out of the gaskets, and then the gaskets play a supporting role at the bottom of the spring box cover plate 10.
The positioning gaskets are rigid bodies, and the elastic rubber sheets are elastic bodies, so that when a part of the positioning gaskets are pulled out, and the distance between the positioning gasket positioned at the top and the bottom surface of the spring box cover plate 10 is smaller than the thickness of one positioning gasket, one elastic rubber sheet can be pulled out and inserted between the positioning gaskets and the spring box cover plate 10 by using the elastic characteristic of the elastic rubber sheet, so that the spring box cover plate 10 is supported.
The thicknesses of the positioning gaskets and the elastic rubber sheets in the embodiment can be the same or different, meanwhile, the depth of the gasket grooves is determined, the lifting range of the spring box cover plate 10 is ensured to be within the height range of the gasket grooves, of course, if the lifting height of the spring box cover plate 10 exceeds the height of the gasket grooves, the positioning gaskets can be completely pulled out, and then some gasket pads are found at the tops of the positioning gaskets so as to be in contact with the bottoms of the spring box cover plates, and the supporting effect on workpieces is realized.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, two ends of the surface of the workbench in the embodiment of the present invention are respectively provided with a vertical plate 13, the vertical plates are fixedly connected with the surface of the workbench 4, the same position of the top of each of the two vertical plates 13 is provided with a transverse groove, and the two horizontal pressing plates 11 are installed in the transverse grooves of the two vertical plates 13 for propping against the workpiece to be measured, so that when the workpiece to be measured is lifted, the top of the workpiece is automatically adjusted under the restriction of the two horizontal pressing plates 11, and the top surface of the workpiece is ensured to be in a horizontal state.
The horizontal pressing sheet 11 is arranged in the transverse groove of the vertical plate in a sliding mode, so that the distance between the horizontal pressing sheet and the vertical plate can be adjusted according to different sizes of workpieces.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the workbench 4 is connected to two rectangular sliding tables 2 on two sides of the vertical plate 13, the two rectangular sliding tables 2 are provided with a groove guide rail at a middle position facing the workbench, the clamping rod 8 is provided with a sliding block 1, the sliding block 1 is disposed in the groove guide rail and can slide inside the groove guide rail, so as to adjust a distance between the two clamping rods 8.
